I ordered pizza and boneless wings for delivery. The automated email message told me my food would be delivered at 8:14pm. After speaking with a manager at the Ice House at 8:50pm my food was delivered at 9:17pm free of charge. Not only was the food comped, but it was also extremely hot, fresh and delicious. We order from Ice House often and this is the first time I have experienced an issue, but thanks to a great manager, I will continue to be a loyal patron of the Ice House.
