It s a nice hotel. We had such a great time here. The staff and service were excellent, from parking valet person to the front of the house staff, especially George and house keeping that dropped off doggie bed. Greeted with a glass of Champagne and a complimentary bottle of champagne for my husband birthday. We got early check in and late check out!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!We love the Lone Eagle Grille, food and staff were amazingly wonderful!! I love that this hotel is pet-friendly but some dog owner is not picking up theirs dog pooped. This has nothing to do with the hotel but please help clean up and be responsible if you take your furry friends there so everyone can enjoy a beautiful property.

The Hyatt was overpriced, completely booked, and their service was sub par. We have stayed at the Hyatt Hill country resort in San Antonio and have always been very impressed with their service and amenities. However, this Hyatt property was run down, old, and in need of a face lift. But most of all, it really needed service staff that gave a damn. No one knew when any of their shops on property actually opened or closed...we received multiple answers to the same question. The Hyatt staff need to smile more, be more informed, and provide better service. If we were staying at a Holiday Inn or a Days Inn, we would expect very basic amenities and satisfactory service. But given that we were staying at a Hyatt, an expensive one at that, the average consumer will expect more for their money.

One a good note, the main restaurant (forgot name) was pretty good for hotel food and the room service food was well prepared.

With some additional training, I'm sure they could more readily earn 4-5 star reviews.

Amazing location - but so many environmental elements that could be improved upon for a resort on Lake Tahoe. Stop selling the inflatable tubes and have some reusable ones on the beach. When ordering food on the lake, it comes in plastic take out containers. Hyatt, as a resort on the amazing Lake Tahoe, you have the responsibility to be better leaders and environmental stewards.

The hotel is nice. Not fantastic. Beautiful scenery. My husband and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. This was a trip of a lifetime for us, we had never been to Lake Tahoe. I had pre-paid for the hotel, flight, rental car, etc. as a package through Southwest Vacations.
Upon arrival, I was asked for my credit/debit card, but was not told what for, or if/how much I was to be charged. I through it was for verification. The next day I accessed my bank account online and discovered they charged over $700 on my card. I was told it was for "incidentals" and a Resort Fee for amentities? Excuse me, why am I paying extra to use the amenities in your resort when I am already paying a pretty price? How much "incedentals" could I possibly use? There isn't a mini bar or any other such thing in the room that you could partake of. If the person at the desk had said something it would have been a little less shocking, but nothing at all was said about charging my card anything, and there was no paperwork whatsoever offered at that time. Upon questioning management about this, they said they don't supply any receipts or paperwork upon checking in, but the person at the desk should have told me about the charge. I guess they are used to dealing with people who have unlimited funds and wouldn't worry about $700, but that was my eating out budget for the trip, which put a damper on the whole trip and my attitude about the hotel. Overall, I would say it was not worth what we paid.. The room was nice, but not fantastic. Long walk from the room to the elevator and building exit . And as for those amenities charges, I never used any amenities at the hotel, except for my room, so that was a big waste of money.

After July 4, my family and I rested in the Hayatt Regency for 5 days. I want to warn everyone who is going to spend their free time in this hotel. Service at the hotel is very bad. The room is cleaned only after a call for cleaning. The cleaner has never left a new piece of soap, an extra clean towel and a new coffee for the coffee maker. The waiters in the restaurant on the lake are completely indifferent and rude to visitors. At the same time, prices are very high, and there is no benevolence

The hotel is stunning! Great service throughout and Good spot if you are looking to relax. My only complaints were it is expensive and very isolated. At night, we left to go out to dinner etc but most towns are about 20 minutes away.

Perfect location, right on the lake shore (cabins) or just across the street (main hotel building). Offers plenty of entertainment on the beach, like water ski and paragliding. Rooms are very clean, and reasonably spacious, with super-comfortable beds.

Stunning views and location. The staff was excellent. The room and beds were comfortable and quiet. Hotel was a little dark and was showing its age, you really did not have to look hard to notice exposed pipes, cracked paint, etc...

I ve stayed here several times in the past few years. The shuttle to and from Diamond Peak is convenient and reliable. The store is also very convenient: you can rent gears and purchase lift tickets right at the hotel. The restaurant options are limited. The family activity area could really be improved: no designated area, no staff, some equipment (Ping Pong table and paddles) are very beaten up.

Can t say enough good things. Very clean rooms, quick service, s mores pack on arrival. They are serving breakfast outside during covid which is more than most hotels. Gym is open as well which is nice. Views are unreal - we didn t want to leave.

Nice hotel, great location for Tahoe lake events or skiing at Diamond Peak or Mt Rose. Fantastic pool and hot tubs, fire pit. Our room could have used a bit more ventilation, and the elevators were evil. Staff was super friendly and both breakfast restaurant and sports bar were great.

