Absolutely wonderful stay from the time we checked in. Lovely room, great staff, beautiful views of the lake, delicious breakfast, and a great meditation activity. We also had s mores and food/drinks from Tahoe Provisions which were delicious. Props to the management team!

We love coming here during Xmas week for skiing and sledding with the little ones. Incline village is quieter and less crazy than Northstar village, while still being close to mountains like Rose and Diamond Peak. The property itself was fantastic and they host fun events for the kids, like story time with Ms. Claus and photos with Santa. Ample self parking near by (free for Hyatt Explorist and Globalist) and a fun game room for the kiddos if you need to kill some time. Highly recommended.

It was our first trip to Beautiful Lake Tahoe and what a trip it was. My wife and I were celebrating our 10th Anniversary and we couldn't have been more pleased with our trip. Check-in was easy. The room was clean. The private beach (and pools) had the the most comfortable loungers in the world (and plenty to go around). The staff was friendly and very willing to help. Since I had let the staff know that it was our anniversary before arrival, there was complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and wine waiting in our room upon arrival!

Bottom line. If you've never been to Tahoe in the summertime -- GO! & Stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort!

This place is beautiful! It's rustic, with a feel of a mountain cabin. Full of fireplaces and comfy lounges to sit and relax. Outside, there are several fire pits with chairs around them.
The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Amazing hotel overall.

We booked this via amex fine resort program which is known for its luxury hotels and I must say this property is far below from average fine resort and hotel program. Rooms are quite old and was not clean up to amex standards for sure. I would expect that in like an inn on the side of road. That s ok. I bring antibacterial wipes often, but when you book 600$ room I would expect that I can leave Lysol at home.

Is that asking too much ???

That phone looks like some one puked on it. Gross....

Amazing experience. Hyatt lives up to its brand and has an amazing property in the perfect location. The staff were friendly and top notch as expected from Hyatt. We stayed in one of their cottages that was less than 200 yards from the hotels private beach.
The only thing that I could criticize would be the breakfast options in the club lounge. The pickings were slim and it was difficult to get enough to consider it a true meal. That was so inconsequential to the rest of the amazing stay that I would still give 5 stars. If you are going to Lake Tahoe, this has to be your first option for lodging!

Great hotel worthy of 5 stars. However, the Cutthroat Saloon is not a friendly place.
My wife and I went there for dinner last night and there was no salt and pepper on table so I apparently did a major no no by approaching the bar to get salt and pepper. Keeping in mind my mask was worn anytime i left the table. A waiter came up to me chewed me out and told me to go back to whatever I came from. Whereupon i asked him if I was not allowed to get salt and pepper. He begrudgingly gave me a salt shaker and i asked about pepper he said they were in the same shaker. They were not, so I once again dared to attempt to retrieve condiments where he verbally attacked me again. The waitress apologized and the manager comped us some drinks but the night was ruined

First off I want to start by saying we were so excited to host 22 of our closest and highest-net worth clients on your property last night.

Aside from the initial optimism and excitement, absolutely nothing went according to plan...

We walked and reviewed the party details both Friday and Saturday morning with Krista Elliott and another associate. Krista gave us the option of hosting the event on the outdoor patio with dinner to be served in the adjacent indoor space. The indoor space was great and had nice views, good lighting, and high ceilings. Both my business partner, Paul, and I felt very good about the space, set up, and felt we were getting value.

Disappointed to say the least, Krista assured us that we would get the $2,500 room rental fee waived plus another $2,000 credit, and our hotel rooms compensated. Based on the dramatic downgrade in space and accommodations, Paul and I were content and felt that adequately compensated us for being treated like sub-par guests and having the rug completely pulled out from underneath us TWO HOURS BEFORE OUR GUESTS WERE TO ARRIVE!!!

After an unprofessional, unaccommodating conversation with Melissa Woodley, she walked back every promise made to us and basically said tough, this happens...

Melissa deserves to be reprimanded and coached for her lack of professionalism and etiquette. Quite honestly, the Hyatt brand should feel embarrassed to have individuals like her representing the company.

Working in a service industry as well, I know that not only is the customer always right, it is us as the service provider s responsibility to treat the client with respect, honesty, dignity, and accommodate their needs. Not only did the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe fail to do this for us, but you failed to do this for our clients!

Several clients mentioned the small room and everyone complained about the flickering lights and disjointedness of the spaces. The bartender, obviously, bored at the end of the night, was texting on his phone and sat down on the table and nocked over half the table which resulted in a huge crash and disturbance. This was all a very poor reflection on your property to some of the most affluent, members of your local community in Incline Village.

I m not asking for anything less than I feel that is right, and that is to fulfill the promises that were made to shut us up an hour before our event started. I am horrified that we were promised one thing before our event and every single promise was then taken back afterward. This is not an honest or ethical way to run a business, and it felt like a bait and switch.

Please advise what can be done to fix our situation? I am prepared to take this to the highest levels of management because I m now extremely concerned, as I am getting married at another Hyatt property next May. I am extremely wary on Hyatt s abilities to organize and follow through on a customer s requests.

Anxiously awaiting your follow up!

The resort was beautiful and lake was amazing. It was a lot of fun. During the day the staff was amazing. However, we had to catch a very early flight so we called down to valet and asked them to have our car pulled around by 415 am - they said no problem they would put it on the "white board", but just to call back in the morning to ensure the person had it ready. We called at 3:50 am, 4:00 am. 4:05, am and finally headed down there to have front desk and security try to tell us that they would not have wrote that on the white board and we should have called. After explaining we called 4-5 times and no one was answering they discovered the valet attendant was not there. So then FINALLY security pulled around the car. They were not very nice about what happened when we tried to do everything right. Nothing like running to your plane. But the resort itself was amazing!

Wonderful place. Relaxing atmosphere. Wife and I were provided champagne during check in and toasted to our anniversary. Clerk took notice and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries sent to our room. Only knock was the restaurant on the lake was undergoing construction.

Hyatt was an absolute hoot. From the drinks at the Lone eagle bar that serves my favourite cocktail to the breakfast buffet that offers all that I could eat. Can't recommend this place enough to visit!!

We got married here last weekend and it was about as perfect as you can get. We had our wedding on the cottage green and cocktail hour/reception in the lakeside ballroom and patio. Caity was incredibly helpful when we were deciding on the venue and Sam did a great job dealing with the flurry of changes and details that we threw her way. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This is one the most serene places I have been! Great service, location, view, beach, restaurant, outdoor pool - just everything. I don't know about other seasons but summer here is awesome and worth every buck. We'll be back next year!

I've stayed here several times, both on vacations and for corporate events. The service has always been great. They have a very nice private beach. They have the best casino in North Lake Tahoe (to be fair I've never even bothered entering the other Casinos because they look kinda depressing).

Used to be better. Now it's just overpriced for what it is. But if you're staying around incline, it's the only nice casino. We prefer staying at the Resort at Squaw, Squaw Village or Sunnyside Lodge.

Located about 100 yards from the North Lake Tahoe bachnacc access area. Clean rooms and great service. Expresso machine from Sierra cafe was down which was a bummer. They have a gambling hall as well
