5 star for Resort and facilities, kids area was great.. good restaurants, beach was great, perfect snorkeling just right across. The only reason I gave it four star for the staff, which surprisingly not as friendly as we expected. Some on the reception desk and baggage check in were arrogant, Jim on reception desk was great. We had $80 over charged by mistake. Check your bill, over all great experience, but I would stay on Westin or Marriott next time. Maui is beautiful

We came to this luau 17 years ago and again this year 2018. It exceeded our expectations and fond memories of our fist visit. The talent was great, the staff was happy and the food was good for such a large group. One problem was that valet parking "lost" our car and keys so we had a long wait for the problem to be resolved. The attendant suggested that it happened sometimes. It seems, for a high end hotel, a system would be in place to prevent this situation. The car was eventually found and the valet fee refunded.

Friendly front desk. Lei greeting. Great pools. Includes access to Hyatt Regency Residence Club pools. Shower smelled a little like a damp old rag. Asked to have the shower curtain replaced but the smell did not completely go away. Not enough air circulation/exhaust fan. Light in the bathroom/shower was very dark. Asked to replace light with a brighter bulb. The brighter bulb made it slightly better. Rooms were comfortable and very functional. Self parking lot is rather far. Seemed like about a city block away from the lobby. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and its location. Better weather than in Kapalua, warmer, less windy and less rain.

The building is a bit dated but I think they maintained it real well. The pool is great, just the right water temp. They have penguins that they feed in the morning. They also have one of the good shave ice stores in the facility. The beach is good too, but has really strong waves and had little space on the coast. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Writing this review in the middle of a six night stay. So far my wife and I have been pleasantly surprised. Check in was fast and the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I've read many reviews about the rooms being dated. We didn't think the rooms were bad at all. The room could use an update, as the textured wall paper and popcorn ceiling can't compare to the Westin room that our friends were staying at. The pool area is huge and grounds were well kept. There were plenty of decent pool chairs available around 9am, but by afternoon they are all gone. As with many resorts, people will save chairs with towels and magazine and disappear for hours. I would recommend just taking those towels returning them in yourself. Every guest gets only 2 towel cards and they would be financially responsible for them.

If I could give this zero stars I would. My girlfriend is a property owner and to see the way she was treated made me feel sick for her. First off our first room did not have AC and the shower did not work. So they moved us to another room and that shower did not work. Time and Time again she had to tell them she was a property owner. We then went to the property owner update where she was informed she was not a member and a man named Erin had purchased the property with her. If you go here do not talk to Andrea Hague as she is extremely unethical. She insulted my girlfriend with several comments and then told her that what she bought in San Antonio cannot be used in Maui. Also telling her that her membership did not start until 2019. After we walked out because she did not come back for 20 minutes she kept calling her and basically harassed us. She then called her salesman who easily pulled up her information and told her she can use Maui and she is a active owner. After we found this out Andreas excuse was that the computers did not work. I will never stay here again.

Quite literally the most luxurious and amazing hotel I ve ever stayed at. Direct beach access and tons of food options mean you don t really ever need to leave the hotel! Valet and self parking are available but tight. Can t say enough good things about this place. Rooms were clean, well kept and had great views. You have the huge pool available 24/7 with access to the residence club pool next door if this one is full. Staff were incredibly helpful at helping plan day trips and provided great insight. You won t regret staying at this incredible place in paradise!

IMPECCABLE facility! The staff are wonderful. Michael, who works in the center of the main lobby, was the first person to get us acquainted. He offered us a ton of information, coupons, and recommendations, all of which shaped our amazing vacation. Breakfast every morning was one of the highlights of our stay. Everyday they offered something a little different (all delicious) and you sit down to a hot pot of coffee! The ambience and view within the dining area is something to be remembered. We had an oceanfront room, every morning at 5:00-6:30am you can see tons of seaturtles feeding. We were able to snorkle alongside of them (do not touch! HI law.) Which was a beautiful experience.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt Regency Maui. We had a gorgeous view at room 324. They have a very good sized pool, ranging from 3 feet-9 feet. The only problem we had here was that the air conditioning wasn t working but they got that fixed. Also, for an interesting experience, the bottom rooms have frogs on the grass hopping around. They also give you free complimentary water bottles and little penguin plushes (there are penguins at the resort) in all the rooms! I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here and would for sure come back!