Stillwater Spa is nice but not worth the money. The spa areas were not frequently replenished - bathroom stalls without toilet paper, showers with dirty towels, snacks picked over without being replenished, etc. While these are minor details, it was most frustrating to have to go out to the busy lobby to ask for beverages, amenities, etc. It took away from having a relaxing spa experience.

Such a beautiful place to visit! It was our first time here in Lake Tahoe, and my husband booked a room for our 4 year anniversary/sons 1st birthday trip.

It was a really great experience, we would definitely come back!

Excellent resort , with all the amenities you would expect, sports equipment rentals were extremly over priced ($25 / hr for a basic bycicle ??? Or $40/hr for paddleboard) very child friendly , so if you dont like all the kids running around this is not for you. The fine dining restaurant was exceptional , and reasonably priced

Lovely long weekend in beautiful north Lake Tahoe with sandy beach, lounge chairs with bar service, friendly outdoor fire pits and great food at the Lodge. Thanks for sharing this perfect getaway spot with us!

Great hotel! Fair price, very nice in all aspects. Nice rooms. I got a good rate that included breakfast, which the breakfast buffet is awesome! Good restaraunt selection, the gym is pretty good for a hotel gym and multiple hot tubs

I came here to celebrate a wedding in December and the stay was memorable. My group were the last to wait for a shuttle to make it to the church and despite the snow, the front desk took the initiative to get someone to escort us from the hotel.

Very nice and upscale hotel with a neat and clean casino. Complimentary champagne when checking in to your room is an added bonus. Make sure you stop at the gift shop and grab some Lake Tahoe souvenirs!

Gorgeous resort with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Ideally located in Incline Village which in my opinion is the most picturesque part of Lake Tahoe within the vicinity of Sand Harbor and the beautiful turquoise coves seen all over the internets. Favorite part would be the nice private beach with loungers exclusively for Hyatt guests.

Coffee shop is slow and very overpriced. No coffee in rooms making it the only option. I waited 10 minutes to pay them and then 20 minutes for a brewed coffee over ice and for them to pull a donut out of the glass case. Pool is great. Family amenities and gym are extremely good. Service from the front desk it's 5/10. Sometimes you get the rollaway bed you asked for; other times you don't get anything. The rooms are nice and location of wonderful. The lobby has lots of seating near a fire. This place has a lot of things going for it, but some areas really do need improvement.

Showed up 2 hrs before check-in and was told I would get a text when room was ready. Making the reservation we asked for 2 queens and at checking they offered one king.

Received a call 2 hrs later that the room was ready. Showed at front desk and only a king was available. They told me they were overbooked and that was all available unless I wanted to change rooms the last night as the person in that room coming up would not be able to move. Apparently they were something special compared to me.

In the end a room became available even though they were overbooked. Usually when things like this occur nice hotels take care of you to make up for the hassle.

Guess I should be thankful as others in my conference had to sleep in their cars as their rooms weren t available.

Worst experience ever. So for starters I am a single mother traveling with my 1 year old son my little cousin and a dog. So to start we walked in asked for a pet friendly room and the gentleman offered us 2 queen beds, which was awesome. Then after they had a bell boy literally brought the cart to the car, where the dog was and helped us pack the bags. He proceeded to tell me on his way up he had been here for 28 years walked me to the room. We dropped the bags off and the dog went down stairs to the bar and grille. The host was so sweet and kind but the waitress brought us waters, me and my cousin and NOT my 1 year old son. Didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink other then water or what my son wanted to start or bring him a water. So then we ate our 10 dollar cup of soups and took our 10 in pizza for 25 and nasty 18 dollar sandwich with literally 10 french fries and took the food back to our room left it there and took the baby and the dog by the desk again to go out side. Then 830 rolls around and we get in bed and someone knocks on the door and says he her the dog bark and we weren't in a pet friendly zone. So then proceeded to get a RUDE manager on the phone named SARA. To tell us we had to pack up a baby that was in bed because of their mistake and said if our dogwasnt barking we wouldn't have had to move. Well to start if your employees knew what they were doing we would have been in the right room to start. HATED THIS PLACE. FOR THE MONEY. Oh then we got put into a cold room with 1 bed when we started out with 2 GO TO THE NEXT HOTEL DOWN THE ROAD DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I've stayed here several times and adore this hotel. Service and room were decent like always. The new charge for self parking and slightly higher resort fee should really be rolled into the base price.

The casino was tiny. It appears they are doing some remodeling. Staff were friendly and helpful. But The entire place lacked energy and excitement. I'd like to return when they have their best foot forward.
