Wow, I don t have the words to describe how great this resort is. I ve traveled far and wide, but this is the best place I ve stayed. There are many restaurants within the hotel which all offer unique and wonderful meals. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, and I loved the ability to rent paddle boards, kayaks, and even boats there.

Only 1 elevator that works in the entire 12 floor hotel. Have to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get on. The rooms have no A/C in the winter months but while we are here it s not cool enough at night. Tried to leave the hotel to go elsewhere but they won t let us out of our reservation. Won t come back

2016.08.29: Really nice place, about a 3-4 minute walk from a nice beach at the edge of the lake. Get a room looking out over the pool, and you might be able to see Lake Tahoe from the corner of your window. Gym is not bad for a hotel, and they gave me free champagne when I accidentally left my key in my room and had to ask for a new one at the front desk.

nice environment decent service, we had a glass of champagne upon arrival. Wasn't happy with my first room they upgraded me to a higher floor..love the lighting in there , very rustic comfy. Beds are comfy and being sensitive to sheets I have no complaints with their high tread counts.

So far I have stayed at this hotel two nights with my husband and I do not like it for the following reasons:

1. Front desk has given us 5 sets of key for the room. It's so confusing to know which key is the right one.

2. There was a hole in my pillow case. I asked for it to be replaced and they just dropped four pillow cases in my room.

3. My husband ordered a pizza without meat and the restaurant put pepperoni in the pizza. He also requested for no pork on the pizza and the directions were ignored.

4. We asked to be moved from our original room because I woke up at 3am scratching from what I believe to be bed bugs.

5. Someone from housekeeping came to knock on my door at 9:30 pm to ask if I wanted a laundry bag. Since I was sleeping due to a hard day of skiing, they just opened the door and woke me up and I can't get back to sleep. I could have been having sex with my husband and anyone could just open the door.

6. Last but not least, the most convenient exit and entrance to the parking is through the casino and when my husband and I got back from skiing, a security guy at the casino was hostile to my husband and told him to remove his hoodie. What the hell is wrong with this people?

I am extremely disappointed of this hotel and I don't recommend staying here. On average with parking and the room rate I am paying $200 a night and for this kind of service and inconvenience is not worth it. I hope this helps.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Everyone from the staff was just wonderful. The attention to detail of this hotel is by far the best I have ever seen. I know that I am in Tahoe...so you want to get out and do, but there's nothing that you need to leave for if you just want to relax. Awesome resterant...spa...pool...gym and a room with a view. Perfect job and thanks again for making it as good as it gets!

Our stay here was wonderful. Joshua at the front desk was the most helpful person ever. He gave us great tips and recommendations. We stayed during the snow season and the heated pool and jacuzzis were an amazing experience. Almost no body used them but if you go, you definitely should! The bar was very fun with good food options. The restaurant had good food and the host was very helpful. The provisions place also had great food. All food places could have used more vegan options, they were a little lacking. The rooms did not have a coffee machine and the room water bottles cost $6.50. I was disappointed by that, but the other features made up for it. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was huge. The maid was very friendly as well. Great stay!

Beautiful views, nice facility, excellent staff, but I had to return multiple beverages in 4 days because someone else's lipstick was on my drinking glass at the Sierra Cafe, convention facility, and Lone Eagle Grille.
I wasn't the only one... They have an obvious dishwashing issue, but otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at the Hyatt this past weekend (Oct 9-12) and would definitely recommend and go back! This was my first time in Tahoe, so I was pretty green to what the area had to offer.

The room was decent, but we have stayed at better hotels (sorry!) in terms of furniture, amenities, decor etc.

But man, the location and property amenities are absolutely unbeatable. It s a stone s throw from the lake, and we had a view from our hotel window. It s close to Incline Village, which had some cute places to eat, and it was nice strolling though the area which has some amazing properties to salivate over. There are great local hiking places, as well as a fantastic bike trail and beach to rent kayaks... all very close to the hotel.

We dined primarily at The Lone Eagle Grill. food was absolutely fantastic, and I feel like they were taking precautions for social distancing, including modifying the breakfast buffet to make guests feel comfortable.

I think the best part was the outdoor excursions, which really sets the hotel apart from other places. They offer daily activities from hiking to meditation to painting, and we were able to meet some fellow guests as well as the spa director, Julie, who is truly an inspiration and very good at her job! It s worth it to stay at the hotel to talk to Julie, she will brighten anybody s day.