The regency club which is available for an additional fee or which is included within the room rate if one books with regency club access, is a good adjunct to the overall vacation experience. Breakfast and ,(I have read) dinner is served on a help yourself basis and cocktails are available in the evening for a small additional price of $6.

During breakfast, one has the use of a specialty drinks coffee machine so you can pull your own latte, and there are a couple of different fruit juices available as well as milk and tea. Local fruits consisting of papaya and pineapple are also offered along with apples and bananas, and there's a reasonable assortment of pastries as well as cold cereals and yogurt. Since resort prices for meals like breakfast tend to be on the high side, this is a reasonable alternative for morning dining, particularly as the room opens at 6:30 in the morning.

Simply put, it s heaven but I think you probably want to know a bit more information than heaven-a-like. This property has been there for a while but they really made sure to maintain the property - I ve been to other properties with similar age but staffs there really put some good love to keep it clean and safe.

Luckily we were staying one of those nice ocean view room and we absolutely loved our view. We were just amazed with that awesome view and just stood there for awhile to appreciate what the island showed us - just everything was perfect!

Staffs there again very friendly, polite and informative. They can give you very detailed information if you need. You can find ABC markets & coffeeshops (honolulu coffee) as well as swim suit shops so if you forgot to bring, you can get them at there for a good price (guest gets discount I believe and they re not as expensive as people say :) )

Beautiful beach is very accessible. If I m going to Maui again, hyatt regency would be again my top choice!

Please take notes from the Westin down the street! Absolutely the worst service. Front desk lady was rude and would not look me in the eye when I had a question. Will never book here again. The name is Koskey at the front desk. Lady would not let us upgrade our room. She said it s wasn t available so we had to contact another party and it s was available. Don t really understand why she would lie and ruin the Hyatt s image.

What are your thoughts Morgan? (Front desk manager)

We ve been to Maui often and have never stayed at the Hyatt Regency. That will definitely change! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel special and valued. Jimmy at the front desk was awesome. He hooked us up with a room with an incredible view and comped the parking fee. Thank you, Jimmy! They are lucky to have you on staff. We were celebrating an anniversary and birthday, and there were so many wonderful treats waiting in the room. Champagne, strawberries, towel art...it was fabulous. The regency club staff is incredible as well. Can t wait to come back.

The resort is absolutely beautiful! Prepare yourself for a wonderful experience in Maui. The hotel we very well maintained. The is a great hotel to relax. Great for couples or a family vacation. Lots of activities at the resort. You can go to a luau right at the resort. They have several pools and a family pool. This beautiful resort is beach front. I got in one of the hammocks and just listened to the waves and it was so peaceful. The rooms are immaculate. If you need a swimsuit, toiletries, sunscreen, hats, souvenirs then check out all the shops at the resort. This is definitely a place to watch an amazing sunset. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. #HyattRegencyMauiResortAndSpa #HyattRegencyMaui #GreatStaff #GreatFood #GoToMaui #GreatBeachInMaui

Great hotel and service. Particularly enjoyed the penguin feedings in the morning. Location was fine, but I think staying closer to the Black Rock is more convenient with beach access to Kaanapali and no parking headaches.

Beautiful pools and beach, the room we stayed in was not great. There were stains on the floor, couches and curtains (one looked like blood) and rooms are very outdated. We tried to switch rooms but they denied this and said there were no other rooms available. I didn't really believe it though since there were not that many people at the hotel.

Rooms are nice and have no issue. The staff is friendly. The pool is nice and large but wake up early to reserve seats by the pool or there is no chance you are Getting them. The beach in front of the hotel is quite small and there are no chairs available for rental to lay out there. The other resorts along the beach have larger area along the shore with more chairs. Other than Japengo (which is overpriced), the food and drinks are not very good and are way too expensive. You will also be hounded frequently by some of the employees about buying a timeshare under the disguise of a free game of golf or a Luau. Furthermore, avoid the luau at this hotel. It is not good.

Out stay was amazing! The place is like a dream, especially thanks to the animals (penguins, swans, flamingos, ducks, parrots etc).
Every morning they give food to the penguins and the swans, ducks and flamingos are just walking by you!
The staff were very kind and because it was our honeymoon they treated us just perfect.
Notice that the rooms are not new and it is noticable for this price.

