This is the best motel I have ever been to. The beds are comfortable and the view of the arch is breathtaking. I enjoyed my stay here. Everything is clean. The staff is second to none. You can get Starbucks and eat at some awesome restaurants here.

We had a great experience at the Hyatt! Everything they had to offer was excellent! Great service. I wish there was an option to give 4 1/2 stars. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had a pool!

Very nice hotel. It was busy every night we were there but with quiet hours the halls weren't loud. You couldn't hear your neighbors at all which I appreciated and the shower was great. The deluxe room with a king sized bed was on the small side but I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, right at the Gateway Arch and the heart of the downtown area. Rooms are very clean and amenities are in excellent condition. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great experience in St Louis.

I loved the location and getting to walk to the Thanksgiving day parade and the Arch. The room was nice. HUGE kudos to Claire who checked us in she was sweet and fast and knowledgeable. That really set our visit on the right track! The workout room is open 24hrs which is so much better than ones that close.

I took off half a star because the water in the room was $3 each... and that is not fair when you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night . Another half because guest services was unavailable when we checked out. We couldn't use a cart for our belongings and had to haul it all to the parking garage without wheels.

Nice hotel for first time visitors to St. Louis or anyone trying to go to an event downtown. The downtown area of St. Louis didn't seem to be too lively outside the baseball game time but it was very convenient to step out of my hotel and go right up to the arch within minutes. The walk to the baseball stadium wasn't bad either. The room was just fine, although the bed isn't the most comfortable. The room had a nice walk-in closet which I have never seen in a hotel before. The shower and sink couldn't run at the same time without getting extremely hot. The parking at the hotel is $30 per night but if you walk about 3 minutes there are other garages that were only $20. I also didn't pay the $10 extra per night for the "arch view upgrade" and still got a partial view of the arch which was good enough for me.

The customer service was excellent!! Regina and Anna were friendly and informative and do a great job making guests feel welcome. I will definitely come back again! Thank you so much for being one of the best places I've stayed!

Great hotel that is the closest you could get to the arch as possible. 5-10 min walk and you are there! Otherwise, the bar downstairs is always packed/lively (sometimes too loud), but the food is good and the bartender knows how to make good drinks! They have a little giftshop in addition to a small jewelry store with (always?) ~70% off, with very nice stuff! The concierge was helpful and considerate, in addition to the staff being accommodating and flexible. Parking is expensive (~15-30$/night). Unfortunately, the water's were not complimentary in the rooms. Otherwise, one of my favorite place to stay in St. Louis.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ST. LOUIS! I was there for the NSTA conference. I booked late and there were no rooms available so I stayed at Union Station at an exorbitant cost. I wanted to see more of St. Louis so I asked to extend my stay through Sunday, but they would not reduce the fee. Fortunately, the Hyatt had available rooms at a great price. EVERYONE was extremely pleasant and helpful. Customer service is priceless and key to high quality service. Kudos to you all!

Room 1570 had a decent view of the city, but I wish they told us about the limit for devices connecting to WiFi. Hard to deal with when you have 4 student-teachers who need the internet to contact students sharing a room

Great location but crowded and poor entertainment and relaxation options like no pool, no Netflix or YouTube on TV, or no way to stream what you want to watch from phone. Rooms were comfortable.

We stay here frequently. It's a lovely hotel but parking SUCKS. The hotel has a garage but there's never available spots unless you valet for $40. You can park in the Mansion House garage for $20 and walk 2 blocks, but that garage is in need of major repairs so be careful where you park. It's also inconvenient when you have a lot to carry. If you're really lucky you might find a spot on the street but don't count on it.

Stayed at this hotel while attending a work conference. Very nice rooms and I have to say if you are going to be sight seeing, this would be a great place to stay. I could actually see the arch from my hotel room (only 1 block away). The brew house restaurant and bar inside of the hotel was great and we had the best food on our trip there. They also had a great list of local micro brews. I would highly recommend!

There's always great and friendly service. The rooms were clean and worth the price. The location was great for Mardi Gras we were not too far from the festivities. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very good.

Room description was completely off. No view of city just the building and roof. The blankets were awful. The extra blankets were dirty. The bathroom looked dirty. Hair everywhere. Pay to park is more expensive then the airport. The elevator was filthy. Not a good stay. Wouldn't recommend

Rude staff. Everything, and I mean everything, is an extra charge at this hotel. Advertises free parking for guests, but that does not exist. It costs $40/night for valet or there is a lot a few blocks away for $18 (w/ no in&out). Woman who checked us in was distracted and disorganized.... until I asked her a question about parking... at which point she became aggressive in explaining that guests were welcome to park elsewhere, but we would not be allowed to use a luggage cart for our bags.... because those are for guests who valet. Concierge was also rude.... just waved his arm in some direction when asked to use a pc for boarding passes. Came to find that was an extra charge too.

We checked in later in the night, dropped our bags off in the room and I had taken my false lashes off and set them on the counter. We left immediately after in a hurry and forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door. When we came back to our room from our evening out, my false lashes were gone. Don t know if housekeeping threw them away or took them? Aside from that, the bed sheets and comforter were too starchy, made scratchy noises everytime you turned in the bed. Mattress and pillows were comfy though. Very clean.
