Superb facility in a fantastic location. Excellent staff!
Hyatt is the best family resort in North Lake Tahoe! Plenty of activities for kids, adults, and families! Staff is very friendly.
Check went great and our room 2as lively. We were in a club room but when we went to the club at 4 it was closed till the morning. When I asked at the desk they said they had forgotten to give me a coupon for a free appetizer to compensate for club being closed. It would have been nice for them to only charge me for a regular room since no club benefits were available. It would have also been nice to know ahead of time. When it was open it was great!
Great place to spend a couple night near lake Tahoe.
Absolutely beautiful. Casino smells fresh... not like stale cigarettes. They gave me an upgrade at very reasonable price and I ended up with a cottage! So beautiful! They even gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be staying here again.
Staff is incredible except for that one bartender... Rooms are nice. Food at restaurant is great. Be prepared to pay for parking.
We stayed here for our anniversary. Every from the food to the view was fantastic
The location was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean.
Hotel Resort casino in Incline Village, NV. A little dated, but a nice property. Has restaurants, bars, casino, slots, and a beautiful view.
Pricing for extras ridiculous
Love the casino and hotel but not for the price. $ 32 per day for parking, over $ 200 per night for room, $ 6 for bottled water, what? Staff very courteous and knowledgeable .
Food needed updating. Buffet nice without children sneezing in it. Eww
Will not return even though a beautiful place.
Impressive! The atmosphere and surroundings of the hotel were tremendous.
Staff very friendly. It is a very nice service that the shuttle service to nearby centers and the driver provide information about the surrounding area as a guide.
Excellent location, friendly staff, and great rooms!
Beautiful location on the lake with own boating dock and beach. The neighboring Streets and homes are most magnificent. The location is on north shore and every July 4th weekend and new year you can find exotic patriotic fireworks happening
Went for a ski trip and it was a very nice place / location along the lake. Too bad it was in the winter and storming
We were here for a wedding. Stayed on the 8th floor (Room 833) and the room was dirty. My phone charger fell behind the couch and it was so filthy. I took a video of how dirty it is. We asked for cups - they told us that someone will bring it up to our room - we got it the next day in the evening as we were getting ready for dinner. I was so disappointed.
Nice resort and beautiful views from Lone Eagle restaurant
It's almost too much here! Amazing hotel in some incredible scenery. They have hotel rooms but some beautiful cabins we were able to stay in. They're staff were the best. You can do everything here... water sports, tennis, sunset catamaran boat cruise, heated pool, and ... a casino! Wish we could go back NOW!
Spent 3 days here in the fall of 2019 - just in time to enjoy the fall colors at Lake Tahoe. Beautiful room at the cottages near the lake. Comfy beds and array of different types of pillows on the bed - your choice if you want a feather or synthetic pillow. Nice idea! Clean and well appointed. Beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Tahoe. Prompt delivery of wine opener and wine glasses. All in all a magnificent place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Nevada!
The lounge was completely deserted and unhappening. Casino was kinda small but nice. Place is clean. Gift shop is overpriced.
It has been an amazing stay. The staff has been very helpful. The food is amazing. The rooms are very nice.
Great place! Great Stay! Good COVID response system!
I used Hyatt points to stay here, the grounds are beautiful but I ve stayed at category three and four Hyatt s with much nicer rooms and also free parking (for example Monterey) I don t feel it deserves category 6 status. It would have been worth the 159 per night that was advertised but not 50k points and I wasn t even able to add a club pass that I had. It s ok, but a stretch from the luxury upscale accommodations I had saved my points for. It would be nice for families but it s quite a distance from the other casinos and any night life. That part is my fault I should have realized that before booking
Everything was great except for the climate control. It was VERY warm, even with the windows open in the middle of winter.
Clean rooms. Pub and Cafe downstairs. Pool and fire pits. Short walk to the lake. A shuttle service, convenient for late night travel after a few drinks.
The ambiance and relaxation available in the lobby areas is great. The staff all seemed friendly
I have not stayed here but I have visited. The location makes this place whatnot is
It's great. We were well taken care of by all staff
I absolutely love this place!! You could see the beautiful dark blue lake and the amazing rolling mountains. And the sunsets have the most beautiful colors ever. I loved walking in the sand by the lake. The air is crisp and clean. The hotel staff is wonderful. The conference meeting room has a lovely view also. There s a gift shop, fast food place to grab a sandwich and a nice restaurant that has outside seating with a lovely view. The swimming pool area is also very nice. I can t say enough good things about this place. I have several hundred photos. I will upload a few.
