Very clean. Quick service. Staff very helpful for the event.

I shared a room with a friend here for Acen and the room was nice and clean when we arrived. The staff is friendly and provide with excelent service.

Rooms are super easy to find/get to. They're also very clean. Our room had a HUGE TV. Staff was very nice and helpful, too.

Rooms can be a little small, but it is clean, comfortable, and is an all around nice hotel to stay at. I appreciate the options for food within the hotel, along with those in the surrounding area.

I was here to work the Anime Midwest convention. The hotel staff is polite and very professional. The hotel itself is always a warm and inviting place to be.

I'm currently at this hotel and can't sleep due to loud neighbors (service won't do anything about) screaming at 2am. Beds are disgusting and I woke up with a lot of itching. Room service won't replace any of the very basic amount of amenities given in the bathrooms (for a three night stay). Lots of drunk people being loud in the middle of the night. Lastly, sounds of aircraft flying very close overhead will keep you up (but that's due to location so it's my fault). $18 parking fee is outrageous.

Truly enjoyed my visit, I ve attended two events in their ballroom. Great service overall.

The venue is nice and service was good. Prices are high and you pay for everything.

It was a very nice hotel to stay at. Nice rooms and service! Doesn't have some services I would have liked to have such as free breakfast, and a microwave/fridge in the room. Other than that it's an amazing hotel.

Great rooms, friendly staff, mts from Ohare airport. Got in late to Chicago and was able to hit the bed just a few mts after landing.

They go aboce and beyond to fill uour needs and make you comfortable.

This hotel's Uri is close to the Chicago International Airport and Rosemont Conference Center. You will find the hotel's facilities are very good and well maintained. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the CTA station, which links the airport to downtown. From there, you can get out of the city of Chicago in less than an hour by train.

I had an unexpected overnight layover and stayed a single night. During that time I was treated so well by the staff at the Hyatt and I was impressed by the quality of the rooms and common areas.

Great stay in a bad situation. Layover from missed flight connection. Great Hotel super comfortable super clean great sleep this hotel was a plus in my minus experience of flying. Huge TV.....

All aspects of people interaction and service were great. Facility is mostly refreshed but needs some work to achieve a five star rating

Had to beg for towels and wash cloths. Apparently they don't understand that 4 people need their own towels.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, got us fresh towels and coffee with no trouble. But i can't believe there isn't a pool

Hotel is nice. Regular rooms are TINY. Hotel bar is rediculously expensive.

The smoke free room on the 23rd floor of executive tower reeked of strong cigarette smell coming from the hallway. Called the front desk at no avail. Will not come back.

Personel is professional. Services are good in general but there were exceptions. One day, the coffee tray was not refilled and no extra roll of toilet paper. That could be excusable. What is not excusable is on a convention of over 10 thouzand people on a Saturday night, they closed the bar at 12:30 am. That was Midwest Furfest. So very sad.

Incredible classy place with genuine great service. Everyone has ownership and that makes a big difference.

The room was decent. The food at our event was awful. Dry chicken. Over cooked vegetables. Staff was good. Wouldn't stay here unless I had an event that required it.

Very nice hotel, bar that is open in the evenings that serve food. There is a small express shop that says it's open 24 hours. Looks like it has packaged sandwiches, snacks, etc. And there is coffee drinks available. Rooms are clean and modern.

I attended the scholastic bowl nationals and the hotel catered to us really well. The staff was helpful, and the hotel was gorgeous. I really enjoyed the hotel rooms as well, the beds wewere very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Can't get closer to the airport, so you do hear the planes too.

I only had lunch at the location in Rosemont. The food was good but pricey.

I was here to compete at NAQT ICT and so wasn't an overnight guest, but from what I saw the hotel seemed very nice and well-maintained. My only complaint would be that in addition to the exorbitant nightly rates that I imagine are charged, parking and food are quite expensive.

I had a complimentary stay at Hyatt Regency because the airline I flew delayed me and caused me to miss a connecting flight. The hotel was very nice. The shuttle to get to the airport starts up at 4am and runs every 15 minutes. The Red bar inside has a proprietary amber ale (very good). I had no toiletries and was provided with a free supply, and also I received a wake-up call right on time. I'd pay money to stay here again.

Very great location, here for a convention. Rooms are nice. Beds could be a little bigger when sleepingn 2. TV is enormous and internet is fast. Great overall.

Double rooms had good size and a walk-on balcony. King rooms had no balcony and showers were too small. Other than that nice place to stay.

Great conference venue. Fairly close to O'Hare airport.

I stayed here due to a cancelled flight, the room was excellent, and I couldn't seem to hear anything from either of the adjacent rooms even though they were both definitely occupied. When I called for toothpaste they got it to me within 10 minutes.

Beautiful hotel, tile work and structure we're amazing for being comp'd a room from United. Impressee with customer service and friendliness of staff. There was a big event going on and lots of friendly people.

Went for a convention, and as usual the staff are very friendly and as helpful as possible given the volume of guests.

I must say the restaurants are expensive and not fantastic but I can't count that against the hotel itself.

Hotel was very modern and staff was very attentive and helpful.

Great staff, food, service, hospitality, rooms were terrific!!! A+ in my book definitely worth the money
