I was very impressed with the quality at this hotel. Everything was clean and all staff were nice and accommodating. The food was good at the hotel buffet, Red Bar and Perks coffee house if a bit on the expensive side - I might try to eat elsewhere if you can. Overall my stay here was very enjoyable and I would love to stay again.
I was "guest of the day" at check-in. That got me a free suite upgrade and access to the Regency club. They sold me on the club access. Massive hors'derve display and continental breakfast all complimentary. I'm staying here again.
Over charge there guests other than that it's a good place
Was placed at the Hyatt Regency because of a complications on United. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean and the food options even after 11pm were great. Wasn't planning on the stay, but it helped at the end of a long day.
The Hyatt Regency was a great place to stay overnight even though we got here by United Airlines mistakes was a great night clean and decent very nice facility
Rooms are quality, stay was good. No problems with service in room or at hotel bar/restaurant.
We enjoyed the perks of the executive suites but we would have rather stayed in the central part of the hotel. We come once every year or two and the location is perfect for any Rosemont trade show events. Wish the hotel had a pool but otherwise exactly what we need!

It's a Hyatt, so it's a higher end hotel with free Wi-Fi and pleasant rooms. Convention areas were all comfortable - bring a sweater. Parking is not free. Walking distance to shopping and resturants.

Loved the executive wing of this property.The only downside is the long walk to the main lobby area. Staff is generally responsive. Fitness center is a little small for the amount of rooms. As a popular conference hotel, it can get packed at times.

For the price and the views I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are well furnished and the beds comfortable. The location could be closer to prime spots but it being uber mecca I don't see it this being a problem for most.

2nd time staying here on a park and fly trip. We stayed just one night before a morning flight from O'hare. They upgraded us surprisingly to a 2 story suite. Wish we could have been there for longer to enjoy. We parked our car for 2 weeks in the garage as part of the package. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and painless, no wait time at all and ran promptly every 15 min. The front desk staff and everyone was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean, safe, and VERY comfortable. Overall can't recommend this hotel enough!! great stay both times.
Terrible Reservation and Front Desk Service! Was sent by Delta Airlines for over night to the Hyatt Regency Ohare. I was told by the front desk that they could not honor my hotel reservation that delta made. They blamed delta airlines. I stood right in front of the delta agent when she called the hotel so this is not delta fault. The manager at this Hyatt location handled the situation very poorly. I do not recommend this location as they put themselves in oversold situations and then put the blame on others leaving people stranded.
Attended two weddings at this hotel, the staff is always very nice and the service for food is always smooth. The hotel is right next to the airport as well.
Clean room and had a conference in one of the lobby's was very quiet. And the hotel staff was very considerate.

This review is for the FedEx Shipping Center within the Hyatt Regency. Avoid at all costs. The Hyatt adds an additional $20+ "handling" fee to drop off a prepaid label package (fee varies on package weight). I spoke with FedEx and they said this is a Hyatt policy. This speaks volumes on how Hyatt views their guests.
Very good service, the entire experience was consistently high quality.
Room service was very fast and the breakfast was very good. The cleaning staff was very accommodating. One of the rooms was not ready but the cleaning staff went in right away to fix this. Also, the front desk walked the keys to our other room personally.

True hyatt quality level hotel. I stayed Park hyatt and chicago athletic association before I came to this hotel. The price is much better than Park, and the quality room and service are much better than CAA.
Van service from airport to hotel is good. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. There's a coffee shop on the street level with sandwiches snacks wine beer soft drinks Etc

Convenient parking, if you're willing to pay for it - thankfully, parking is generally comped when you are attending a function being hosted at the hotel. The meeting rooms are well laid out, quiet, and very useable.

Parked my vehicle overnight for flight out of O'Hare. Reasonable price, excellent service, and easy in and out. Highly recommend!
There is nothing luxury about this place. Loud, airplanes take off all the time in front of the window. Food is decent, but no one is following requests.
The elevators are extremely slow and the meat for all of my meals here were very dry.
Great large hotel that hosts Anime Con in July and Con Alt Delete Anime Con in December. Attended 4 times and it is great. Also been at this hotel when in town for concerts...

It was beautiful. The televisions were giant. The service was good and they are friendly. The food is expensive but rich.

Stayed for a conference that was in the hotel. Room was clean, but could hear every single plane that went overhead, as well as every time someone came in or out of their room (the doors slam). Bathroom was small, and the shower was a little...well they needed to put instructions on how to turn it on on the handle, so that should tell you everything you need to know. Airport shuttle was convenient, but does not run on the 15 min time schedule as advertised (2 shuttles caught up to each other, so they were just following each other instead of being 15 mins apart).
Everything was clean and nicely maintained. I was really disappointed that there was no pool or hot tub. It is a huge space with a convention center, yet not much in the way of things to do.

Offers valet parking ($32/night) and free airport shuttle service. A bell hop carried our luggage to our room. They have facilities & a ballroom for conferences, as well as an inhouse FedEx. Their convenience store is chock full of a nice selection of snacks, and ready to eat fresh food. We had a good experience working with the staff. Our room was clean and had a good view. The lobby is quite impressive and the elevators are glass, so you can watch as you ride to your floor. The flatscreen TV in our room was huge. (50"+?)
The faucet in our bathroom looked like it had been sprayed but housekeeping forgot to wipe & polish it. There also doesn't seem to be a pool here, however they do have a workout room and rooms have mini fridges and safes.

Awesome staff and they work great with the MFF crowd. Splendid! The only downside is that the food is way too expensive. Other than that, I love it and can't wait to come back next year!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. It was also walking distance from the mall and some great restaurants! I had a blast here. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