Overall it s a great property. They have a great variety of restaurants and activities. Drums of the Pacific Luau was amazing! Friendly staff and excellent customer service. 4 stars vs 5 stars because their rooms could use an upgrade.

Beautiful beachfront resort we really enjoyed stay...

Beautiful beachfront resort we really enjoyed staying there .
The resort is big with tons of amenities , stores and restaurants .
Staff were super nice and very friendly , we even asked for their local food recommendations and they gave us a few great tips .
The resort have a few penguins and birds and koi so kids enjoy seeing all the animals and their feeding times .
The resort organizes a few kids activists through out the day which is somewhat entertaining for kids .
Concierge wasn t as helpful as a few other resorts for example I asked for restaurant reservations they turned me down so fast however later that day I got into the same restaurant using an online reservation app .

Rooms are big however I felt that the rooms and some of the resort were a bit dated so I m looking forward for them to update the rooms .

One small thing I noticed is that the resort is not incredibly wheelchair and stroller friendly as others . If you want to go directly to the pool you can t really you can either take the ramp on the far right part of the resort or walk all the way to opposite end of the resort to take the elevators down then from there walk to the main pool area. What I ve seen at other resorts that usually the easiest path is the closest one to the pool/ beach .
It s not a huge problem but yeah took us 2 days to figure out best way to go down with the stroller .

Some of the resort rooms give you access to club room that provides a light breakfast , snacks , beverages through out the day and the club staff were super helpful and friendly .

All in all it was good experience we might think of coming back in the future

Location is great and is near different water activities. Ocean view is awesome and staff are friendly. Rooms are a little run down and could use some upgrading. Our ocean view was great but the room itself was a little run down (bathroom needed a few upgrades, paint was falling off by window, and carpet looked worn down).

It took a while to get through the check-in line, but that is because the check-in was fantastic. Jeff answered all our questions, gave us help in ways we needed but had not though of yet, and his friendly greeting set the tone for our fantastic stay. The view from our room was stunning. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the staff was super nice. Very pretty grounds. Location is great with Lahaina and Kaanapali nearby, and the island is small enough that you can get anywhere for day trips. Oh, and Jeff was great with check-out!

The resort amenities (beach access, pool, shopping, etc) were all great. The room left much to be desired. Ours had a musty odor and out AC wasn't working properly. We alerted the from desk and they said they would send someone. When we returned later nothing had changed. We we're only there two nights so we didn't complain again. Room was also outdated and the bathroom was small, but nice large sink area outside of bathroom.

We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary here last week. It had been 17 years since we last saw the hotel and it's a new version of
excellence. We were upgraded to a bit better view room, yet I don't think there is a bad view anywhere on this property. The food from Sonz to the cabana service was outstanding. Don't hesitate to book, this hotel has it all!! We will be back again as this place now holds even more meaning to us. Staff service was outstanding, never looked for help as it was everywhere! Perfection awaits you at this Hyatt property!

Very friendly and attentive staff, rooms could use a little updating but overall are decent. Great location and the beach is amazing. The gym is complimentary with your stay but the shower and sauna facilities aren't.

Pricey but amazing! We went for our honeymoon and were not disappointed. Great staff, amazing restaurants and fun attractions. The penguins are so cool and the beach and pools are amazing. We even got complimentary wine and glasses because we were celebrating our honeymoon. Absolutely amazing resort. Definitely get the breakfast included package!! Delicious buffet every morning!

This resort is amazing, we got married in Hawaii and then honeymooned here. We had friends who were staying at other resorts visit us here and they said our resort was nicer. Everyone is friendly and the whole place is awesome. Sure, some of the rooms are not huge. Go outside, you're in Maui!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Maui. The room was a little dated but still very comfortable. The staff was great and they went the extra mile to make our visit over the Xmas holiday special. They even did some caroling in the lobby that was beautiful. We were really impressed with the hotel in general, the restaurants, and especially the staff. The pool deck is a bit tight and crowded so we used our privileges and started using the pool at the Hyatt Residences next door and found it to be a bit more spacious and calm over there. Kids loved the slide and the pools at both hotels. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel along the beach. Just a wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Food overpriced and surprisingly subparagraph in prep and taste. Tried all four the touted restaurant and only Sons had great food. Hotel is dated, bathroom is too small, room is small, dated furniture. Would not recommend!

