It is about 10 minutes walking from Lake Tahoe, the attention is very good ...
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe was some much needed relaxation and rest. That hotel is amazing as well as the staff.
Ate dinner at the Lone Eagle restaurant, certainly not an inexpensive restaurant but the food was quite tasty and it has wonderful views of the water. The Sierra Cafe has a very tasty breakfast buffet, can't say much about their other offerings though.
Well appointed hotel with lots of facilities. But you pay extra for things like car parking and full spa access. Outdoor pool (free) is good. Nice views.
Very good food but watch out for aggressive birds on the outdoor patio!!
This may well be the only hotel in Incline Village (no it isn't, but that is how it feels). It is bad enough that hotels in Nevada want to charge "resort fees" aka additional dealer profit; This one wants to charge a parking fee on top of it all. Seriously.
So disappointed with Hyatt!!
This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, I don't have any complaints about the property, the problem was with somebody at front desk, I believe he was a assistant manager, I asked him if we could stay for three more nights after our check out (willing to pay for it) due to hurricane cat 5 Irma, we live in Florida, but instead trying to help us, he just told me to look for another hotel because they were booked up, it didn't matter I'm a Globalist member, he just didn't care!! I would've expect a least a " Sir let me see what I can do for you", but no, Hyatt didn't care about us in a big emergency like this.
SHAME ON YOU HYATT!!!
So far so good! Gorgeous views of the mountains and the North Shore of the lake as well. The suite is large and comfortable. Wifi ready makes it easy to work from anywhere. Fortunately Real Estate can follow me anywhere as well.
Friendly staff, great room service, breath taking relaxation.
Even though "Privacy sign" was put on door handle all over the night, when customer leave 10~11 am. House keeper should have checked room condition again.
the reason why we put "the sign " on door handle, was just because we don't want to be interrupted by house keeper early morning, we have 2 years old kid. when we leave from the room, 10 or 11 am, we definitely removed the sign on door handle. I've never seen any 4 star hotel doing this. What a bad quality!!!
During 3 night stay, They didn't clean up my room at all. Regardless of any reason, they should have checked the room condition. The room we were staying at was literally trash room where lots of towel, trash messed up. In addition, they didn't contact me until I complained. shouldn't they have checked room condition daily? This is an actual aspect of Hyatt Regency, Tahoe.
Last year, they broke my wine I had carried. They gave me worst experiences again.
I won't choose Hyatt again. With Good environments, the worst quality for the brand name. what a perfect contrast!!! I really want ANY executives in Hyatt to see my experiences at the World Worst of Hyatt Regency, Tahoe.
Beautiful hotel, gorgeous location, friendly staff who always remembers your name. Definitely try out the Regency Club rooms and take advantage of the Regency Club Lounge. Ruth Ann is the best!
This is one my favorite Hyatt properties. Walking distance to the lake, great trails for walking and biking, and wonderful restaurants inside and around the property. I also think the staff at this property is one of the best. They have always been very accommodating. I highly recommend this Hyatt.
Great hotel! It tends to get very busy in the summer time. I would recommend visiting in the off season, like the fall. Tahoe is absolutely beautiful in the fall.
Very hospitable and the restaurant had delicious food.
Staff was a little rude during our stay in cottages, but my major complaint was the fact we have toddlers and we found a pill around our bed when we checked in. Thank God we found it and not our kids. Super scary. Housekeeping needs to be more alert.
Short drive to ski resorts. Hotel is nice. Kids loved the s'mores kit we got at check in - what a great idea.
We were visiting North Lake Tahoe and went into the Hyatt Regency just to see the resort. We all did some gambling. More was won than lost so not a bad thing. Did not have time to try the restaurants, maybe next time. The staff we came into contact with was very courteous and helpful.
Great restaurants and pool. Nice private beach attached just a short walk away. Bit crowded lobby due to casino.
The property is wonderful and beautiful, they charge for everything though. Self parking is $18 a day, a simple water is $6, and their meals are quite expensive as well
Nice rooms and amenities. Great staff and very close to Lake Tahoe.
The hotel is across the street from Lake Tahoe not on Lake Tahoe. Cabins are available on the lake, I think. It's a dark rustic hotel. Photo is the view from my room in February.
Highly recommended. Excellent service and friendly staff.
Traveled here for my birthday. The lake-side location of the hotel is gorgeous and really convenient to flying in and out of RNO. Loved the bar, and the bungalow room we had on the beach side, but the thing that really made the stay 5-star for me was the staff at the hotel!
Love this place. All around a great place to visit and relax. Lots of things to do and at a close proximity. We visit here at least 3-4 times a year!
Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe, great casnio that in town
This weekend I was going to my friends birthday party here and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the guest services manager Brian, I saw the way he dealt with my friend who had his birthday party ruined 30 minutes before it was supposed to start and he could have cared less they didn't mentioned they had cancelled his cabana reservation weeks before when he was planning it all.
It would have been nice if they informed him upon cancelling his room that this would cancel the beach cabana reservation at the same time. More importantly I was shocked to see how little he cared. He could not get away fast enough even though he was politely trying to ask him questions about what could be done to fix the situation. Brian didn't care at all about trying to help, I think a guest services manager should be a little more professional when people are trying spending thousands of dollars to use your beach for the day.
Best stay ever! We can t wait to be back next year.
