Great resort. Friendly staff. Great dedicated beach with many services
My relatives stayed here for my daughter's wedding. Great place!
Okay location, the hotel needs sound proofing so you can't here other guests starting at 5 am.
Beautiful hotel with rustic but elegant decor. There are a few great restaurant offerings including a buffet, a sports bar, and a coffee shop with fresh grocery-type snacks. Casino is pretty small, and unfortunately doesn't have a poker room anymore, but the casino services department is top notch. There's a decent arcade for the kiddos and they even had a giant gingerbread house when we stayed over Christmas. Parking is awfully expensive $7/hour or $15/day for self park, $25/over night valet. Parking used to be free, but they started a new structure in the past year and many people are not happy with it. We had some trouble with the valet service as well (no one on staff to receive or retrieve vehicles!) It is the only hotel in Incline Village, so the price is high and rooms fill up quickly.
Great staff! Fell in love with Lake Tahoe because of these guys!
This is a very fine place. Everything you expect from a Hyatt. Set in beautiful Lake Tahoe close to beaches. Luxurious and fine .
Beautiful building, the heated indoor/outdoor pool is very cool. Foods a bit pricey
This places losses your personal belongs. Your bring in any personal items, it will disappear!
Nice resort at amazing location. Enjoyed the Spa & casino.
Overall a pretty good experience. the room was nice, staff is friendly and helpful. grounds are well kept. We really enhoyed the Sierra Cafe and the high quality/great value food there. The one knock is that we let them know we had infant twins and were provided with a top story unit in the 'cottages', which meant we had to haul them up and down the stairs whenever we went somewhere. Other than that, great time.
Great facility and beautiful grounds. Check out time is a little early at 10am.
Cheep bastards are now charging for parking if your a guest or coming to there hotel to gamble. Valet parking is $25. Day/ overnight is $15. Will stay somewhere else. Wont be stopping in to play the tables any more.
It was a pleasant stay, efficient staff, clean rooms.
Beautiful property great spa great hiking within walking distance to the lake food was good as well.
Don't forget your swim trunk. Who thought there was a hot spring pool here!
What a wonderful place. Very clean and the restaurant down by the beach is excellent!
Nice place, craps tables are too hard. I'm blaming that for why I lost.
Hotel is beautiful. It's in a beautiful location. Grounds are very well maintained. Pool area is large, and can accommodate quite well, even with social distancing guidelines. I do feel comfortable here, in regards to cleanliness and safety. Also, staffs extremely friendly and helpful.
I made a room near Lake Tahoe. You can go to the lake via the garden. Good restaurant. I want to be here again next time.
Nice room and hotel, but I wish the hot tub was hotter!
Check in was abysmal, our room was supposed to have a view but it didn't.
One of my favorite Hyatt Regency locations. The hotel is very large with several dining options. It's a short wall over to the lake and the rooms are very cozy.
They have beautiful rooms, and a casino cocktails are free while you were playing. I stay there I had so much fun.
Good food, good views, service in general was not great though
Great friendly staff, short walk to the lake and some good eats at the golden eagle.
Was a favorite of mine but it slipped... all because of the parking fee! I'm trying to get used to being charged for driving myself but... $30 for less than 2 hours?
Otherwise great place!
The hotel has been kept up very nicely over the years very friendly people very professional
Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience while visiting this property, I honestly find hard to believe this was a 4-star hotel. The hotel was in a poor condition (we were in room 130).. it's a long walk from the hotel check in to the room, like really long and the elevators are slow and stinky. The entire hallway was full with barking dogs, we had our dog with us and he barely bother anyone. There was a lot of hammering or construction work noise happening all night long on Saturday night at least until 11PM. We ordered room service, the pancakes were a disgraced and even though I checked with the person on the phone to make sure the OJ was not added it was brought to my room. We asked for a wine bottle and utensils for dining in, we got a regular bottle opener and no utensils, we called and to rectify and waited for more than an hour and nothing happened. I went to the front desk to ask for one and I was asked to open the bottle and return it - OMG, it was like a 15 mins walk since the room is so far and the elevators slow. The utensils never arrived! VERY DISAPPOINTED NEVER AGAIN. This place is too expensive for such a crappy service.
We tried to order room service which was supposed to go until midnight. The front desk connected us to room service who told us there was no room service and then when we called back, refused to answer their phones. One of the reasons you stay at large hotels is for amenities such as these. On top of that they can t even get the situation straight between front desk and room service people. Really poor service for an expensive hotel.
Somewhat rode hard and put up wet - They just get sooooooo many visitors! But the location is to die for, and yes, i would stay there again. Just wish they'd do some reno
This place is amazing. The beach access is worth the price! One of the best places to go if you want to use your boat or jetski.
Really nice pool. Has two good restaurants and a casino. Rooms are also nice, but a bit expensive.
Small casino with card tables and poker machines. Cozy atmosphere with some nice choices in the restaurant menu
I love the Stillwater Spa! Great place to relax and get rejuvenated. The staff is very accommodating and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I love the hairdressers, especially Sheila and Ashley! They both do a wonderful job in meeting your expectations. Enjoy!
