The atrium is beautiful and should not be missed! This place just oozes class.

Horrible service and rooms. The rooms are filthy and the customer service is horrendous. I'm still fighting charges for parking that I never used either!

I arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:50 pm. In the process of checking in the last at the desk says that there will be no water from midnight to 5am. We booked through Hotwire but I knew the hotel because I have a way of figuring out the hotel. I was glad it was the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich because I stayed here on the past. BUT no water is unacceptable and they should not book any rooms!!!! The worst!!!

The brunch at the Hyatt was wonderful. Large selection of foods.

Nice place...restaurant was a b+ but not many hotels have a+ dining to begin with...what made the stay pleasant was nicely appointed rooms, work out facilities and close to office where meetings held

Very comfortable beds, attractive building, and nice staff.

Rooms are a little odd, but in general, it is perfectly fine. Good price and location.

Overall it's a beautiful hotel with good brunch but they gave away my king sized room and stuck me with a double. I understand that these things can happen, but I arranged for this well in advance and made them aware it was my wedding night.

Food & drinks are very good. Great neighborhood spot!

My Wife and I enjoyed our stay. To be fair we only stayed in the hotel as a launching to NYC. The hotel was clean and quiet. We never sampled the food, although it did appear pricey.

Hotel itself was great. However, their housekeeping team isn't to be trusted.

I called 30 minutes after I left the hotel (5am) because I left this sign for my son in my room accidently. When housekeeping called me back at 11am, they could find this 1ft by 4ft sign which was laying flat next the t.v. I find it hard to believe this wasn't found as it cannot grow legs and disappear on its own. Rather it was torn apart and thrown away because your housekeeping doesn't care about the guests. I never got a call back or anything to tell me what was the end result.

Be wary to let housekeeping into your room... you may lose your belongings...

Also, the ceiling in the bathrooms had mold. No ventilation for the humidity to escape, which is not a smart bathroom design.

Durning winter months The Winfield Restaurant has limited dinner menu. My suggestion is for the same price range head down the road to Lugano Salumeria & Wine Bar which has a wonderful menu. ( )

Great amenities and fun lobby! Excellent business hotel with every need you can think of. Rooms were great and spacious. Cons: AC wasn't very powerful and vent points right at the desk. There's only one elevator lobby for a very long want to some times. Pros: EVERYTHING that!

Great Hotel love the Atrium excellent breakfast rooms are good Bar and restaurant also very good valet parking.

Staff was so accomodating despite the fact that I was a bit of a pain in the butt. The rooms were immaculate, the place was clean, and I came with a gentleman who had developmental delays and they were so good about it. Hundred percent percent would come back. May even bring my wife for a romantic weekend.

Part of the former Conde Nast campus. Nice place. Drive slow or you may miss it. Signage is limited.

The place is just amazing, especially the lobby area.

Hyatt regency can be visible from far. It has a really grand structure. There is valet parking service but also self parking service was there. Parking charge was $ 11 per day time for overnight it was $16 I guess. The lobby was really cool so was the bar. Staffs were very warm and helpful. I has salmon and totally enjoyed it.

Location is amazing. The atrium is amazing. Front desk service has been average. But most of the staff have been amazing too

I remember this place opening when I was a kid and enjoying the cool garden restaurant. I haven't been here in 35 years and I don't think anything has been upgraded. The AC is a trickle in the room. The charge you for parking at $15 per day, and the furniture and fixtures are not that nice. They charge for high speed internet and on demand video is $19 each. A throw back to when hotels charged for everything, but without the sense of real luxury due to the old and outdated facility.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Given the location and the comfort, this place is a bargain. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and very attentive staff. The atrium is beautiful and the bar is a very relaxing place to have a cocktail at the end of the day.

Nice hotel, however a bit over price for such and old hotel. Both the interior and guest rooms can use an update.

Pricey, but worth it. Don't overlook the garden atrium and pool.

As a Hyatt Discoverist Member - I am proud to patron Hyatt Regency Greenwich, as a Darien CT native it feels nice to return to familiar setting and still find the charms and quaintness of Greenwich still in good standing. Rooms are clean and have nice amenities. Hotel staff was friendly. Only negatives would be paying for parking and the rooms are quite a walk from the elevators

Got a great deal on hotwire for a quick overnight stay while driving from Miami to NH. Check in was smooth, arrives at 10pm. Hotel lobby and common areas were gorgeous. Started in a long room, facing the interior courtyard. Room was big, bed super comfortable, everything clean and functioning well. Left at 6am. No complaints, would definitely stay again if I was ever in the area!!

Clean hotel with many nice amenities. Be aware that all amenities are extra and pricey, including parking. Expect to pay for everything and you won't be surprised.

