Got my food delivered tonight. Completely wrong order. Correct ticket just wrong order. I called no answer. I went down there I beat the delivery driver back. Now I get mistakes happen. However the manager lead off with excuses rather than I am sorry. Now I have been managing restaurants for 19 years. When you make a mistake you don t make excuses the first words are I am sorry. Then if the guest askes what Happened you can tell them. However no apology until I told him I been doing the same thing for years however you haven t even said your sorry once. Nor offered compensation for me coming down here and beating your driver here. We have had good experiences here up until the last two times we have ordered that why I give them a three. But one more mistake and we won t be going back I am fairly sure the driver knew too. He said here s your order and ran back to his car. Manager not rude but definitely not good with conflict resolution. Own your mistakes and never make the guest feel it.

Owner Susan did and amazing job reaching out. I changed review to 5 stars as since we have ordered again and everything was good.