We had an unforgettable wedding experience at the Hyatt. Bithiah gave us a tour of the venues available and really sold us on all the options available through Hyatt. They can take care of every part of the wedding for you and customize any details you want including cake flavors, linen colors, and decorations. On top of that, they always keep an indoor wedding venue reserved for you in case of bad weather - I appreciated that security. The venues themselves are just gorgeous! The Lone Eagle Grille and the Lakeside Ballroom offer beautiful options for larger receptions. For ceremonies, the Cottage Green has the most breathtaking view. Bithiah helped us choose the Water Gardens for our intimate wedding. The venue is surrounded by bushes and trees for a cozy feel. It also has a bridge with a creek running underneath that the bride can walk over as she walks down the aisle. Unfortunately, Bithiah failed to mention that on the other side of the bushes, there was a park that may or may not have loud sporting events on the day of the wedding. Luckily my husband noticed this an hour before the wedding when he went to check on the set-up. Samantha, who was our coordinator the day of was amazing! She was able to help us seamlessly switch venues right before the wedding and direct guests to the right venue. I was putting on my wedding dress when I heard we were switching venues and Samantha took care of everything so that I didn t even need to stress. The best part of it was, we got to move our wedding to the Cottage Green and even started on time!! While I wish that we were warned of the noise ahead of time, we are very happy with our experience and have a funny story out of the whole thing.
Great place to stay close to our favorite beach at Tahoe, Sand Harbor. Great customer service, beautiful rooms with small fridge a kcup coffee maker, room w/ balcony included upon request. We were welcomed with two glasses on champagne and a cider bottle for the little ones.Great hotel for families and their pets, huge property with a private beach. The stay felt a bit awkward since our family was the only latino traditional family there and we noticed a lot of other people just staring at us in a very particular way, probably not expecting us to be there...But God is good and you have to enjoy your hard work and just enjoy time with the fam whenever possible. We will definitely stay at Hyatt again!
Beautifully surprising! so close to the lake, amazing features: warm pools, cafe, restaurant & cassino - included - and spa - not included. I wished I had stayed for an entire week!
We came in to get hot chocolate and see the gingerbread house. They had a game room that the kids loved
incredibly hard beds! What a nightmare... if you could actually get some REM
Fantastic. Thrilled with the kindness we received when we checked in with our canine companion. fan for life.
Great services, great vibes, and overall a solid stay.
We absolutely love this place great service. Our kids had lots of fun and water sports are easy access.
Lake Tahoe is awesome and this property is in a great location if you're trying to be in North Lake Tahoe or the Incline village area. I really like how dog friendly this property is and I think the grounds and lobby are pretty. In my opinion as a frequent Hotel traveler the guest rooms and common areas are not being kept overly clean, they were noticably warn and dated considering price point and reputation. I also paid full price for my room and additional fees to have my dog. I was assigned a room specific for dogs, which I understand, but the rooms were not well maintained and again in my opinion not to the standard I expect from a Hyatt Regency.
It's pretty nice and close to Diamond peak. But room seems not to be quiet as I could hear voices from the other room at night.
A beautiful place for a wedding. The staff were excellent, the venue gorgeous, and everything went perfectly.
Very warm and comfortable feeling as soon as you walk in
Was only there to pick up my aunt, however from what I've seen the hotel appeared to be very high end.
Really enjoyed this hotel. They were very busy but service consistently was great. Food was delicious
The hyatt is a great place for events and right next to the lake
Spectacular place to take the family. Right near everything,
but not so congested. Walk to lake or drive to town. Good to
use your comp nights. Food is decent.
I went there to gamble and it was a bunch of newbies playing which kills the flow of the play, I've had friendlier dealers in South Lake. Drinks were pricey as well
It's a wonderful place with full nature beauties you can get totally relaxed...
Wonderful lake front experience. Top notch service staff from A-Z whether it is dining, gaming, or the dock. A North Lake Tahoe staple and continuing to impress.
Me and my girlfriend came here for our first ever vacation! This is the best hotel I've ever visited. Jason at the front desk answered all my questions, helped me out with an amazing attitude, and continued to provide excellent service throughout our stay. He gave us the scoop on the best place to eat, the free s'mores kit, and more. The food at Lone Eagle Grille was fantastic! We had the filet mignon and the brandt beef burger. Awesome people, Unbelievable service, Great Food, & Affordable prices. What more could you want? We will be visiting again.
I only walked into the Hyatt to go to the Sports Book, so I was only there for 5 minutes. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the sports book was accommodating.
We enjoyed the food and drinks along with some gambling
I came here for a work conference and the people here were amazing. The rooms are nice, but basically what you expect from a Hyatt. Absolutely beautiful location
Lovely place and got a great deal on Hotwire. VERY dog and kid friendly.
Went for a wedding, upscale, gorgeous views, excellent staff
you cannot go wrong with this place especially the private beach with beach chairs and canopys provided and a bar and grill on the lake this place is awesome and they even have a casino.
Beautiful property that can be enjoyed year-round. The private beach is gorgeous in the summer and a great spot to hang out by a fire pit in the winter. Several dining options (all excellent!), casino, and SPA. We will return!
This place has good rooms, pools, play rooms, and a pool. Me and my family really liked it there. It was amazing!
Fantastic amazing experience. A beautiful lake front. And a great restaraunt, The Lone Eagle Grille, is without a doubt the best thing in the entire North shore.
Lovely resort perfectly located. The room was clean and spacious and all of the employees were highly professional. I will definitely book my next Tahoe trip here!
It's beautiful inside with a good selection of dining options and a casino and health club and arcade and hot tubs and pools.
I've been here over a year for the past 3 years for our annual family trip to Tahoe and love hitting the craps table (which opens at 10am) prior to incline village Beach across the street. Convenient location.
No idea what a "validated parking pass" entails but as the sign didn't explain to any degree...I'll go elsewhere. Seems as though they try and turn people away. Not a good way to run things. I've been here before and enjoyed myself but today I just drove by. Their loss of customers.
