We are looking at wedding venues. We were meet at the door by a wedding coordinator who showed us around. She is new to it, so she didn't know everything. Some of the rooms look a little dated but the actual guest rooms look nice.

We attended the NYE countdown to 2018 Party. The band "GROOVETHANG" kept the 2nd floor dance floor full all night long. Great job GROOVETHANG... we'll be looking for more of you. Sorry to say the buffet food was less than desirable in taste, undercooked and cold. Desserts were just mehhh. There was hardly anyone cleaning tables off as we ate... we took our own plates and etc to an area that they were using to scrape plates and we also took our own trash to the waste cans. The bar staff (Courtney was pouring our drinks) very fast and provided great customer service. Thank you Courtney we appreciate you. There were no tip jars to show our appreciation to you and we went to find you after the last dance to tip you and staff said you'd be right back... we waited 20 minutes to tip you but they asked us to leave the ballroom and locked the doors so we couldn't go back in. We're very sorry. We were in room 1845, and it was very quiet and clean with a good Arch view. The pillows looked like Giant Jet Puffed marshmallows... odd looking but comfortable. The king size bed was quite comfortable and the blinds made the room super dark... so a combination of the two made our short stay comfortable. The check-in process was very quick considering the long line at 4:15 p.m. The desk clerk at check-in and check out were very pleasant and helpful. The valet parking staff was very much needed and deeply appreciated since both days were extremely cold and parking was at a premium. Our car was parked two blocks away with 2000 other cars and the driver still arrived with our car in a timely matter. They were very pleasant and courteous even tho the temps were frigid.

Rooms are nice and staff has been great. Everyone has been friendly and professional. Came here for a work trip and it is situated just minutes from the Gateway Arch. Amazing views of the Arch and the old courthouse.

No pool/spa/hot tub which is ridiculous. Major turn off right there considering I was sore and was looking forward to that. A 4 star hotel without a pool. Pathetic. Cable is very limited. Wifi is limited and took a bit to figure out. Housekeeping comes knocking around super early (830am). Even with the privacy tag on the door they still knocked. No complimentary breakfast. Ridiculous parking fees. Rooms are nice, that's it. I'd look elsewhere next time. Glad the room was free. No way in in hell I'd pay to stay here. Also says "Good for kids". How can it be good for kids? There's nothing for them to do. 3/5.

Had a junior suite with views of the courthouse and arch. Great location. The historical restaurant inside was a good place to watch a NHL game, and had great food. The hotel was lovely and had nice touches for the holidays, such as decorations and hot cider. The only con here was the parking situation Hyatt's lot was full and I had to go to a place nearby. This wasn't bad enough for me to take off any stars for it. Overall great stay and fun place to being STL.

Location is perfect - very close to nearly anything you could want to do. The rooms were exactly what we expected and the bed was very comfortable. Amazing view of the Arch. Would have a hard time talking me into staying anywhere else while visiting St Louid

Great customer service, and the staff was incredibly helpful at any time of the day. We were able to get our room switched to have a bathtub in less than 15 minutes. The accommodations were great and having such nice restaurants in house was very convenient. Their restaurants had a nice variety and plenty of vegetarian options.

Very clean and the staff was good and the room was clean . All the staff was happy and ask if they could help with anything else. I will be going back and will send any one to a Hyatt hotels.

Before our arrival, we received a text from their general manager named Randy. He allowed us for a super early check in and took care of the problem we have in timely manner. Highly recommended! We purchased the club/lounge access which is a big plus for us as it gives you free breakfast and some late afternoon snacks!

Arrived and found large squishy wet spot in middle of room. Called and asked them to take care of it. They said they don't have anything to take the liquid out of the carpet. We checked to make sure there was no leaks. Found a broken bottle underbed. They offered different room. We had a beautiful view so we chose to stay and asked for towels and we tried to clean liquid up ourself. It was wet all 4 days.

The staff have all been amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean. Two things stick out that I do not like. The"free" WiFi in the room is limited to 4MB/24 hours. We are now at a point where free WiFi is expected when visiting a business. The second thing I don't like is parking. The only way to gaurentee parking is to valet. That is a considerable $40/night. I'm used to this when staying at downtown hotels and Hyatt definitely is not the only ones doing it. I still don't like it. Overall I will stay here again if I have another visit to St. Louis.

Convient to many thungs but especially to the Arch and Busch Stadium. Parking is difficult at times so your schedule needs to be laid out or it gets expensive to come and go as you please. Rooms are nice and staff helpful.

First thing first the valet was a bunch of kids... Speeding through the garage, they wrecked our car!!! The rooms were smaller than we expected. The bathroom sink was clogged. The management staff was very helpful and understanding !!! Be prepared to pay 36 for valet... This trip made us to not ever wanna come back!!! Please don't pay full price for the small rooms!!! They did however not charge us for the night and we left to go home!!! Won't be back!!! Very disappointed!! Two stars only because of the management staff!!!!

Quite a nice hotel.

Quite a nice hotel.
When you get there, just pay the extra $10 and valet park for $40, it's worth the ten bucks.
Staff from door to room was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. This really is located next to the St. Louis Archway. They say rooms have a 40% chance of some view of it and ours 1512 had about 50% view. Room was clean. All was good.
Had problem with safe which was fixed promptly.
Ten minute Lyft ride to the Fox Theater
Do not walk it.
Highly recommend

When I stayed at St. Louis, I was looking for a nice hotel to stay in. While I was not disappointed with The Hyatt, I was also not impressed. There were several hidden fees, most likely to make up for the decently low room prices. Every night you stay, the hotel adds a fifty dollar incidental fee, and the self parking was closed every day I was there. The only option was the valet parking, which was forty dollars every night you stay. To add upon that, to supposedly have a public parking option and have it closed every day? That is extremely dishonest and sneaky. However, the location is convenient for a tourist who wants a hotel downtown. Next time I stay, the Hyatt may be where I stay, but there are some improvements that need to be added before this review gets any better.

Nice enough hotel. Steps from the Arch. Decent enough amenities. TINY rooms for the price. Doormen give you attitude if you ask for alternatives to their exorbitant parking rates. Would stay again if other hotels were already booked.

Hyatt St. Louis at the Arch has wonderful views of the arch. The staff are pleasant and the rooms are quiet and very clean. My room had a view of city which was very pretty at night. I personally liked the views of the Arch during the day more than at night. But maybe this was because I didn't have a room facing the Arch. That said, if I stay here again I will keep the city view over the extra money for the Arch view.

I was attending an event in some of the banquet rooms. The banquet manager was super nice, friendly, and helpful. The event was well organized and laid out. However, the hotel struggled to keep up with things, like restroom supplies and cleanliness. Security for the event, while I get they were enforcing their duties, was rude about it and uninformed.

The hotel is great but there is no free parking for guests. You either have to pay $29 for self parking or $39 for valet.
The hotel cost was affordable but I think there should be free parking for guests. There are a few meter parking spots behind the hotel that we were told are free on weekends but were also told the cars parked there usually get broken in to.

I wasn't there for long, I was just visiting a friend who was staying there, but for the time that I was there the staff was being really nice. I would definitely stay a night or two there

Really, really comfortable beds! Staff is very pleasant - hotel in a great location - starbucks located inside hotel!
Downside: Our room (king bed) was a little small with 2 people trying to get around and ready each day.