The Hyatt is part of the first master planned resort communities in the United States. Beautiful views of the sunsets, great restaurants, the Macy's on site has great sales and all your favorite stuff, the pool was big and our suite had a view of everything (we could even see parts of the luau). I highly recommend this resort.

Great location and grounds. A truly beautiful experience, but the hotel itself wasn't quite up to par for the price. Rooms are a bit dated ours had bubbling wallpaper, a few handles missing on drawers, pretty worn out wooden furniture, and a few stains on the curtains.

Also, it felt like everything was an opportunity to upsell, which really put me off. They seem determined to sell timeshares there and will literally squeeze it into any communication with staff. Also, no: I do not want to pay the concierge 20% on $250 for spending 2 minutes booking our Lu'au tickets (which is part of their job), thank you.

Aside from fruit, there weren't a lot of healthy food options for vegans, though the Regency Club staff were **amazing** about making custom vegan meals for us!

I have mixed feelings, but overall this was a great vacation, which could have been a bit better with just a little more care and attention by management to think more about their overall customer experience.

Our stay started off well, the resort is beautiful and most of the staff are very pleasant. When we first arrived and were checking in, the woman at the front desk was nice enough to offer to upgrade our room to one with a king bed (I'm 6'4"). We were told to have our bags ready the next morning and they would move them to our new room. We had planned a trip to Haleakala that morning , so we had our bags packed and by the front as directed at 245 in the morning when we left to go see the sunrise. When we returned to the hotel at 3p, they said the room wasn't ready, that they would let us know when it was. Fast forward to 530, we took a quick nap before dinner, when we got up we had message that said your room is ready. We called for help to move our bags, and they then told us "well, you weren't ready, so we gave it away already." We have now packed our bags twice since arriving to move to the new room, only to be told they gave it away. They never told us there was a deadline for the room, they also tried saying that housekeeping told them we weren't packed, which isn't true, we've never fully unpacked. I understand that mistakes happen, but to tell us it's our fault that we didn't get the room when we were never told it was on a deadline and a blatant lie about our readiness from housekeeping leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. Now, rant over, we will get settled in this room and enjoy our stay!

great place to stay, clean family friendly and easy to access all areas. The two issues I had were the prices for food. It's just way over priced for what you get. The parking is an issue if you don't valet. $35 per day valet. $22 self park a 1/4 mile away

Been to many hotels, but haven't experienced such a friendly and welcoming staff like they have here before. It was a joy to be around so many smiling faces and positive attitudes. The spectacular Hawaiian ambiance was just icing on the cake.

The views and mist of the staff are great. Pools were clean and not over crowded. The rooms are pretty outdated and ours was laid out strangely. The bathroom door hit the light fixture and the shower curtain rod only to open just enough to squeeze into the tiny bathroom. Wall paper fell off the wall and some items went missing from our room. The hotel did address the missing items rapidly, but it shouldn't have happened. Cleaning crew kept taking the blankets away, or hiding them behind the tv. It was really wierd. Then the wallpaper fell down. We asked that they didn't repair it because of the items already missing. They came in and taped it up anyway.

This visit was a mixed bag. Here are the pros and cons: Pro: As always, the Hyatt staff are friendly, polite, and professional. The resort food was consistently good. The pool stays open 24 hours. There is a Sunglass Hut on site. The oceanfront rooms have gorgeous views. Walking into the building for the first time is wonderful--open atrium, beautiful landscaping, and even real penguins! Con: The rooms are in desperate need of a rennovation. The shower/bathtub situation is a little gross because it shows its age. The room has a popcorn style ceiling, and probably most disappointing is the lanai. It is so small that it barely fits two chairs and once you sit down, the only view you have is mostly blocked by the railing. Hope this helps. I heard they maybe remodeling in 2019.

The staff is professional and very helpful. Please read the overall summaries. The special that we signed up for was the lesser in quality of a room. Our beach view required us to sit out on the balcony to get it. Self parking is frowned upon and carts are only available with attendants. (I prefer more freedom for in and out access) The aging facilities are nice but dated. Hyatt does have the basics and more. In house shopping is good with several name brands. The coffee shop is very good. The pool is in the process of an upgrade. The do have shaded areas to swim in and share access to pools at the Hyatt Residence next door. This doubles the pools available to you with 24 hour access. This is nice when you are from another time zone or got sun burned. You have to hunt for towels. (Other Hyatt locations have towels stacked in key locations) Security is visible at night but we always felt safe. The walking path among all of the resorts on the beach is narrow. It is the best path to many options. Tours can be booked to the room and staff can assist. You need help planning a full exploration of Maui. I would return. Hyatt needs to know that a little more attention is needed in this one. We were spoiled at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun (5+stars if I could) and I want each Hyatt at that standard. The overall for Hyatt Recency Maui and Spa is a great place to stay but just missed a five star rating from this person.

