Beautiful and majestic space! Great place for a conference. Nice bathrooms. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

I was always surprised by the temperature in this building. I don't think it got cooler than 75 or 80. Only complaint.

Visit the Starbucks! They are friendly, entertaining and fast!

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency back beginning of October, caught the last few games of the season at Busch stadium. Couldn't have had a better time, hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff was very outgoing and friendly, they more than once went out of the way to be accommodating. Rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Pricey but worth it.

The bartender with the full beard at the red bar in the lobby is horrible! We were there for our anniversary last weekend and he treated us lousy. Personality of a paper bag and couldn't even make a Cosmo..easiest drink in the world. Tasted like water! We had to flag him down for every drink and we had a tab! He lost the potential for a huge tip. Needs to find another line or work!

Great Hotel, beautiful view, Extremely Tasty Room Service, very nice rooms, so unbelievably close to the Arch. The only bad side to this hotel is that parking is not included at all which means that if you can actually self park which was hardly ever open it costs $30 per day and the only other choice is Valet parking for $40 per day, which adds up quick, this would have been nice to know on the front end when booking the hotel.

The hotel was fantastic, especially as this was the first time I'd been there since the remodel. The lobby looks beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, albeit a bit smaller than in other hotels. For the price and location, however, it was perfect. I will definitely be staying again the next time I need to be in STL.

It was cheap, but there is a reason. Valet only or park in a sketchy garage. Also, there is no free breakfast, but there is a $70 buffet. (something I am not use to). The hotel smelled of mold.

It's tough. It's a great hotel. Perfect view of the Arch in St Louis. The room was nice. The staff was excellent and friendly. The lounge with hors d'oeuvres and breakfast in the 17th floor club level was terrific. The bad was the human hair in the towels and a wash rag with dried blood stains. So quality control is needed on laundry side of the business. They were kind and dropped the 40 dollar valet charge without us asking for anything. All we did was ask for fresh towels. Other than the towel incident they truly had a 5 star rating.

Four stars for a four star hotel, need I say more. Ok, I will! The arch view room that I had was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom could ve been cleaner and there was only one lamp in my room that worked. The lamp that was in the corner had a missing plug. I would stay here again.

Great interior and design. Rooms a touch small but sufficient. Hotel restaurant very nice. Not sure bed met expectations - seemed a bit uneven, but not enough to become a big issue. Would absolutely recommend staying here - got a good price for a great location.

I understand the actual situation is kind of crazy but what I wasn t expecting was the conditions of the bedroom specially the bathroom, leaking the toilet, hairs in the floor and not very clean bath it was not good, mirror and bathroom sink dirty as well.
One good thing service in the front desk and very easy check in - out
The view from the room good .

The service was great and the girl was surprisingly in pretty good shape. It's been modernized and for being right next to the arch it was priced just right. The router in my room developed a slight internal leak in the reservoir and "ran" occasionally but it didn't happen often enough for me to warrant giving it less stars.

Wonderful hotel with nice rooms and public spaces. My only gripe each time I stay is that there is woefully inadequate parking in the garage. Being a registered guest, paying for daily parking, and then not being able to use it But sir, we can valet your vehicle! (for an additional charge and tips) is not a solution. For this reason alone I have to subtract a star. Otherwise, the Hyatt is a winner.

Kind of in a sketchy area, but it is a very nice hotel. We got scammed by paying extra for the "arch view." This was a scam, because you could not see the arch unless you pressed your face up against the window, and if you looked left, you could see half of it. This was simply misleading advertisement. Also, house keeping came and bothered us at 9 in the morning, which is still incredibly early for some people.

This hotel was great. The same great service to be expected of a Hyatt stay. Clean, friendly, and accessible. The amenities are good. The breakfast buffet is efficient and delicious. They also have a great and go style, in addition to a Starbucks on site. The best part of the hotel is the location, the arch-view rooms are unbeatable, and the hotel is steps from many of the best sights.

Quilt dirty..urine stain. No replacement. Towels dirty. Pubic hair in phone and bath. Porters working 7th July were unhelpful and just short of being blatantly rude. Two AM porters working night shift on the 6th July get a * each!

We spent the night for a marching band competition, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The only problem I had was that elevators didn't always stop at the right floors, but we could take the stairs. Either way, I would stay again.

We all had a very cozy and comfortable stay. There is no other place as close to the Saint Louis Arch as this one! I was just surprised by the demand for a security deposit.
That was my meal money. Overall, we had a great stay.

The hotel was very nice, all the food venues were good but expensive. Housekeeping left much to be desired. Would come back late afternoon to find the room still not cleaned, once never cleaned. Being a coffee drinker and to be left with four decaf coffee packs and no regular coffee is irritating to say the least

Ideally located nearby the Gateway Arch. The Red Bar, inside the hotel is worth seating there to sip a margarita, very well prepared by the bartender.
Good service from all the staff members.
The only negative point is the cost of the car parking.

Great location. It is a little dated, my room smelled a little of stale cigarette smoke, but I had a nice view of the Arch and the river. Friendly staff. Perfectly fine place to spend the night.

We checked in to our room and it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. We called to the front desk and the front desk associate was absolutely no help whatsoever. She didn't want to hear anything we said, she just kept telling us we were in a non-smoking room and we must be mistaken. It got to the point where she just transferred us to Security. Mr. Griffin, the security supervisor, came to the room and immediately recognized the the smell if cigarettes and called down to get our room changed. His customer service was amazing and he was more professional than the ones at the front desk who were supposed to be customer services reps

The staff is friendly. Nora at the front desk was very patient and helpful as we checked in a large group of students. There was no direct Ethernet connections in the room so we had to use insecure wifi, although wifi had good coverage and was easy to connect. They do not have do-it-yourself carts for moving in luggage. If you want a cart you have to tip two different people to move your luggage each way. It was truly dog friendly, and that made it a bit more fun, even if we did not have dogs.

Great central location. The difference between parking at the Mansion House Garage lot and any other lot nearby is $15 ($5 vs. $20). Hotel is very large by most standards. While the overall experience was ok, was disappointed by a shower backup on our final morning at the hotel (black stuff coming up from the drain). This led to an overflowing Shower that we were able to partially clean up with the towels in the room

Rooms weren't particularly clean... there was food behind the furniture and there were various stains on the blankets. However, the restaurants in the hotel were very enjoyable with delicious food.
