1. Parking is a logistical nightmare that they CHARGE for!
2.Mildew in the shower, water pressure needs to be addressed, drainage in sink slow and lighting needs upgrading.
3.Room itself was clean and neat upon arrival and maid services were excellent.

The hotel is huge and beautiful and has many event rooms. There's a beautiful green atrium for passing time as well.

Quiet, simple, elegant. Like a week kept secret....

Superb Place to stay with your family the location is perfect. I stayed here for five days with my family and really enjoyed here, They provide superb customer services you get really good place for parking. The staff is really good they really friendly and helpful, The rooms were really well cleaned. The housekeeping service is really good they are there in time.5 stars!!!

Really enjoy staying at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich as it provides a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of NYC. The no-nonsense nature of the property makes it easy to check in and out.

This property is always my first choice for a quick trip out of the City

Had an awesome time. Went for an event and it was well organized.

The amenities are very nice at this place. The gym, compared to others, is in nice condition. The breakfast options are decent. However, this hotel gave us the wrong type of room originally (we paid for a room with a view of the inside courtyard and got the outside instead). Also, the hotel is not very soundproof. I can hear the wedding reception and any people walking down the hall very easily.

They've improved their Thanksgiving buffet, finally. Long overdue. Very nice ambiance. Decent service.

The indoor setup was nice but the main parking lot is in the back and you have to pay for it every day. Also the pillows on the bed are so firm

Overall it was very good. When we checked in, there was a drop of blood on the bathroom floor, which makes you apprehensive about the cleanliness, but we had no othe issues during our stay.

Nice $$$ hotel with enticing lobby bar. Stayed overnite once and was satisfied. I have not been impressed with their food over the years. Will be attending an even in a few weeks & will be hopping for a better meal. ... will update my review shortly. The event food was not good but the bartender excellent.

The room was nice and clean, the housekeeping staff and customer service was very kind and helpful . However, the hotel nickel and dime you with unnecessary fees. The early check in fee, and NIGHTLY PARKING fee was an unpleasant surprise. Also there is no refrigerator in the room or a microwave for use without another fee.

Very clean room on 4th floor. Bathroom could use an exhaust fan as room is extremely steamy after showers. Breakfast at Winfield's is always top notch and so is the friendly staff. The botanical lobby is beautiful and having drinks and breakfast is a real treat. $15 a day to park in the hotel parking lot is super low class and cheesy. This tacky shake-down factor alone brings affects the overall rating, but hey, it's Greenwich.

My sister treated me to a weekend stay because I needed some me time. I'm always doing for everybody else and never take time out for myself!!! I love this place!!!

Easy_off_easy_on from exits 5 and 6 of interstate 95 (Connecticut turnpike) the location is on U.S. route 1 (east putnam ave). This is literally on the borderline with Stamford, the most visited place on the gold Coast of Connecticut.The town of Greenwich itself is really spread out, offering everything from nice beaches to forests and farms.This town is the second richest on the east coast and is known for not setting for subpar anything. Midtown Manhattan is only about 30 miles by train or vehicle.

First time staying at this hotel, and it was absolutely lovely. Wonderful staff, that welcomes you with a warm greeting, beautiful room, and any questions/requests that I had during my stay, the staff members I spoke with were quick to respond to. The tranquility, and ambience of this place truly makes one feel at home. Highly recommended.

Lobby facing rooms are loud due to water fountains, showers have lackluster water pressure

I went for a business trip and the room was pretty clean, one lamp had stains and dirt on it, but the room was larger than I expected. Environment was laid back but at the same time professional, I went to eat near the bar and there was no host when the receptionists advised there was one. I waited for about 5 mins then just left to go somewhere else. There was some event going on in the parking lot so I had to park in the back, but didn't mind the walk.

Good drinks and bar food. I hear the rooms are nice. We send people there who visit our company, never a complaint.

I got a great deal on trip advisor for my last minute room. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly! Wonderful stay

Pretty good. Service levels really depend on day of the week and who you speak to. Shuttle services are below expectations and hard to come by - automating the shuttle request or scheduling regular trips to downtown would help.