I recommend taking the helicopter ride over Lake Tahoe, it s something I ll never forget. Such beauty!! You can see Donner Lake and they now have a tour there also.
I also recommend touring the Thunderbird Lodge. It is incredible and the history behind its origin is so fascinating!! It still houses the famous Thunderbird Yacht that the Rat Pack hung out in. Also read up on the history on this, it was the most expensive yacht ever built at the time. It s so beautiful. They let you see it and walk around it, but I don t believe it it functional anymore. There s also underground tunnels that have a dungeon, opium den and they still have all the original kitchen appliances!!
Not to pricey. Staff is great, facility is nice. Only complaint is they kept my credit card deposit on hold for a month after checkout, until I called...for the second year in a row!
Everything about the Hyatt Lake Tahoe is great. The resort itself is beautiful, people are friendly, and the location is phenomenal with the private beach. I'm banging back here for sure.
Wonderful place!! Had a blast only there for the weekend but enjoyed. The view is jus amazing!!!
An unforgettable relaxing experience, great restaurant, heated pool and outside bonfire with a free s mores kit.
I just had the best massage of my life here! Katie Olson treated me to an 80 minute hot stone massage that was incredible. She has just the right touch and the stones were the perfect temperature. I've had a lot of hot stone massages and this was by far the very best! Highly highly recommend coming in to see Katie!
Went to the casino and wasn't too impressed. Granted it was a Monday night but the vibes of the casino wasn't that fun.
Very awesome room. Gave us a glass of champagne on arrival. Great atmosphere and vibe. Loved the casino! Had a cottage on the lakeshore, bonfire and drinks all around.
Very nice hotel. My only complaint is from rocky lake floor. Hyatt owns that part of the beach and I was expecting they would also cleanup the rocks from the lake floor. So it is easier to get into the water.
Family friendly resort with Casino, Spa, Restaurants, private beach access, arcade, pools, firepits, and all in a great location!
Fun and lively place! Employees are attentive and kind. Food is delicious!
The hotel and rooms were very nice, everything was updated. They had a huge tv and an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurants were also very good.
We arrived after a long drive only to find a soiled towel in our bathroom. We actually could not believe a soiled towel would be nicely folded here for o e of us to use. Bad!
Hotel is kind of glitzy, but the beach nearby in the park is VERY good view from North east Tahoe - one of very few along mostly private beach strung along.
Good location and staff, downstairs catering hall needs a bathroom.
Nice facility. A little small if you're looking for variety
Very nice hotel, I was staying in one of the timeshares and it was great. The food is amazing to and the employees were very respectful.
The service and that was fine.. It was a nice overall experience. Everything felt mid-high class in the rooms.
Worst service I've encountered at a premium property. Been coming for 7 years not again.
The bartender was cool. Had drinks, watched the Oscar's. Pretty fun.
Nice room, room service food was excellent but a little boring after a few days. Staff was excellent!
Checkin was lightening fast. Service at the pool is convenient. The valets are always available to get your vehicle. And the lake front beach is well kept and comfortably furnished.
Amazing property! Came here for a corporate offsite and could not be more impressed with the facility and staff. Everything, from the rooms to the restaurant to the beach to the conference rooms to the gym, was top notch. Will stay here anytime I'm back in Incline Village.
One of the greatest views and settings you can have. Great food, drink and service. Nice walk on the sandy beach.
This place is currently under renovation on the inside. It was a bit difficult to enter through the casino entry because of the active construction and I wasn't totally sure I could but no one stopped me. The carpet was covered in plastic and there was narrow paths to walk down to reach the restrooms and other rooms and I had to squeeze past workers and there ladders a few times to get through. However the restrooms seemed higher quality than the ones at the Tahoe Biltmore casino and overall the place looked more renovated even before the renovations they are currently doing. The parking was sufficient and there were plenty of open spots to park in. The parking lot is beautiful with all the trees. The valet entrance was nice with a good sunshade and made it easy to pick up hotel guests. They have a 10 minute maximum for parking at the valet area though so you might need to park in the lot for a while if you are waiting on someone.
We visited this resort in June and it was breath taking. It has everything you will need on a vacation to relax. The hotel grounds are extremely clean, the staff and their service is world class, the rooms are upscale and very comfortable. This resort accommodates to everyone, couples, young families with kids, and retirees. This is the only resort with a private beach and it's amazing and beautiful. The pictures online does not do this property justice because it just does not capture the overall beauty that surrounds you. This hotel has many restaurants with great food and views, a robust casino, coffee shops, stores, and great Gym and spa. Bottom line, if you are thinking of staying here, stop thinking and make your reservation. You will not regret it.
