A magical place! I loved absolutely everything, starting from the service to the room, beach, pool and food! Natalia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, I really appreciated her help in everything. We will definitely come back!

I have stayed at the Hyatt with my kids for the last 4 years every summer and this will be my last unfortunately. We live in London but are from the Bay Area and we re surprised by the boozy crowd at the main restaurant and how loud annoying the music is and impossible to get a table as hotel guests are not even given priority. You feel like a side show to all the outside hotel guests boozing it up to bad acoustic music. Such a shame that they have ruined the vibe at this beautiful hotel.
Great stay for our family. Beach in the morning, lunch delivered to the chairs, nap, pools in the afternoon, dinner, smores at night. Repeat. Bring your own smores supplies, but they'll provide the 2 foot sticks for the large 10 chair bonfire. Annual tradition for us now.
What a gorgeous place to stay in Tahoe ! I love love this place ! The bedrooms are spacious, cleaned, very comfortable, there s a heated swimming pool, a spa, a few shops where you can find everything you need for skying, working out, swimming, jacuzzis, a casino, great restaurants around ! Very professional staff and eager to make our stay the best possible. Every time I come here, I can t wait to come back.
An amazing surprise awaits you here. When we first arrived, one is surrounded by trees; however, a beautiful beach scenery is on the other side. Great for walks, a popular fun place, and good choices of restaurants. Lake Tahoe at it's most enjoyable.
Such a beautiful hotel and amazing stuff. We we're here for a weekend and we had an amazing time . The free smores kit and they picked us up and dropped us off at a local restaurant for free. Highly recommend.
Really not impressed. Promised an early check in, room was not available at 12:30. Waited on the crowded beach for two hours and then went back to the front desk to inquire about the room--it was ready at this point, but they had forgot to call us, so who knows how long we would have had to wait outside in the hot sun. No help with baggage was offered, no champagne greeting, was told there was no shuttle service available, and the concierge desk was not attended at all during this time. Staff on the beach, in the shops, at the front desk and even in passing have not been friendly or helpful. The main lodge/resort area is dark and dingy. The cottage is dirty with no attention to detail or amenities present. My group came from staying at the Edgewood Resort down the road about 20-30 minutes and are really regretting moving to the Hyatt. So far this experience has not been relaxing, fun, friendly, or enjoyable in the least. I highly recommend staying elsewhere for the price.
Spent $300 for 3 of us to go parasailing through the Hyatt and they couldn't even validate my parking. Was only there an hour and a half and had to pay 30 bucks
We only visited the restaurant and beach. The food was very good especially the pizzas and the it wasn't overly busy for a Saturday afternoon. The beach was excellent and their jetski rentals made for a very good time though the price was a bit above average. Friendly staff!
We live in Incline, and like to go to the casino. The behavior of the employees at the casino during the virus is horrible. Constantly yelling at you to" PUT ON YOUR MASK " . In case the ownership hasn't figured it out, we are at the casino to SPEND MONEY AND HAVE A GOOD TIME. Their gestapo like tactics will scare everyone away.
Excellent resort with an amazing staff! Andrew at the sport shop set us up with E-Bikes to explore the shores of Lake Tahoe. 100% recommend, would do again in an instant.
Wow! Their lakeside lodge is so beautiful! The hotel and casino is very nice and upscale, which it should be after the millions they spent to refurbish it. It truly had the ski-resort, mountain feel to it, and I really enjoyed being here. Just breathtaking! I want to return when there's snow!
This place is great because it's kind of away from other casinos. It's nestled up in north Tahoe, you need to take a windy road to get there. And it doesn't have a huge casino area, so it almost forces you to use the other amenities. Walk and take pictures by the scenic lake, have a nice meal, hang out at the spa or the pool (when it's warm outside). Accommodations are very comfortable, the overall vibe there is comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend
I have stayed here at least once a year for the past 6 years. I enjoy coming to this property for a variety of stays including family, couples, and business. The property over these years has remained consistent. There have been renovations done on the inside that have always been appreciated. For this visit we invited another couple to join us for a fun weekend. We both had corner rooms and the views are nice from these rooms. The room is spacious and the bathrooms are as well. The property has a pool, walking/biking paths, restaurants, spa, casino, and a beautiful beach. Though overall our stay was good, we all felt that the staff service needs improvement. Tip: Plan to spend a sunset at the Lone Eagle Grille Bar, located across the street on the beach near the cottages. They have indoor and outdoor seating w/a fire pit, and the views are spectacular!
Cute room, stayed near the lake. However, we had really really noisy neighbors yelling at each other all night long with loud barking dogs, for the amount you pay you would at least think you would have a nice quiet rest. I would have complaint but this people sounded loud and perhaps vengeful, I didn't want to wake up with my car keyed or being harassed all night long plus I didn't want to load my luggage back in the car in the middle of the night if the staff suggested I change rooms.
They have a fun casino here and the rooms are decent. North Tahoe has a little less nightlife than South Lake Tahoe. You need to be more into mountain biking, hiking, running, backpacking, or some water sport.
Beautiful, comfortable resort. Log-cabin theme, great amenities. Regency club members as usual get access to lounge for meals and refreshments. Selection not as large as other Hyatts but still quite good. Staff was kind hospitable.
Magnificent experience and phenomenal staff. I felt very safe and comfortable with the covid 19 protocols in place! Everyone is wearing masks and still a great atmosphere!
Nicest hotel I've been in. Very clean and up to date rooms. This hotel has thought of everything any guest could ever need. Friendly staff and beautiful property. They even gave us free champagne upon checking in. Wish I would've stayed longer.
The room was nice. Outdoor swimming in the middle of the winter was an experience I've never had before. The staff was great and the hotel was close to diamond peak where my kid had ski lessons. Only complaint is the room felt 90 degrees no matter what we did. Finally we just opened our sliding glass door a bit to help get in some cold air
Phenomenal in every way: staff, facility, and activities. Expensive, but you don't go to Lake Tahoe for a budget vacation. Gorgeous views and attention to detail, the casino is really nice and the food outstanding. Beach is exclusive and we'll appointed with cabanas for rent or free umbrella, and the rental company is reasonable.
Nice resort, great getaway for couples, theres an amazing little pizza shop near by as the hotel food can get pricy. The swimming area is really nice and the casino is clean, it was raining the whole weekend I was there but I had a good time despite this.