Nice clean room with quality bathroom, beautiful lobby and the breakfast in that lobby was really enjoyable. Food was better than most buffets at a hotel, they clearly care about the quality

Staff at the Hyatt Regency were really professional and made sure the event I was attending went off without a hitch.

The hotel was simply gorgeous! Rooms were spacious and clean and very comfortable. My only qualms were the lack of microwave and coffee maker in the room. The wonderful water features at the ground floor makes me definitely want to revisit. I really enjoyed my stay.

Put a reservation for my Elderly mother to stay there to enjoy the pool and hot tub. It was closed due to the fact someone did number 2 in the pool. I contacted there General manager david.smith and samantha.nutini and they never responded to my email. It's not all about how a place looks good service as to included.

Love hyatt regency Greenwich in Old Greenwich, CT. Comfortable, good sleep, quiet, good food, great coffee.

Nice place, modern rooms, friendly staff, great Sunday brunch. Only problem, depending on room location you can be a long walk from the elevator.

Everything is fine but the breakfast always the same egg all ugly and the waiters need to clean the tables faster or it will be that in Mexico we are more professional

I stayed at the hotel from June 24 to June 26, 2019. We arrived and enjoyed the hotel garden. Marie-Pier was very nice to us. She was very attentive to our requests and very attentive to our needs during the registration. Thank you Ms. Marie-Pier!
The rooms booked were clean and the bed in our room was very comfortable. The breakfast the first day was very diverse and delicious. The next day there was not much choice. I felt like I was eating the rest of the day.
A week later, after we left, I noticed that the hotel had taken two different amounts on my credit card, without warning me. I am still waiting for the refund. I did not appreciate this fact and I encourage you to check your credit card after you leave.

Brunch at the Winfield's restaurant inside the hotel is amazing! Great selection of fresh fruit, pancakes, crepes, omelets made to order and great dessert. Love the open outdoor feel of the solarium, with all the natural light filling the area.

The service was beyond compare. Hotel had any service you could possibly want or need. Staff was wonderful

Despite having called several days earlier to cancel, we were still charged for a night we did not stay. I've tried calling multiple times but cannot reach accounting, even after staying on hold several times for 30 minutes. When trying to speak to the front desk they transfer me immediately without even saying hello.

The stay was nice, but the way Hyatt has been handling this now that they already have our money is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Friendly Staff, beautiful spacious and meticulously clean rooms!

I always know what I'm getting when I stay at this Hyatt. Always abfriendly and helpful staff and a clean comfortable room . Brewed coffee on each floor by the elevators is convenient in the morning. One feature I like is the wide staircase that can be used as an alternative to the elevators. The only downside is that the hotel charges for parking because it can. The parking fee isn't outrageouso it's just unnecessary!

Wow it was such an amazing hotel to have a nice Memorial Day weekend with my kids! Customer service was amazing!! The room we got was a double bed which was really great for the four of us! The room was clean, no bed begs (we checked so don't worry the hotel is clean) and the room had many outlets for our electronic devices! There are many things to do here! There is a small movie theater which me my wife and kids enjoyed watching The Avengers movie! The pool was excellent! Our family enjoyed it with pool toys and wasn't that deep for my children! The pool is open until 11:00 pm so we stayed there for a few hours having fun.The hot tub was a bit small but it was luxurious and relaxing away from work! Went to the fitness center which is a plus and it is open 24 hours! Free water, cold towels and bathrooms adjacent to the fitness center was also a plus! The restaurant was a little bit pricy but food was great! Free breakfast buffet was great as well! There is also a new arcade place in the back of the hotel where my kids had a blast! There was only one con and that was the free wifi was very slow and unusable. Had to use LTE instead. Overall I am very happy that our weekend getaway went smooth and my kids and wife were happy! I would totally recommend this hotel even for a night stay!

Very Clean hotel, at the same time service is good. There is a lounge where you can get snacks and coffee. Mainly the hotel is very big so you wouldn't feel like it's...Small.

I experienced their Thanksgiving brunch and their Christmas brunch and both were awesome. They had plenty of seafood, prine rib, omelets made to order, Belgium waffles, great salad bar, pastries and desserts! I loved dining among the tall trees, and walking around seeing the sleigh and ice sculpures and everything the Hyatt Regency Greenwich dles to make your experience a magical one. I enjoyed the champagne mimosas and cappuccinos too.

Nice atrium. Brunch is not what it used to be.... It's really just a limited breakfast buffet

Seems that of you stay here you plan on sleeping as weddings trump guest's and under age drinking and pounding music are more important

Room was comfy with some parts being updated. Atrium is beautiful and offers a nice place to grab food or hang out. Plenty of additional rooms and space for meetings.

We love to stay here because it is quite, we'll located for us and the atrium reminds us Panama!

Service is wonderful, food is delishious, staf is very friendly. Only bad thing is overly long hallways
