I didn't stay there. This review is coming from a Google Opinion Rewards survey which was pulled from the location data of my phone. I only walked through your parking lot to play Pokemon Go. In all fairness I'm giving it a 3 because I don't have any actually useful review for this place but I also wanted the 2x rewards for the Google Play Store. But I'm sure if I stayed there I would have enjoyed it.

Nice luxury property... not sure why they need to rip you off for an extra "resort fee" on top of the (high) price you already pay for the room. But I guess they figure if you can afford to stay here, you can afford to be ripped off a little more...

Beautiful hotel. The Sierra Cafe serves good food, staff is friendly. Not too many activities for children. Valet Parking and Concierge services are very efficient.
The gift shop is amazing and has a little of everything, including winter clothes and shoes at a very reasonable price.

Good service, nice atmosphere. Only negative us the $18 a night parking fee. I understand if it's in a big city or a nice parking garage but come on, aLmost twenty dollars to park outside in a rural town?

If you're planning a meeting or event, I strongly recommend this hotel. I've attended a lot of conferences, and never had "conference food" that tasted so good. The hotel staff that handle the meeting logistics were always around making sure everything was perfect.

In addition, the property is amazing. Somehow it is a large property, yet has the feeling of a quaint cozy hotel. Not to mention, it's tucked away with great views and scenery of Lake Tahoe. The casino is a also a great addition, especially since they have a sports book. For those that like to hike, you can find great hiking trails within walking distance.

If I ever come back to Lake Tahoe, this will be the only property I choose.

We had a lovely stay. The spa was amazing - both the message and facial. It being pet friendly is a perk but they have to do a better job on keeping the grassy area right outside the rooms clean as it seems like people don't pick up the mess after their dogs did their business.

TAHOE PROVISIONS Stopped in to this goodies shop for doughnuts with the grands. For me, the croissants looked good. Handy spot to stock up on spirits and wine and cold drinks, plus Lake Tahoe souvenir t-shirts or sweat shirts.

Lesson learned. "Resort" = $$$. I booked using airline points and my surprise upon checkout was a $37 fee they tacked on to cover a ton of "facilities" that we didn't even use. Like, snowshoe usage (yep, it's on their web site). Will never, ever stay here again.

In fairness their web site does give full disclosure on the fee details, but it's misleading to quote a room rate and then tack on "extras" not that they're alone in that practice.

The stay itself was average, nice enough hotel but way overpriced. I guess that's just Tahoe, it was our first stay there.

This hotel is our winter weekend home. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the facility is comfortable and convenient. The shuttle to Diamond Peak ski resort (12 minutes away) runs every half hour and drops you off just a few steps away from the lift chair. It is so convenient that my kids prefer to go back to the hotel for lunch and return to the slope for the afternoon session. The heated swimming pool and two hot tub; adult only and family; feels decadent in the middle of the winter. Arcade, game room, and s'mores over bon fire keeps us entertained when we are not skiing or swimming. The courtesy car to places in incline village is also convenient way to get around when the road is icy and we don't feel comfortable driving.

We went there over thanksgiving, you can certainly notice the wear and tear on the property. The staff also was stretched so they couldn't keep up well with cleaning the hallways. It often smelled of food leftovers due to the trays left in the hallway.

Rooms are ok but very pricey (even by Tahoe standards). The Lone Eagle Grill has a fantastic view of the lake and the bar is nice, though the restaurant a disappointment and, inexplicably, they do not allow you to bring your own wine. Facility charges are VERY HIGH (E.g., for adding WiFi to a meeting room we were quoted $600/day even when everyone is already a guest and were already otherwise paying for internet access). Abusive pricing is what comes to mind. Small but nice casino area. Fantastic location with short walk to water's edge with kayak rentals in the summer and a shuttle to Diamond Peak in the winter.

What is really nice about this hotel is it is not in any of the over populated areas that are super commercial. It feels like you're in a giant log cabin with five star amenities. I really like the fireplaces that you can find them as everywhere

although the service is good in the location is very beautiful the clientele were extremely loud in the hallways at night although the front desk attempted to get security to enforce "quiet time" it did not happen. Not the staffs fault. but if i feel more rested at a motel 6 in the morning That tells you somethings wrong with your location. Might stay again for the spa but might try somewhere else.

very nice updated rooms. We stayed in the residence/condo time shares. Plenty of room for 4 plus a comfy fold out sleeper sofa if you need to add 2 more. Lovely full kitchen... Definitely going to stay here again!

Stayed for a night during our Lake Tahoe trip at the end of the winter. This is a nice place in the mountains and next to a lake. The beach access is restricted to the hotel guests. Heated pool and jacuzzi and outdoor campfires make it a perfect place for relaxing or for staying after a long day of skiing in nearby areas. They have a shuttle running to the nearest key slopes.
The beds need some upgrades. They are not up to the mark.
The food and drinks at the hotel are on the expensive side, but there are lot of other options right across the road with in a minutes walking distance.
Great place to enjoy with family and kids or just by yourself.

wow. shocked. Hyatt is going to begin charging $15+ for parking on Monday Oct 09th, 2017. Really! After decades of no fees and great local support as well as many visitors they now feel it is necessary to charge it's guests & locals for parking. How very sad. I always enjoy the atmosphere, great customer service, food and the hotel. Very disappointing that now I will have to find a new place to enjoy as no way am I going to pay for parking in Incline Village. Growing up here from child to adult never adult. From oid King's Castle to Hyatt I will miss enjoying hotel and staff. Well guess this will help rebuild Crystal Bay and the hotels/casinos. Very sad old time regular to Hyatt.

What a wonderful place to stay.. it sits within walking distance of the lake. They greeted us with Champagne & we had a room with a balcony. It is a small hotel & casino, which made it quiet & perfect.

Lunch at the Lone Eagle Grille Hyatt, Incline Village was my favorite thing on our vacation. (I got a little confused trying to find this place based on another review. Luckily, the driver persevered. So I will give the restaurant name, although Hyatt is not in the name. Name is kinda hard to remember as my friend and I kept getting it wrong. I hope I'm remembering it right! I would put the street address, but I threw that away. The restaurant is on the lake. The hotel is across the street.) We came here on our first full day in mid September. The lot is gated, but the restaurant stamps your parking ticket. The building really does "blend in" with the surroundings. It's like a big, beautiful lodge. I was impressed! We ate on the patio as many others that day. We were lucky. So gorgeous! Our food was good. Views and surroundings on the beach stunning. When you leave head south (turn right) to see the homes on Millionaire (Billionaire?) Row which are right here.

First time at this amazing resort and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the cottages by the lake - 283. I would recommend to stay away from the main building and pools if you want some peace and tranquility. Kids running amok can be upsetting for some, and there are plenty of them during the Summer months. Another low point is the restaurant Lone Eagle, stuffy and overpriced. Many better options around Incline Village and Tahoe City.
Service is a hit or miss, but most of the staff is very helpful and kind. Shout out to Becca Allen for her incredible job with WOH Globalists.
The property is beautiful, and Lake Tahoe is a destination like no other in the US.
We will be back soon, for sure!