Beautiful resort with all kinds of surprises - the animals including birds, penguins, swans, flaminogs, etc were really neat to see on the property and gave it some extra flair. Good dining options and nice rooms make this a place we would come back to. One note: this place can be tough to find at night if it's your first time there! Recommend arriving while it's still light out so you can get your bearings.

The best thing about this property besides the location are the Penguins and the flamingos. Although I'm pretty sure they are just temporarily hosting those pink birds while the Westin is being remodeled. Otherwise the pool area and decor look quite dated.

Love this place! It's my home away from home. The staff is excellent and I come to this location once every other year. Everyone is so professional and kind. Ariel the manager is amazing and super hospitable. I get big hugs from the Club Regency folks when I stop by. They are definitely like my "Ohana"! I couldn't be happier with my stay. Thank you Hyatt Regency Maui.

The decor looks exactly as it did when I was here in 2002. It was outdated then. The resort grounds, etc is very nice. However, the room design and accommodations don t reflect the resort and do it an injustice. Won t be back and will choose the Grand Waleia.

Loved the Hyatt Regency in Maui. Ocean view room with two balconies was perfect for spotting whales in the morning. Wonderful, courteous staff. We lost a wallet with credit cards and $300 in cash near the pool, and it was returned to us by security the same day. That was amazing. Absolutely would return to this hotel.

We are currently staying at the Hyatt for my son's Make A Wish. All the staff are wonderful, amazing, and created a family atmosphere. They have made my son's (Make A Wish) a wonderful and amazing family vacation. I would like to send out a special thank you to Ruth Guiza. Also, a very special thank you to Austin ( from the main pool area that sells sunglasses). You took us in like family and have gone above and behind to make this trip amazing. All the vendors are also so kind and willing to help. Thank you to the vendor that made the wonderful personalized sign for my son. The Drums of Pacific Luau was wonderful and amazing. This performance created a family atmosphere, and allowed great memories for my family that we will never forget. This has been an amazing vacation. Aloha and Mahalo to all newly formed O'hana!!!

Very disappointed at best. There's only one sit down breakfast brunch restaurant. There was a line a mile long with an equally long wait time. We ended up taking the car and drove 6 miles to another restaurant. Our room was really small and old in design and look. The shower and toilet was in the same room and the shower was old school in a bathtub. The shower had least had a super flow and pressure. SPA was super small. Not coming back. The hotel needs to be brought into the current century unless the strategy is to maintain a very old look and feel.

I noticed that the resort has been built for a while...thinking the price..quaility of the facilities are not that much good. However, the resort very near from beach and golf resort. Also, it has nice views, 24 hours pools and gym.

Had a lovely time. We were here for a convention the last week of January 2018. The whale watching was fun! More on site dining options for lunch would have been appreciated. The shaved ice was addictive. Our room was in the tower by the nightly luau, which we could hear (loudly, even with the patio door closed) and watch from our balcony. Our view of the ocean was wonderful, and the staff was all polite and accommodating. The hotel flora and fauna were appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families.

This stay was honestly amazing! We were the first family to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms. The customer service was spectacular! I would highly suggest anyone in Maui to stay at this resort!

Beautiful facility despite current construction. Two restaurants currently closed, but lots of others in walking distance. Very friendly & professional staff. Several bars, including one in the pool "grotto" which unfortunately closes at 5:00 PM. Great for older couples, or younger with children. 20's & 30's without kids might find things shutting down a little early.

Comfortable rooms and beautiful grounds with various birds, including penguins, flamingos, and swans. Large pool with a grotto containing a bar was an interesting feature and a visit during the 2nd week of December meant few crowds so plenty of space to swim.

