Beautiful, right off the water. The main hotel is nice. You do have to walk across a little bridge to get the side by the lake. We stayed in the Suites not connected to the hotel but are right on the shore. Campfire pits, restaurant, and beach side bar are right out your door. I'd definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend a different location if you're planning a party or special event. I was invited to a friends birthday party and had a horrible experience dealing with Brian the guest services manager. He was incredibly rude to our party and kept saying how he "didn't feel the need to do anything" and that "it wasn't his problem" all because we didn't know who he had dealt with on the phone. Some accountability and remorse for customers would be very nice for a guest services manager to have.

Simply because of him and his unwillingness to help or listen to possible resolution ideas I will not be coming back ever.

This was my first time staying at the Hyatt in incline village.... Let me tell you, service is impeccable, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing. If you don't want to leave the resort you don't have to. The staff is insanely accommodating and the rooms were nice. My favorite was the complementary s'mores kit. Can't wait to go back.

Set inside gorgeous scenery with many rooms or cottages for rent. The service is exceptional and they have modern tap cards as opposed to the older less secure swipe style. The digs are great and there are many activities to indulge in at the surrounding town Mofos pizza is pretty phenomenal

We love this place. Been back many times. Lovely hotel. Our sweet Hawaiian Bellman (can't remember his name ) is always a pleasure to see. Two things, shower water temp ran mostly cold and room temp too warm in the night.

Fun

Just stayed (6/5/20) in one of their Lakeside Cottages w/ Kitchenette - absolutely beautiful ! Steps away from beach, beach bar, fire pit for roasting S'mores. The sprawling grass areas and impeccable grounds are great for dogs walks and strolls w/ your morning coffee ! We just arrived after Shelter In Place was lifted and the staff was so helpful and pleasant- they went above and beyond for us ! Posted our pics online for friends and family to see and had 2 of our close friends book immediately their reservations !
Highly recommend !!

We stayed here from 11/20-11/22. It was our 4th time visiting the resort. 1st time writing a review. Each time we've stayed here, its been wonderful. The staff is great and inviting. The rooms are always clean. We've stay 2x on the club level, once in the cabins across the street, and 1 other time in a regular room. Off all the rooms we've stayed in, I enjoyed staying on the club level the most given we have kids. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner served is awesome and convenient, especially this last trip when we left early to go skiing and returned for dinner around 4. The ladies staffing the club room were wonderful, nice, and courteous. They treated everyone like family even though it was busy at times.

-1 star for now charging $15 daily for parking on top of the $30 resort fee and $20 occupancy tax. They use to allow free self-parking but now decided its worthwhile charging more on top of the already expensive fees ($65 on top of the basic room fee).

Nice pool and delicious restaurants. The bed was a bit stiff for my wife and I's liking but the massive 4K flat screen was a nice addition. The staff was expedient and friendly and the lodge atmosphere was relaxing. And only a short drive from South Shore. A very pleasant stay overall.

Love this Hyatt property. Nestled in the woods right up against lake Tahoe. The eagle grill is amazing. It's right on the water and food and service is great! And if you are a gambler they have a casino and if you are a skier they are right by the slopes.

The 3 stars are not meant to say it's bad - just not worth the price compared to other resort hotels like the Hyatt Kauai or the Four Seasons Punta Mita. Kids club is boring compared to other resorts and the beach offers nothing for guests to use without trying to sell you something (even inflatable floaties and rafts, not to mention kayaks are all extra charges). Food was okay - with the exception of the excellent Lone Eagle Grill steakhouse which is a Tahoe institution on its own.

It's a nice property with clean rooms, a nice beach with a pool and the staff were friendly... But if you're expectations are for a great resort experience where you're surprised/delighted/experience something unique (as the price would imply) you'll be left wishing you'd got an airBnB instead.

Go to place to stay while at Lake Tahoe. More than enough amenities to stay in the hotel for days. Casino, lower level spa, outdoor pool, restaurants, and even private beach access. Would go again.

nice place but honestly way over priced for everything. Our room is like a best Western room for $350 really. the casino is a club house. they charge for everything at every turn. I do not recommend

Stayed at the resort over Christmas this year and had an amazing time. Resort is 20-45 minutes from several excellent mountains, and due to a snow storm on Christmas eve, the snowboarding was great. We always have a great stay at the Hyatt Lake Tahoe and we're looking forward to our next trip!

Very happy with our stay. Only downsides are the smell of smoke in the common areas of the hotel because of the casino. Also find it odd that a hotel with such amazing views has more wall space than window space in the rooms. What windows were there though were amazing to look out at. Hyatt has the best amenities in the rooms with so many fine touches like toothpaste, a clock with the time on three sides, wireless phone charging, a giant tv on the wall, motion sensitive floor lights, etc. The arcade could have been more fun if the games were cheaper. I bet we would have dropped $50 in there on games, but they were such a rip off we just played one and left. It was so nice out though, this was a good thing. The regency club was also great. All the staff in there felt like family and the snacks, drinks and food they provided were spot on. The beach had free chairs and umbrellas and drink and foot service. The food by the lake was terrible and expensive, but the drinks we good and reasonable considering someone is walking through sand to bring it to you. All in all you will be happy with your stay here.

The Hyatt cottages are across the street to the south of the main hotel. Stayed in cottage 167 (photos are of that cottage). This is a very nice villa type room. Gas fireplace, view of the lake. Fully stocked Keurig coffee maker. Full size refrigerator, oven and microwave. Main hotel/casino is about 1/8 mile walk away.

Main hotel is very upscale as well. Only odd thing is that it is built perpendicular to the lake so none of the rooms have a lake view (supposedly built that way in the 60s so people would spend their time in the casino rather than the rooms).

Luckily the cottages don't share that peculiarity. Although the view greatly depends on the cottage you get.

Very nice hotel. Club level is worth it for the included drinks and food and to get a higher floor. Pool, beach, etc are very nice. Staff was friendly and the issues we had were addressed sincerely by mgmt the next morning.

Meh. Was scouting for a large, week long function (catered meals, room rentals, facility rentals, 40 people for a week long stay, etc) and was harrassed by security AFTER I was told it was ok to look around. No one on site to answer questions either. I will not be selecting, or staying at, this property. The casino was nice. But seriously, one employee ruined my entire experience.