This place is nice and clean. Great for large Events and the jungle open solarium restaurant/bar has an amazing brunch. I did this woman s makeup for a party.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the people who work here are lovely. However, we had booking nightmares. I booked a room they sent an email saying it was canceled. I called the first person said yes it was canceled then a second person said no it's not. Then I received multiple emails saying it was confirmed but the details were all wrong (number of people etc). Then multiple of the same email saying we are looking forward to your stay When we arrived the reservation was two separate nights. So the keys locked us out after one and we had to go to the desk and recheck in. Overall a good experience but they need to sort out the details of their event bookings.

dusty old hotel. Invited a collegue to join me for a cocktail upon my arrival without checking the place out first. It is a Hyatt after all. I'll let my photos speak for themselves. The body lotion in my room had been used before I got in the room. Housekeeping here is the WORST.

Excellent hotel!! Friendly staff; clean rooms, beautiful interior. I purchased my reservation thru Hotwire. They were willing to extend my reservation for a reasonable cost. My only con would be that the hotel needs to be updated. There are still iHome docs with 1st generation charging ports. Would definetly stay here again.

This was an awesome place with some of the best people! The staff there should all be commeded for the job they do to represent the Hyatt brand!!

Property, especially event spaces are clean and well maintained but slightly dated. The rooms have obviously been redone semi recently, I was impressed. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

We ate dinner onsite as we were pressed for time.
The brisket Flatbread was pretty good, but my Chicken entree and my colleague's pulled Chicken sandwich were quite underwhelming.

We attended a conference here and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby has trees and a stream makes you feel like you are outside.

Great space, easy on/off from I-95. Big open lobby with large trees and running water. Meeting spaces are well kept, great for large events.

Beautiful property. The lobby was gorgeous. Free parking was a rare plus. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, the staff was very accommodating. I've heard their Sunday brunch is amazing, but we didn't get to experience it.

Beautiful, but awful stay. Stuck next to noisy elevator with drunk wedding guests carrying on all night. Paper thin walls allowed us to hear every word of our neighbors fight. Barking dog across the hall. And lastly the linens and shower curtain wreaked of mildew. So disappointed and dissatisfied. Told staff about it all and they could not care less.

The food provided by banquets was delicious! The meeting space is humid though due to the greenhouse like entry.

This hotel is beautiful. The atrium inside is inviting and an escape from the cold weather outside. The service and food were also quite good. I recommend the Eggs Benedict as the hollandaise was light and perfect. I would have given 5 Stars but the bed was disappointingly uncomfortable and I booked a room with an Atrium view but was given one with a parking lot view. After a day of meetings and getting in at 10pm I didn't feel like going back to the front desk to correct it. All and all a great hotel and I'd stay again in the future.

I love staying here on weekends when I come to visit friends. It's clean, convenient and the atrium makes everything so bright and cheery even in winter. Also, they have a great Sunday brunch.

The hotel lobby with all its lush foliage and ponds, and skylights, is a refreshing oasis from the cold weather and gloom of a north eastern winter. The rooms are modern, updated and comfortable with lovely views through large colonial style windows. The beds are super comfortable, and the enormous flat screen tvs are terrific.The bathrooms are also beautiful. My only complaint was that there was no full length mirror in the rooms, the halls, or the elevator, and women really need one before going out...
We had lunch there one day (after checking out and waiting to go to the airport) and honestly, and I say this as a foodie, it was phenomenal..in quality (grass feed beef hamburgers), trendy menu, presentation and flavor...more so than many restaurants in town! I will definitely have lunch there again next time I visit!

The most comfortable hotel I have stayed in is the Hyatt Regency Greenwich. Very welcoming and accommodating Front Desk staff and the amenities truly wonderful.

A solid go-to for traveling to NYC but wanting to stay outside the city. The hotel is very close to the Stamford train station, has a great restaurant/bar in their large indoor common space with water features, and has a fantastic pool and hot tub. Parking is easy and safe and we love it there, and look forward to going back!

Pleasant and clean the Central atrium was a very cool feature

I have stayed here twice so far. Both times the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi is NOT included in the price and neither is parking, but both times I stayed here I bought Groupon vouchers that included the room as well as internet and parking for a reasonable deal. The atrium is a nice feature, and the staff was very friendly.