We paid for a luau at the hotel. They did not have it outside because it might rain so they had it in a ball room. We have been to 3 other luaus and enjoyed them all except this one. It was in a ball room that just had a plain black stage and no decorations. We paid over 300 dollars for the vip. But ended up sitting in the 2nd set of tables. Food was not good and we really did not like it at all. Worst Luau we have been to in Maui. And it never rained!!!

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIR ven. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Amazing stay. The grounds are beautiful - I could have stayed in the hotel and just find new corners to work on my thesis and instead of feeling frustrated, feel relaxed doing it and enjoying the views this place offers. I wasn't so fussed about enjoying the pools/beach/sunbathing at this part of my stay.

The food that I had here has also been great, which pretty much is always high end priced but the up side is the general experience and quality of experience is good - you get the experience you pay for.

My brother and his family were staying here and we had a family emergency where I had to come from the mainland and assist. Hotel picked me up and comped me a room for six days. Most awesome, friendly, helpful staff I have ever encountered. And, I stay at hotels two months out of the year. Many thanks to the kind, professional staff.

I lost my glasses after going down the water slide and the person running the slide immediately called people to take over his shift so he could dive into the 9 feet end and retrieve the glasses. He didn't seem even the slightest bit irritated. He was super calming and helpful.

It's been good, very nice resort but our room was too warm for us. They relocated us, upgrade, but still the room is warmish. I know the afternoon sun is strong but this is the winter months. We are in the winter months. 20th floor atrium. First room we were in was 606. Pool is pretty chilly.

Great location. Rooms a bit small and ready for remodel. Luau every night noisy and interrupts expensive ocean front room. Time share booths all over. My wife and I went to the Drums of the Pacific Luau here. The Hyatt was extremely groomed and clean. Very nice hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful with giving us directions for parking and the location of the Luau. There is a small shopping center as you walk through with several clothing and souvenir shops. The steakhouse located there was also amazing looking with and open wall to a beautiful fountain and stream feature. Everything here was very expensive though, but this seems to be the trend in the resort district of Maui.

2 days into a 6 day stay and I am absolutely blown away. I travel quite a bit and have done the whole resort thing on many occasions, but this place tops them. Everything is spotless, the food options are fantastic, the staff is professional, and the location is great. Too many fantastic details to mention, but I will certainly be back

We stayed here from March 21 through 28th. The hotel is pretty nice and we were here for Reach for the stars but had came few days earlier. The location and beach walk was nice and the atrium botanical garden, penguins and the swan lagoon was very relaxing.

There were several negatives though. There is just not enough pool chairs as all of them were occupied by 10 am. We were just shaking our heads as how a Hotel of this size had such a limited number pool chairs. There are other areas such as kids pool slides but everywhere it was packed and so except for 1 day we just could not find an open spot to relax by the pool.

We were in the main atrium tower. The rooms were very run down with the carpet and Furniture had a very worn out look and in desperate need of remodeling. The contrast to nice garden and swan lagoon is pretty stark.

The housekeeping was also a headache as few times our room was not cleaned and had to call them multiple times to have the room serviced.

So disappointed in the hotel room furnishings and worn out feel which forex not feel like a 4 Star Resort.

There are stores such as Macy s etc inside the hotel but the carpet near the sitting area where they have portrait store had clutter garbage all over which tells me that they are not being cleaned regularly.

The coffee shop in the hotel was cramped and pricey.
Overall the area is nice but the boardwalk is just too crowded as you bump onto other walkers as you walk through and not a relaxing walk.

I would not recommend

Gorgeous property with friendly and attentive staff. The grounds are beyond belief with Incredible pieces of Asian artwork on display and easily accessible. I enjoy watching the penguins and always think I will make it for their morning feeding but have yet to do so. The pool is massive and the beach is perfect.
There is a lovely pond with swans, flamingos, and other beautiful birds. The walking path along Kaanapali Beach is an easy walk and very enjoyable.

Rooms are pretty decent. Resort itself has a lot to offer. Pool. Decent beach (although we're hearing that the better beach is on the north side of the property). Food options are plentiful although expensive. Doesn't feel like the hotel skimps on stuff but it doesn't feel like an all-inclusive resort. Right in the middle. We're going to a timeshare presentation tomorrow so we can get a free luau which is a $120/person value so that's pretty awesome.

It was AMAZING! I'm still adjusting to "normal life" now that we are home. Going to Ka'anapali, HI and staying in such an awesome resort must be what it feels like to be a rapper or movie star. Bucket list