This resort is amazing. I can't recommend it enough. The cottages are right on the lake. The front desk are amazing. We locked ourselves out and security was there in seconds to let us in, and were super nice.
There's this thing about expensive hotels: nothing is included, and what your room rate does cover tends to be of the lowest acceptable quality.
I can't speak for all of the rooms, obviously, but my main complaint here (besides the rates; they're the only game in town and they KNOW it) is the furniture. ALL the furniture is horribly uncomfortable, from the lobby chairs to the room chairs and sofas to the beds. It all seems to have been chosen based purely on appearance. I have yet to get a good night's sleep here.
You could probably do well to rent a car and find lodging some distance away and I bet you'd get savings and better sleep at the same time.
This place loves dogs and has a creative painting activity . 10/10 Would go again
An incredible hotel in an amazing location. This is for sure the nicest hotel I ever have had the pleasure of staying at when doing a hike with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. What a classy place to stay. I have no idea how much it cost to stay here per night. Just an incredible location.
Ate dinner at Cutthroat saloon. Very good food and nice service.
Did not provide rooms requested in the reservation. Very upsetting. The cafe has no food children or most adults would be interested in eating. Room service menu was much better and fast service. Had absolutely no loungers at the private beach, that's part of why we come here, the private beach. We could not enjoy it at all this year. This is the first time in 5 years it was an unpleasant visit to the Hyatt Regency.
Great location and friendly staff. Love the amenities for casino resort. Pool and hot tub are very nice and convenient. Lots of activities to enjoy plus complimentary s mores late afternoon. Rooms are nice and overall great ambiance. Easy walk to the lake.
We had the Jr Suite in the main building. Everything was better than we expected. From the time we checked in, we felt special when they offered us a glass of champagne. The layout of our room was excellent and the decor was high quality. The small details were top notch. All of the associates that we came in contact with were friendly and professional. We went on a hike to Chicadee ridge with Kemp and we had a great time and it was free.
Went only for the spa. The couple's massage was awesome!
Great lake, good pools, lots of forest and mountain views.
Very nice hotel They charged an extra night and no one was responsible for it. Neither booking nor the hotel. That bothers
Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We really enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of the restaurant overlooking the water and the marsh mellows by the fire fits. The only negative thing is that the boats that are available to rent on the property are 'self insured'...so if one sinks, you are buying them a boat.
Can't speak to the quality of the hotel, but the beach and dock is nice enough, great view for fireworks
It was very welcoming and interesting the remaining very good and the staff good service.
The beautiful mountains and the wonderful lake. The nights in the warm relaxing pools
Amazing hotel especially because of Tyler from the front desk!!!! He makes the hotel 5 stars if I could I would give 6 because of Tyler. My trip was the best thanks to him. #WeLoveTylerFromTheFrontDesk
AWESOME STAY, WILL DO IT AGAIN FOR SURE! THANK YOU!
Had a really awesome dinner and then smores on the beach with our kids and grandkids at a special firepit. The food was incredible. Wonderful views of Lake Tahoe with lots of beachside chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Our group loved the steaks and their salmon dish was delicious and different from the norm.
Top notch in amenities, views, service, and atmosphere.
Friendly. Looking for a wedding venue. Very helpful
Love this place. Ive been here in every season and its always classy and scenic. I love the gaming area, dining is good (service is consistently ok only), and property overall top notch.
I always come to the Hyatt, and I enjoy it every time. The rooms are very comfortable, it's pretty close to a couple ski resorts, and it has an amazing pool/spa. I haven't ever had a bad experience with the service, and the rooms are constantly being upgraded. Every time I come here, something is different, and it has always been a good thing.
Great food, good bar area. Love sitting by the outdoor firepit over looking Lake Tahoe in the early evening
Great local casino resort. They are dog friendly and we stay here quite a bit.
Staff is extremely friendly! Food is pricey. Rooms come with complimentary toothpaste, ear plugs, cotton swabs, and q tips. Rooms come with a refrigerator and robes!
The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe has large comfortable rooms and a private beach on Lake Tahoe. The pools and gym are also fantastic and well maintained.
The reason for my 3 star rating is the nickle-and-dime approach that the hotel takes towards its guests who are already paying $500+ a night. Every single thing at this hotel involves an additional fee, regardless of your rate or Hyatt status.
It's offensive to charge a $40/night resort fee and $18/ night self-parking fee at these rates, even the water bottles in the rooms are $6. This approach does not make sense at this level and made my stay less relaxing than it should have been. We won't be back.
Sunday Brunch was superb with young adults poolside. Nice renovation. Invite you to see first hand. We'll be back!!
Wonderful spa, and relaxing stay. Valet and concierge was very helpful to someone new to the area. Beautiful beach.
It looked really nice and we'll kept, although it didn't seem like the workers were really aware of the people visiting.
Went there for a wedding and had a great time hanging out in the hotub in the snow.
