If you make an appointment bring your lunch you be there waiting in the waiting room for 45 mins the exam room for more then an hour and if you get a referral you call them they won't make your referral even tho they will not true so bring a lunch , a book , and a pillow
Practitioners do a great job but they have a terrible customer service! Waiting time is ridiculous!
I was referred to see Irene Sanchez and made an appointment with her, but was given another doctor who prescribed me 3 medications that had major drug interactions with one another. Also found out that all 3 of those medications had interactions with my current medication I am still taking. Thank goodness I researched the medications before I swallowed. They would have sent me to the grave instead of back to work. booooo!!!
Very slow care. It's like a meat market, how nany patienrs can they fit in all at once. Very long waits, for very little 1 on 1 care. Never made you feel welcome, or like they truly cared about treating you injuries.
This place is the worse. There's no point in making an appointment to be seen in a timely matter. I was called back an hour later than my appointment time just to be told they couldn't find my chart and didn't know what I was there for!! Doctor is awesome but her staff needs to get it together. And this is coming from someone that works with patients everyday as well!

I gave this place 2 S because I waited 2 hours less than at US Healthworks-otherwise I would ve given it 1 Star- that place is the worst! I m not surprised that I had to wait this long because most of these places have you wait 2-3 hours. They should dedicate some medical assistants to drug tests and others to general practice. Boy, do they lag- they act like we have ALLL day and have nothing else to do....the worst part is when you see the employees BSing in the back and basically acting like the cast of Scrubs ...
I give zero start if i could. This place has a very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. Specially a guy who answered the phone named ROBERT!!
Me and my wife waited for 40 mins to have an Xray procedure that supposed take about 2 minutes! It's just terrible. I have been working as a Radtech too in a hospital settings and this is just unacceptable for a CXR, even if you're doing a calibration of the machine, I'm certain it won't take half an hour to do that, and the fact that's it's not even a busy establishment.
Dr. Sanchez is a competent, caring physician, with a strong knowledge in the in's and out's of occupational medicine. She treats all of her patients in a professional but personable manner. She is one of the BEST occupational medicine doctors in town.
As far as wait time goes, there is always the risk of extended wait time in this type of office because work injuries are not predictable. Plan for two hours- worst case scenario.

I hate coming here cause every time I bring my husband we are in this office for 2 to 3 hrs and some of the staff is nice & some r not but I will give credit to the girls that work the reception desk as soon as u walk in.
Wait times are ridiculous! They didn't mail the prescription I needed. It was a lidocan patch! You call and no one calls back!
One Dr there was being inappropriate with patients, I was one of them!
Dr Irene sanchez is very knowledgeable also she care for her patients and all her staff is very friendly .

I have never seen something like this, we waited for almost 4 hours for physical. Please don't go, find another place.
If I could give zero stars, I would! This doctor s office is a scam. The doctors are company hacks that are bought off by the companies to just give out pain meds, but not fix the problem. They like to keep their contracts with the employers, but it s at the patient s expense. Don t think for one minute you will get better under their care, you will get worse if it s something that requires more than a band-aide. If you are in severe pain for a legitimate injury, don t expect them to lift a finger to actually help you. These doctors are drug dealers and nothing more! They wasted my time for over five years. The one thing you can expect from them is a two to three hour wait.

Dr. Sanchez has repeatedly called my mother a liar when talking about her pain levels in her hands. On more than none occasion she has belittled my mother and called her a liar to her face. Unprofessional. Disgusting. Learn how to treat people with compassion and care. My mother is no liar, she can't do the simple task of braiding her youngest daughters hair because of the pain. She can't hold eating utensils without getting cramps in her hands. I hope you never have to deal with a doctor as horrible as you are, Dr. Sanchez.

Waited like 2 hours for a physical there was only like 3 ppl there and I did a drug test still havent got the results in over a week today like how long does it even take I need to get to work already
So this is so slow and unprofessional. Had a drug test here for a company an it had taken them over three hours to get me to pee in a cup and say I was done. I called in with a complaint and one of the nurses picked up, I asked where I file a complaint and she said, "oh that's in the business managers office, she's in would you like me to transfer you?". I stated I would like to be transferred and she then stated "what is the complaint about, or can I know?" I then stated to her I would like to be transferred to the office and she then stated "what is it about? She would like to know why your calling." I stated to her it was about a complaint. She then stated "yes I know but what is it?" I then stated I needed to speak to someone who ran the building if not put me through to their voicemail so I could leave a message. She then stated "oh our voicemail isn't working, can I take the message." I got mad and hung up. The problem and why I called was to literally complain about the bad service that the nurses are doing. They rather be on the phone or going through paperwork that is all mixed up rather than try to get people in and out for things such as drug test for companies. I would hate to have to have seen the MD here. Imagine how much slower it would have been. And when someone call to make a complaint I feel as though it should be Confidential between the caller and business manager not slow, nosy, and unprofessional nurses who want to know all the business and should be doing their jobs instead.