I liked the parking situation/self parking and found it easier to get out of than places that only offer exclusively valet. You do pay for daily parking but it s part of staying at a hotel.

Looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic hotel to stay at, they even allowed us to have our dogs stay with us in our room. The bed was super comfy and room was wonderfully decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again. Bonus perk, glass of champagne at check in.

I went to gamble and thoroughly enjoyed myself here. Unlike Vegas, I can still find a blackjack table that pays 3 to 2. The table and wait staff were well mannered and the facility was in good shape.

This Hyatt quality without the usual price associated with lake Tahoe combined with high quality. It has a nice small casino to fill that itch without the 50,000 square feet of slots and people that large casino's offer. If you are looking for a more off the lake location without loosing quality you will enjoy it here.

I attended a conference here, and the staff were very helpful and nice! I really appreciated the technical support staff going out of their way to help me and other presenters setup our laptops and optimizing the position of the projectors. I also had breakfast at the Cafe, whi h was delicious. There's also a casino here as well. Be sure to validate your parking before exiting the parking lot.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. There's snow everywhere and it looks like a winter wonderland. The rooms are really nice and there are great amenities. The food, however, is ridiculously over priced (2 eggs, some potatoes, and bacon for $18!). There are restaurants on site and they're all the same crazy pricing. In addition to that, they only give you 24 hours of WiFi and then you gave to pay for it which is ridiculous! I've never heard of that, especially in 2016! I've stayed at 3 star hotels with better pricing, free breakfasts and free WiFi. This place just seems to be gouging us for every penny. And that's on top of the $30 Resort fee they charge per day! This is a very nice and fancy place, I just feel like they're penny pinching!

Stopped by the bar for a drink. Bartender was quick a receptive. They have these fantastic drinks called Golden Eagles that get the job done if that's what you're looking for. Very reasonable prices on food and beverages. Highly recommend this place.

Don t go to this casino - as a customer, having had not a single drink, I was nearly attacked physically by the pit boss on duty Friday, January 18th at 10pm. Why? Apparently for asking if he could help my girlfriend and myself get a drink.

The hotel employees are GREAT! BUT, The casino is run by a small-time white label management company who obviously cares nothing about their customers.

Everything was perfect...until the Governor imposed the face mask order. Very hard to breathe at such a high altitude. That said, the Lone Eagle Grill was great, hotel staff excellent and room service was good. The private beach in front of the Lone Eagle Grill was well managed and the water was very clean and warm enough to stay in. Swimming pool area, again, well maintained (the pool bartender could have put a little extra alcohol in my Bloody Mary) LOL! In closing, I would have given the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe 5 Stars, but not for the mandatory face mask order which they enforced diligently.

Definitely one of the best places in North Tahoe to visit. The hotel is split in half with the hotel and casino on one side and a beach area a short walk away. Rooms are modern and clean. There are several rooms that are outside the main building that allow dogs.

If you are a Hyatt member and get Regency Club access, the club is nicely stocked with snacks and drinks. They are offer complimentary beer and wine. The club is situated on the 11th floor with full views of Incline Village. The negative is that the club is very poorly air conditioned and often is extremely warm.

The negative on the rooms is that although the rooms say they are air conditioned, it never works very well. We had our room set for 66 and the room would seldom go lower than 69 and only at night.

All rooms are non smoking and the only time you smell some is when walking by the casino near the entrance. There are some great pools and the food service is very attentive. It is a great location for a family event and in a great part of town. Other fun activities include bike riding along the path near the water or the numerous water activities. Even the kayaking at the hotel was less expensive than what you would pay at King Beach (about a 15 min drive).

This is the 3rd time we ve been here and were over it!!! Rooms overpriced for what they are. Hotel staff was friendly, Casino terrible, one person playing three card games, the one we wanted wasn t open and wouldn t open it? They would rather have 3 three dealers sit there twiddling there thumbs than open game we wanted to play. Sorry I cant do anything? Resturant down the street Lone Eagle was also not very good experience, so worried about face masks? Food wasn t very warm, took long time.

Overall great stay. Was a little disappointed to find out the beach access is across street which they to own but that's my fault for not reading the details I guess. The little things like full property wifi that works is great in my book. It's a big place so that was nice to see these days. Jr suite was nice and great view from 7th floor. The service was nice and casino small but nice. Barley any smokers when I was there which was great. I'll be back.
