Absolutely amazing resort!!! The service is top notch, the food is to die for, and the location can't be beat. North Tahoe and especially the incline village area is a lot more laid back than South Tahoe. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and everything down to the smallest details seemed updated and fit with the experience. 10/10 would go again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights, three days. It was an absolutely amazing experience, from the complimentary champagne when we checked in, the impeccably clean room, incredibly friendly staff, and gorgeous views. We were beyond impressed and cannot wait to stay here again.

Even though I love this place in the summer for cocktails and enjoying the beautiful location, I was not impressed with the food during this most recent stay this weekend. For two drinks, one steak, one potato, and one Kale salad at the Lone Eagle, our meal was $150. That would be tolerable if it was great tasting, but the potato dish was very salty and the kale salad lacked flavor and came in big pieces of kale. The white wine was served just slightly over room temperature.
I ordered room service for one dessert ($18), and it was terrible. Some type of S'more, but nothing like a S'more. It was a chunky, sticky mass of marshmallow on the plate, sticky mass of caramel on the plate, and a thin piece of chocolate with some type of cookie on the plate. It tasted very weird and I didn't eat it.. We tried room service for breakfast (corned beef hash and eggs). Again, very salty and I had to force it down.
We wanted to try the cafe for lunch, but were warned by other patrons that it wasn't good.
The last morning we tried room service again for something easy like basic oatmeal. They forgot our order!
I think Hyatt needs to get a new chef.

A stunning hotel right on the lake, with a private beach and multiple outdoor fire pits. Hospitality is top notch. If you are looking for privacy and have a little more to spend, the cottages on the beach are unbelievable.

Amazing property in a stunning location. Every detail was thoughtful, from the champagne on arrival to the provisions store and smores kits. Will definitely be back, with our dog next time.

Wonderful all the way around! Accommodations were top notch, food was excellent and atmosphere was incredible. The staff was outstanding; all bent over backwards to please. Not a snotty or rude employee in the house. My wife and I were celebrating our 29th anniversary and we returned to our room Saturday afternoon to find a beautiful card, a large piece of decedent chocolate cake and champagne on ice. What a dream weekend! We will absolutely return!

I visited the Hyatt at Lake Tahoe for a wedding and it was a beautiful location. The facilities for the reception and the food was also very top notch. My wife and I especially liked the cottages that overlooked the lake.

Beautiful lodge-type design, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Plus, the views out of the windows of almost any room are absolutely spectacular. The Regency club had fairly decent food options for breakfast and dinner as well.

Stayed here for a short weekend but what a relaxing time it was for those 2 short nights! The view from our room was incredible - this is the only hotel directly on Lake Tahoe and the views are truly breathtaking). The overall feel of the resort is very grand, yet comfortable and approachable. The service was wonderful from valet parking to check-in, very professional and welcoming staff. We took advantage of the on-site spa services with a massage and were able to use the spa facilities all day - heaven! On our first evening we dined at Sierra Cafe in the property and had great food. The second day we had coffee and a snack at Tahoe Provisions and sat in front of the fire. Truly a special resort and we will be back, no doubt about it!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful grounds. Excellent location for beach and restaurant. Pool/hot tub was great! Complementary s mores package for the fire pit was a pleasant surprise. Parking was high, ~$20 per day.

I love this location. I've been here twice and each time they work hard to make my experience fantastic. It has great views and so much fun when it snows. I also have a service animals which they take into consideration when they assign me a room. The food is great and the rooms are clean and spacious. I love the fact that you can control the tv with your phone using google and that they will answer your questions whenever you have them. Very friendly, very nice. Will stay here anytime it snows.

Great place to stay on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Very nice rooms. Close to north shore attractions. The beach front access is fantastic. Resort food and drink prices are what you would expect.

This resort is a thing of beauty. The ride along the mountain feels like a death trap, but the views are something to remember. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Limited seating in the bar area, and the staff was unwilling to accommodate additional people in a very empty restaurant area unless you ordered dinner. Glasses of wine at the beach bar were overpriced and below average (nothing against screw-top wine, but at the Hyatt for $13 a glass?). This is Tahoe, not Napa. Won't be back.

Hotel staff were friendly. Close to the lake and beach. Hotel rates a bit on the expensive side even though it s not a wow place. Some spaces need updating and lighting. It s like one of the only big hotels so maybe that s why it s priced that way. Pool and spa were nice. Lake Tahoe is definitely a great place to enjoy family fun and nature. I am sure there are more affordable places around if you browse. Book ahead though to get the best deals.

I only stayed one night. But, the grounds including the pool and spas were beautiful. The front desk staff were great and friendly. The room was clean and had a narrow view of the lake. Had a great meal on the deck overlooking the pool area. Would definitely stay again.

Just had a second excellent stay here. Amenities are great here. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are really amazing in winter. The grill restaurant has excellent view of the lake you don t wanna miss it. Room was nice - comfortable beds, very roomy, and big tv. My only complaint is the $18 parking. But whatever. Seems like Tahoe resorts agreed to charge this amount in the middle of nowhere.