Love the breakfast buffet. Lots of options even for the kids. Totally worth $30 per person. We look forward to it every year.
They have everything you need to make a great Tahoe memory. They even have snacks.
We double booked by mistake. Priceline wasn't willing to cut us any slack, in fact they turned back on word given by some other representative. Hyatt front desk canceled the room we had booked directly with them. I give them 5 star not just they took a hit on there profit but the fact that they though of long term relationship over short term profit.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Hotel is very clean, and you can't beat the views!
HORRIBLE weekend at the beach because of Brian who is there guest services manager!
For being a guest services manager I'd expect a lot more professionalism from someone at what is supposed to such a nice location. I have always enjoyed coming to the Hyatt but Brian has made me think twice about finding a new location. He was incredibly rude to me and my friends when we were trying to get his help. He kept saying he couldn't help and had something else to do. For being in customer service as long as he said he has been I would expect better people skills. Getting a cold shoulder and rude answers with attitude is not where I want to spend my money.
It's nice, but a little to much focus on the casino area for my taste. However, the pool are is really really cool.
We decided on a non-winter wedding up in Lake Tahoe as we did not want our friends and family to suffer through chain control. There were a few venues we were considering on the lake, but the responsiveness of Caity truly made the decision easy for us and we signed with the Hyatt. The venue books out quite early, but there was still some weekend availability for us to choose from and we were not picky about the date.
Leading up to the day, communication started tapering off as there were long gaps where there was little for us to do. We understood that our assigned events coordinator, Mackenzie, is extremely busy with weddings throughout the year and didn't mind the delay. You either need to be patient or remember to follow-up! The Hyatt offers a complimentary tasting before the wedding to sample the different menu items and the chef is very flexible in terms of working on special requests.
Our ceremony was on the Upper Cottage Green, which is surrounded by the lakeside cottages in Hyatt. It isn't very private as there are a lot of hotel guests in the area moving between guest rooms and the private beach. However, they are very good about closing the walkways during the ceremony to ensure there are no interruptions. The weather was perfect, and the tall trees provided enough shade that everyone was comfortable throughout the cocktail hour despite being in the middle of summer. The Lakeside Ballroom opens to a patio and onto the beach, where our wedding guests enjoyed the view (and sunset!) throughout the evening.
Pricing is a little high compared to other venues which were not right on the lake. We opted for a package, which included more decorative add-ons as well as the wedding cake. Having the catering taken care of by the Hyatt removed one headache from our wedding planning. Lisa, our banquet manager the day-of, was truly exceptional and really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, glasses were always topped off, and all guests with reported allergies were taken care of without any difficulties. Everyone complimented the food and we still have guests reminiscing about how good the wedding cake was!
With the exceptional food, service, and location, we cannot recommend the Hyatt enough. It was the perfect venue for our wedding!
I didn't stay at the hotel, but was there attending a conference. Hotel staff were very helpful... Banquet lunch was awful one day and fabulous the next; but wait staff were awesome.
Beautiful scenic views. But, a bit of a maze to your room.
Upon checking we were given a room that was next to a neighbor on the left that was watching TV with the volume that was loud enough to be heard clearly in my room. The neighbor on the other side was quite sick so they were coughing constantly the 15 minutes we were in the room. I spoke to the front desk and we were switched to a new room. We had to use the sofabed and discovered dirty messy bed sheets on it. The children saw it and felt that the hotel was"dirty". The hotel staff at the front desk did apologize but it kind of ruined the first impression of the hotel for us. The next day, we went to pick up our vehicle from the self parking lot and noticed that the windshield was shattered by a HUGE pine cone. We spoke to hotel security since the front desk said it was not within their scope of responsibilities. The security team advised that since we were parked in the self parking area, there was nothing that could be done except filing a report. They advised that any claim would be denied since it has happened many times in the past. I told them that they should have signs in the parking area to warn of the dangers of the pine cones. Their reply was that there should have been one out there and that they did have one before. They did say that if the vehicle had been in valet parking then they would have been responsible for it. The good thing about the hotel is that it is close to many ski resorts. Overall, our visit to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe was not too positive due to these issues.
Great place. The view around the mountains was awesome.
Staff was very nice, helpful and pleasant.
They know customer service 100%.
