It is a good hotel, the facilities in general are nice. I start by saying that I was only one night because I made a connection in Chicago, the room in general well although the bathroom of this one, although it was clean, did not look like a four star hotel, very small and did not have the toilet kits I usually brought a hotel from this level, I asked for some toiletries at the reception and they were taken to the room immediately so I give a good rating to the service. What I liked the most about the hotel and highlighted is a small store that you find at the entrance that is open 24 hours, there you find healthy and cheap food at good prices, snacks and free coffee and tea, so I think it is super remarkable This store, the bus that takes you to the airport is good, it works every 15 minutes, the drivers are attentive (I recommend leaving them a tip, because they really expect it).
To finish this is a very short distance from the airport where you can take the subway, and go to virtually any part of Chicago.

I stayed at the Hyatt one night after a late flight into O'hare... the room was in great condition and the hotel was pristine, however there were no food options in the hotel after midnight which was a bit disappointing after a late flight.

Attending event, good space and distribution of panel rooms to keep crowds spread out better than some other events do with all the panels being normally clustered together in a section.

Got a good price for the room when we stayed a few months ago. Transportation was close nearby and the hotel offered a shuttle bus. Great room service when we asked for extra towels. Bed was SO clean and comfy! Shower stall in the bathroom was so nice. Staff were great and professional. Totally worth it!

Stayed here for ReactionNYE at the convention center next door. Booked a room specifically because there was a Skywalk to the convention center. Was sorely disappointed that they had a worker in the skywalk saying we couldn't use it. In addition, the expensive room was underwhelming with clearly worn furniture and a bargin bin shower. For what was paid I expect far more from a hotel, wouldn't recommend.

Very nice hotel. Huge lobby and bars right in the lobby. The room was clean and nice. They also offer many free things incase you forget any( more than I have seen at other hotels). Location is close to the airport. Quick cab or shuttle away. I took the train one stop and walked 10 minutes.

Very nice place with good service. I was there for my company's Christmas party. We had the big ballroom.

Only complaint was that parking is SO expensive. Normal price for one Saturday evening would've been $29! My company subsidized it down to $10, but everyday guests will get shafted.

We stay at this hotel every year to go to the International Motorcycle Show and the Chicago travel show. Hotel is directly connected to the Stephens Convention Center with an enclosed walkway. A room chair are always clean and the staff friendly. There is a large parking garage connected to the hotel with lots of self parking. We noticed a third deck where all the handicap parking is it seems like everybody who isn't handicap parks there they have no placard or handicapped plates parking laws are not enforced. We also noticed there is zero security patrolling the parking lot inside or out so do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. They have one small cold sandwich shop with snakes in the hotel very pricey it is open most of the time. They also have a breakfast lunch and dinner buffet in the hotel. I have a bar on the main floor as you come into the hotel but it is very very very expensive 14 to $18 for a bar drink 8 to $12 for a beer service is very slow and if you stand at the bar you plan on being there for 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink, and that is when they're not busy.

We are returning customers here for parking when we fly overseas. The system is set up in a great way and all goes so smooth, the shuttle is very handy and we'll be back with the first opportunity.

HAVE to give them 5 Stars PLUS.
United Airlines put me up here after a flight problem. I got a free night stay plus two meal vouchers.
The desk clerk "comped" me the balance of my evening meal. He also gave me a room upgrade.
Staff at the breakfast buffet got me seated quick and make sure I could get through the line and get to my bus for the airport quickly.
The person cooking the omelets was extraordinary. The food was excellent.
UNITED Airline did well by partnering with Hyatt. The "Fur Fest" made it interesting. Hyatt kept things moving.
Airport shuttle every 15 minutes A WINNER
Great staff on duty.

Very nice decor. Went here for 2016 new years, very disappointed. Said there would be "savory bites" for tickets we purchased, zero food!! Sucks, didnt eat anything all day. Got ready in my room with wife, sister & her husband around 5 pm. Started party later. Tried to go to room to freshen up around 10pm, security refused to let us up elevator!!! Wow. Explained I'm a registered guest. Said i had wrong bracelet. I said i don't know why, i don't work here. Guess they gave us wrong bracelets? No one told us anything about this, or when we went to our room first time. All our stuff was in there, he didnt care. After a ton of fuss and embarrassment, and argument at front desk, finally got to room. Were afraid we wouldn't be able to get back up, so never went back to party. Terrible experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train to downtown and they have a complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel interior is breathtaking and it provides great amenities. The concierge was very helpful in telling us how to get into the city and what places to check out. The room itself was somewhat small, and had been partially updated. The greatest advantage to staying near the airport is you will pay half the price you would in the city.

Plenty of parking available in multiple garages. The hotel is very spacious, having room for a lot of activities all throughout. Some of the Skywalks get pretty hot however but that is understandable seeing as how the outside temp is pretty hot.

Always the Hyatt touch. 10 minutes from Ohare airport. Rooms will need some remodeling as plumbing is showing its age.
Red cafe has some good snacks and food option. Staff was friendly. Check in was super fast and efficient

Good location close to the airport. Parking was expensive, but simple and plentiful. Executive Room was great, clean and modern. Bluetooth mirror was a nice touch. Steamer in the room was convenient. Breakfast was expensive for what you get, but if you can get past the expense it was good.

Stayed for a night on a high floor room.

Pros:
- Close to O'Hare Airport, the Rosemont Conference Center, and Fashion Outlet
- Clean Rooms with good amenities provided.
- Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:
- The hotel is next to O'Hare, so expect some airplane noise.
- For the room I stay in (Top Floor), the shower just doesn't have enough water pressure.
- Parking is not cheap ($32/day).

Overall, it's a fairly standard Hyatt Regency.

Stayed in a standard double Queen room located in the executive wing. Staff was polite. We ordered a sewing kit that took quite a while to arrive but the hotel was very busy so that was probably why. Overall it's a very, very lovely hotel.

This is my fourth time staying here. I am a comic con goer and this hotel connects to the Stephens convention center by a skywalk. The burgers in Red Bar are excellent, and the rooms are nice sized, with giant TVs and comfy beds.
