Nice layout. Easy access to freeway, and main highway for food and entertainment. Parking and leaving/returning is nice with license plate recognition. Restaurant has American fare, and we had a breakfast buffet each morning.

The entire hotel experience is outstanding. Food is on fleek and staff very professional. The rooms are better than standard but the hotel amenities are the reason to go. I would recommend the hotel for any professional work event or business casual need.

A bit pricey at the breakfast restaurant for what you get. Not much in quick walking distance but plenty around with a quick ride or nice walk. Bar opens in the evening with a great bar staff. Have fun!

Nice facility for a work meeting, close proximity to Ohare, which means some airplane noise, but this is made up for with nice rooms, comfortable bed, and courteous hotel staff. Nearby restaurants are a good bonus!

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a higher-end property anywhere in the US. Front desk staff was wonderful, the in-house dining room breakfast buffet was beyond all expectations, and my room was small but perfect. I would gladly stay here again. Great job, Hyatt. For every Embassy Suites of the world, there is a gem like you.

I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel, and I hope they can improve.

Check-in took a while as they only had one person working that area despite other employees coming by but not helping. Not a huge deal, but the first person in line wasn't even checking someone in and was helping someone with another issue that was taking 20+ min to resolve. I wish they had called someone.

The biggest frustration was that the room they sold me did not have a normal bed, it had a rollout bed. I could not believe they would pull something like this. They did it to my dad too who checked in after me... So I slept on an extremely uncomfortable bed that was only about 5 feet long that night :(. As did my dad.

I wish I could say check out was better, but the employee at the desk in the morning did not even make eye contact with me and just told me to leave the key. They have some work to do to train their staff to be helpful, make eye contact, and identify and call for help when they need it.

Watch out for the bed scam they are pulling.

We stayed for 2 days at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare and it was a pleasant experience. It was a large scale hotel that had a very nice and we'll maintaned fitness area. The staff was helpful during our interactions. The rooms were clean with no issues.

Good foe business pr to catch that tour prese tation of your favorite artist. Other than that there is not much outside of thr hotel to look forward. It is all in the inside with good staff, good food and great features

Wonderful so far, housekeeping is quiet, the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfy and the staff are attentive.
I've eaten the breakfast, off the menu, it was great, not a fan of the buffet.
I've also eaten at the bar, it's convenient albeit mildly expensive for cocktails.
There is no Starbucks inside but they have Starbucks Coffee.
So far, so good, I love Hyatt properties and encourage anyone I know to stay with them.

I stayed with Dr. Prabhu on 1/5/2019. Somewhat dated hotel, but clean. Poor lighting in the room. NO bottled water! It would have cost them less than 20 cents per room for two water bottles...but NO. That is to expect too much from them. They supplied the room with all kinds of toiletry, but NO WATER!!! You could buy a bottle for $3.75 from their store in the lobby.

Very neat hotel, the atmosphere was great. The amenities and rooms were very clean and the window from our room had an awesome view. You do have the airport close by and do hear a lot of planes taking off and landing but it didn't bother us at all once we got used to it. Appreciated the free garage parking as well.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and services. Gym is too busy in the morning and day times. But the good thing is that it is open for 24 hours. In room dining can be ordered only from Perks- supermarket and fast food, at the hotel lobby, which has a small variety of food and snacks selection. The bar in the lobby is very busy but nice. You can dine in hotel restaurant. Buffet breakfast was nice.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was very positive.

Location is fairly hidden but if you use your nav it's not too hard to find. Parking is way out of the way and not cheap 30 just to park your car for an hour or more. Probably would go elsewhere next time

Was here for a conference. Very disappointed with buffet, seems like we were eating leftovers from the night before. Stale omlette for breakfast, buffet had very limited choice. Also, food got put away before 1 pm at lunch. One gentleman knocked on our door, and said that he will "throw us out" if he has to come by the room again, we were playing a scharade game ( and got a little bit loud laughing). This gentleman did not have to be so rude, politely asking us to keep it down would've been sufficient. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend

Large hotel and great for events and meetings.

Large hotel and great for events and meetings.
No complaints whatsoever on the room. Carmen, the matron did a fantastic job making the room look spotless. Bathroom was sparkling and all amenities were fulfilled. The king bed was comfortable, room has mini fridge and microwave that I never got around to using.
The Staff: Bar and Food Staff we re friendly and efficient. The Front Desk Staff, not so much. Gave impression that we were bothersome and information on transit that I requested was completely wrong and nearly made me late for a meetup.

All in all my experience at the Hyatt was positive and I would book there again when in Chicago.

Nice from the outside, but once you investigate, there are a few things that could be improved. Great bedding is important, sadly this Hyatt falls short. In this class of note I would expect sheets that are tucked in and a top cover that does not get tucked, like a duvet. There is little worse than having to unmake a bed just to get into it. Sheets don t actually make it under the mattress, as there are likely the wrong size. The spare blanket in the closet, which I needed as the room always drafty, has seen better days.

The Hotel rooms really need an update, the executive side does, not sure of the normal side.

On the bright side, the food was amazing. Nachos in the pub were some of the best I ve had, and the lunch buffet was delicious.

Stayed in the executive wing of the Hyatt hotel and was pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. The Hyatt has two restaurants with a decent selection of food albeit a little pricey. The gym in the hotel has more equipment than most hotel gyms, but you will not find a pool at the Hyatt. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great stay at the Hyatt.