Been going here for conferences for years. Service is always great and they've updated the rooms and hallways a great deal. Lots of space if you have large events and they gave a unique lobby area that resembles a stream surrounded by trees and rocks. Check the photos online and you'll see what I mean. Its fine, nothing bad, just thought I'd call it out as it is unique to this hotel.

My fiance and I went to see a room for our wedding reception, and we were followed around by security like criminals. Even the people who parked cars were rude. We spoke to a manager about how we were treated and he said there had been some security breaches earlier in the day... as if that was an excuse for the way we were treated. This Hyatt rewards member may never visit another Hyatt again, and certainly not the Greenwich location. If my skin color isn't good enough for better service, neither is my green money.

ADA wheelchair accessible room.
Only thing great about it was the bathroom.
The biggest issue is that the bed is lower to the ground. This isn't helpful when you are in a wheelchair and cannot stand, you need to be able to transfer easily to a bed at a similar height.

The room was a bit outdated, television very small and dirty. Air was at 65 but it was still very warm in the room.

The room was also outside the vending machines and you could here every person in that area plus the kids crying and yelling up and down the hallway.

The hotel has a more posh, luxurious feel than a typical Hyatt. The lobby vaguely reminds me of the Mirage casino in Vegas. The room, hallways, and stairwells were immaculately kept and spotless. I'd gladly stay here again in the future.

Hyatt Regency Greenwich is one of the nicer hotels in Ct. I was relieved to check out of one misleading hotel and lay my sights on this one. it s pretty pretty big and my first impression was of an old mansion in pristine condition. Upon entrance, I felt as if I was walking into a tropical forest with all the greenery but then there was an indoor pool, fitness center, ball rooms, dining, etc...pretty much everything you need under one roof for a night of comfortable relaxation. The room was nice and clean without stained carpet and more importantly NO HISTORY of Bed Bugs which is a pretty big deal in this day in time. You have to be extra careful of where you stay/sleep when traveling and I highly recommend. The only draw back would be, you have to pay to park (even as a paid guest) which is something pretty much unheard in most parts South Carolina.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities! Conference rooms were clean and well lit. Food and bar service was fast and friendly. Hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Beautiful hotel and location to start. Entire staff has been extremely courteous, respectful and helpful. Natalia, at the front desk is a real sweetheart with a heart of Gold. I was in a bind with my reservation and was about to leave for another hotel. She spoke with her supervisor and was able to accommodate me and my pets. For this we are truly great full to Natalia and her staff. Additionally, facilities are first class all around.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel looks nice and the beds are comfy. The biggest issue I had was that you could hear every single person talking in the hallway from your room and in the morning when they are cleaning the rooms it is one loud door after another, slamming to close. They also need to change the shower curtains, they are way too long and hang 4 inches into the tub while you are showering. They only have one elevator bank so you may have to walk a very long distance to get to your room.

Nice hotel that is very affordable. My wife and I went for our Anniversary. It offers a day spa, heated indoor pool, gym, business center, dining and a nice gazebo bar. We are considering this venue for renewal of our vows. There are plenty of ballrooms to accommodate many different sized parties. An overall great experience. I highly recommend this hotel

the atrium is amazing and relaxing-- the rooms were nice and clean and didnt have the bad chemical smell so many hotels have. It was so relaxing in the main atrium I want to go back. It is also ten minutes drive to the long island sound beach which was nice and also relaxing.

Hugh hotel! Beautiful spacious rooms. Only disappointment was morning coffee was in the landing not the room.

We had made reservations months ago for a wedding in Greenwich, did not request early check in, which didn't bother us, but when our room with the king size bed was STILL NOT READY AT 3:30 and we needed to be at the service for the 5:00, my wife and I were not pleased and of course we "down graded" to the two double beds room. I could over hear this conversation being repeated to others that had booked the king size bedrooms and they were told the same thing....... I think there is a method to the Hyatt's madness which seems to work for them but not the customers that book in advance for a specific room. Oh, the desk clerk was very nice and of course could not explain why this was happening and offered to pay for our parking. Please rethink your policies if you want to keep your customers happy... After all, isn't it ABOUT THE CUSTOMER?????
