What a cool hotel. Loved the room. Incredible city views. The concept and architecture of the building is really awe inspiring. Park and fly rate was great!! The resteraunt inside was great food and awesome drinks. Service could stand to be a touch more attentive, but otherwise nice. Would definitely recommend!!

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. We arrived at midnight on a Saturday. We had a prepaid room reserved. The line to check in was enormous, and although they had 3 agents working, we waited over 2 hours to get our room key, which was literally less than a 1 minute transaction (show license, get key). We were only in our room for a total of 90 minutes as we had an early morning shuttle for a flight. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Rooms are nice but the parking service is a nightmare. Parking Ticket cant be read at the exist gate. Took 40 mins to have assistance from the front desk. No help from the help button at the ticketing machine so I have to walk back and forth 4 times to explain the whole situation

Room is almost perfect, just missing a mini fridge. Was very clean when we checked in. Everything seems to be well laid out, I don't particularly like the open bridge walk ways to the rooms or the glass elevator, but I'm terrified of heights and on the tenth floor.

Classy and spacious, but somewhat dated. Super convenient to the convention center and the Blue Line. Definitely one of the loudest conference hotels, though - must line up poorly with a runway of O'Hare.

I paid $300 for a room on new years to be responsible and got told after the party my wife and I weren't allowed to go to our room without a wrist band we weren't told about at check in. Never mind our room key. Then after going through the check in process for the second time they felt it necessary to have 3 people escort me and my wife to our room because we were rightfully upset about being told we weren't aloud to go our room. The staff at the Hyatt treated me like a degenerate Criminal for trying to go to the room I paid for. I've never been more insulted in my life.

Very nice, clean space with plenty of amenities. I have attended Midwest Fur Fest for the past few years and I always look forward to it. Cool, open design for the main block of rooms makes it a great social event space.

This hotel is very nice. The architecture of this building is also very fabulous. The beds are super comfy and the large windows in the rooms on the outer rings are awesome. Large T.Vs and a 24 hour cafe. It has everything you need in a place to stay away from home.

I visit this hotel once a year for Midwest Furfest. Every year our eccentric group of thousands run amuck in their beautiful hotel. We get too drunk, make too much noise and stay up far too late. But every year these beautiful people welcome us back with open arms and do everything possible to ensure our party go off without a hitch. Thank you with all my heart for letting us ransack your workplace and making us feel at home.

One of my Hyatt favorites. The Regency Club has a great selection to munch on for breakfast and dinner (bring back thr ceviche shooters). Hats off to the Chef who likes to mix up the menus and always include a hot meal. Conveniently close to airport and shopping outlet.

Very nice hotel. Our flight was canceled so we were put up there for the night. Didn't stay long but the restaurant looked really nice. If I were ever in the area again, I'd look at staying there again.

Nicole is/was absolutely a joy to work with. She ensures a professional, fast, efficient, and courteous experience each time during our stays. I always look forward to being greeted by her upon arrival. Hyatt is fortunate to have excellent employees as her that continue to go above and beyond. Thank you again Nicole for making our stays pleasurable and comfortable.

So I went this year for Midwest Furfest, the convention itself was great but I have to give a shout to the staff that handles the buffet/restaurant section. They were amazing and provided excellent service.

Horrible. The rooms we booked were for two twin beds. What we got was a king instead and the room was puny. The bathroom is so tiny that it makes my closet the smallest room in my house looks like a bedroom suite. This place is horrendous for being considered a 4 star hotel. The tiny rooms make it look more like a 2.5 star hotel instead. Plus 25bucks for parking. Really??? I will never come here again and you shouldn't even consider staying here even if it's under 75dollars.

Great staff, located near the airport, the rooms are nice, and the lobby is comfortable (and plenty of plugs that are easy to find!). The rooms, however, didn't have hot water in the morning. Also, they put two events next to one another with a very thin wall between them. They put a noisy group next to a conference.

Everything was clean well kept and professional I do have a minor complaint being their elevators cannot accommodate the level of trafic durong a convention. An increase in number of elevators or capacity should be considered. Thjs did not affect my enjoyment of my stay. 10/10

Very racist property. I will not recommend going there if you are African American you will get terrible service. The manager Ashley is very racist and very rude. She has horrible customer service skills im not sure how she became manager. She is racist and will not accommodate you if you are not white. please don't give this Racist property any of your money

noisy rooms... there is a white noise generator in the rooms to mask airplane sounds. planes take off from 6 am so don't expect to sleep in. bathroom is dated and small with a tiny low flow shower head.

(Wedding) Kelly and Shari were incredible Superheroes! They stayed with our covid rule changes and challenges all the way through. Our second venue change turned out to be a beautiful space that accommodated all of our guests perfectly. Excellent food, melt in your mouth fillets, beautiful hotel. We can't stop getting text messages and emails telling us that was the best wedding they've ever been to! Communication is key when planning a wedding and I was so happy when I arrived to have my extra heroes coming to help me with my every need, so grateful for that! When it was all said and done seeing the smile on my daughter's face... Priceless!

My room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and my view of the skyline was incredible. The interior with the plants is so charming. Good convention center as well. Overall, a few steps above the average hotel but at a reasonable fare...
