Wonderful after eating at the breakfast log cabin yesterday...what a sorry excuse to eat...excellent Hyatt

This place is a Dream! We cane for a Mini Honeymoon and it was just perfect! The Breakfast Buffet is Amazing and the Lone Eagle Grill and ambiance of the Private beach access and the bungalows on the waters edge is a Beautiful site when the sun sets!

I could live there. Lucky enough to have spent my honeymoon there and returned last year for our 10th anniversary, and it was better than ever. The bar food,which 10 years ago was average, is now first class, as is the room service.

Beautiful hotel and natural surroundings. Michelle was lovely at the front desk, and took excellent care of our every needs, thank you for making our stay so special. We loved the cottage, steps away from the private beach. Excellent service poolside too. The hotel makes it very easy to rent bikes and the casino was enjoyable in the evening. Great concierge service too!

Amazing! Place is beautiful. The staff is great and they offer you a glass of champagne when you check in . Our room was great but we were by the elevator eeekk ... noise problems... people were having fun and woke us up each time . Cant hate

Quiet, romantic Lake Mountain Resort with everything you need. We are honeymooning here and it was the perfect choice for us. Stunning lake views, majestic mountains, and fresh green alpine trees.

Attended a wedding at the Hyatt. Terrific location and plethora of amenities (e.g. casino, pool, beach, beach drink service, lake rentals, nature trail, etc.) Look forward to staying here the next time we visit.

Our go-to place to stay in Lake Tahoe. The location is perfect, it has a private beach and fantastic restaurants. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. They have a pool and multiple hot tubs, as well as fire pits. You can buy s'mores kits and roast marshmallows. There is a casino as part of the property, but it is off to the side and isn't obtrusive. Simply put, a great get away for singles, couples and families alike.

It's such a beautiful place to go. Everything from the service to the food is amazing! Definitely worth checking it out if you are ever by there..

Simply outstanding. Love everything about this place. First of all, a friendly welcome upon check-in which always is a good sign. The rooms are beautiful with rustic modern decor. The grounds are just so lovely. Perfect for walks on the beach. Sunsets are magnificent here. Highly recommend.

Nice front desk person concierge desk person not so much... I felt unwelcome from the gruff tone of voice as he sort of barked directions at me!

Great hotel, the parking situation is semi inconvenient and the property is large, lots of walking otherwise great.

The rooms are big and well furnished with safes, the beach is absolutely fantastic with amazing clear water, and the place is just really well built and looks very rustic. The service was super fast (5 minutes when I had problems with my safe) and there are 2 places where you can get food inside the hotel which are decent but slightly pricy. The casino is small but bustling at night. Minor nitpick but the layout of the floors is amazingly confusing. Overall, it's a great place.

The casino is nice compared to others in the North Tahoe area. However, they no longer have a poker room.

In the virgin forest, Tahoe Lake, the environment is good, small casino is not bad

Worst experience took are dog because it was barking in the room. If you have a pet do not come to this horrible hotel full of stoners as staff. Are dog was so terrified he's still shaking. Not pet friendly at all. Don't not waste your time.

Expensive but location, private beach to see lake Tahoe with fire place, lake view dinner and casino. I felt it is money well spent for some one coming from New York.

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort is a wonderful hotel to stay at for a few days when visiting Lake Tahoe.

The room service is very fast, as I am quite the spender, if I do say so myself. On top of that, the view is amazing, overlooking the pool, and a patch a green grass, with mountains just beyond.

Nice place for a weekend the water is a little cold the food is very good if I recommend it.

Casino is pretty bluesy. Parking cost me $63 for a night in an outdoor lot. Ycch.

From the second we arrived this was amazing experience! Comfortable, very clean, and some of the absolute B-E-S-T service we've ever experienced! If there were a 6-star rating, this place easily earns it!
We were so pleasantly but energetically greeted by Jill at the front desk. Check-in was quick, effortless and topped-off with a glass of champagne. Our bellman, David, was quick up to our room and knowledgeable of the area (gave great suggestions and left his card in case we had questions). Our dinner at the Lone Eagle Grill was a touch of heaven: George, the sommelier, made the perfect recommendations; Nicole, the restaurant manager, made sure we had the perfect evening; Roberto and Amanda, our waiter and waitress (we like the restaurant so much, we went back a second night), were knowledgable of the food they were serving and provided superb customer service as well.
We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay! And although we did have to leave, we will definitely return to this resort time and time again.

We didn't know there was coffee in the room or a laundry bag or refrigerator until the morning we checked out. We get up early and couldn't get coffee until 6AM. Very frustrating

Food is alright, casino isn't crowded, all in all a nice relaxing spot, if you're looking for noise and excitement, this isn't the place for you.

Whoever was behind the desk that helped me out - that guy needs a promotion. Kind, knowledgeable of his hotel's business and their policies, helpful, and extremely welcoming.

The hotel is overall really great. The only thing I really can't understand is that the outdoor food service is not appropriate for 2017. Copious amounts of plastic and other waste is being generated. Other hotels have switched to recyclables and compostable packages. It is shocking to see right there at the lake.

Drove up from Carson City to have breakfast and do a little gambling. I had to pay a $10.00 for parking even with a validated card. So now we have to pay for parking if you don't have room there? NOT ME ANYMORE!

Fantastic resort, great amenities for adults, children and any combo. Leave the resort to explore the area! Employees are extremely helpful and welcoming, made the experience even better. Could stay here for a whole week and enjoy every moment.

Right on the beach with a nice restaurant and a decent casino. The food and drink service on the beach is the best part.

Walking around, entering the casino, to go to the conference rooms is very confusing

Our stay in the lake side cottage were a raffle win. It's been an amazing experience. It was a sale for me I would totally come back. The staff have been really friendly and attentive.

We had a 6 week old infant with us and everyone at the hotel was amazingly helpful and kind. What a fabulous place!

Excellent hotel - great service, amenities, and staff!

Great place, fantastic location but you can't leave the compound. Valet/shuttle service is similar to that of a motel 6. NON EXISTENT. My request for a vehicle was followed up with a "peace out" by the staff. Acceptable perhaps at a average hotel- but even then the service level of a holiday inn aims to please. This was unacceptable. Add the raw inescapable tastse of cigarette and mediocrity mad me a tad frustrated.

Awsome service from the moment we pulled up to the front door. Great staff, every team member greets with a smile. Clean rooms and great restaurants. Would recommend for business travel or a family vacation stay.

Let me talk about weddings. So many great setting to pick for this venue that is right on the Lake. Tahoe at it's best. I love photographing weddings or events at this location and LOVE connecting with professional and friendly staff. They have it all here, great food, ballrooms or lawn and beach setting.

Main facility is across the road from beach front. Gambling present but not in your face. Nice pool area, children's pool and play area. Convenient activities desk. Mountain bike rentals.
