Really nice inside. Especially the restaurant area. Very nice!

Place was awesome. PepsiCo sponsored event was super cool and I loved the experience. Event staff and hotel staff were amazing.

Nice hotel, pet friendly. There is a catch. Your room keys will randomly deactivate and so will your parking pass. Its a long walk to some grass for your pet if you arent on the first floor.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this Grand Hyatt. I stayed, along with fifteen co-workers, at the Hyatt for work related events. One of our employees found bites that resembled BED bug bites. We alerted the hotel immediately, but were met with complete disdain and ambivalence. The hotel did not care about the safety of the guests and refused to help us find an exterminator until the next day. Meanwhile, we independently checked our employees rooms and found evidence of dirt, grime, fecal matter, and casings of carpet beatles and other bugs. Almost all the mattresses were stained and debris under each bed. Our employees were disgusted with the state of their rooms, realizing the beds had been largely ignored apart from changed sheets. A manager at the Hyatt yelled at one of our employees when she expressed her discomfort and fear concerning bed bugs. His aggressive demeanor was extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, when we tried to relocate crew, we were relocated to three different rooms that also had evidence of bugs. The front desk treated us like an annoyance, instead of valued customers who were worried about the safety and cleanliness of their belongings. We also had repeated issues with Room Service delivering to the wrong rooms and charging the wrong rooms for ordered items. We paid a handsome price for catered breakfast and lunch - only to be unsatisfied with the offerings. The hotel gave our vegetarian employees beyond burgers between two pieces of plain white toast - a few pieces of lettuce and cold falafel on a plate - and other very unappetizing items. Ultimately, management, customer service, cleanliness, and our overall experience were NOT what we expected from a Grand Hyatt. I do not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. It is close to New York. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend getting some drinks from the bar, they re good!

Getting to a point where a renovation is called for

Absolutely beautiful place and elegant. Loved the cleanliness and the reception was very welcoming. Room was nice and spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

I was staying at this place for one night, and it s nice inside. I liked it but, one thing made me very mad is they don t let you take baggage cart. Hotel personnel s have to help you. Just feeling like they are forcing you to tip them.

Clean rooms, very comfortable bedding, helpful pleasant employees at check in, dining and housekeeping staff. Parking is in the rear of the hotel.

Room is stuffy and warm. Found nail clipping from someone else in our bed. Tuesday night front desk staff did not seem to want to accommodate. Windows facing atrium don't open so no chance for fresh air. No available power outlet on nightstands. Outdated room and bathroom. One of the coffee cups was used and dirty. Arranged for late check-out with the front desk (for a fee) and housekeeping repeatedly tried to come into the room while I was still using it (with the door locked). Water pressure in shower is good.

Crowded, expensive and depressingly dim - even by H.Regency standards

Very clean which is the most important thing to me, but the staff wasn't that friendly. The AC in the room was not very cold (I do prefer a cold room but even at the lowest setting, I woke up a few times because I was a bit sweaty). The wifi was terrible, pretty much not usable.

Gorgeous main floor. Our room was not the one we booked, BUT the staff got us to our correct room in minutes. Pool was clean, hot tub was drained-no biggie. Nice and clean. Panty of outlets for any plug or port needed!

Dirty room. Tricky pet policy with hot wire booking. We showed up to this pet friendly hotel and Sabrina the supervisor demanded $100 for the pet. Telling me most hotels charge for pets. That's not true. We just stayed in a pet friendly in upstate NY with no extra charge.

We don't mind if they charge extra for a pet, just tell us in advance. Not when we show up at midnight.

It was very dirty ,our room smelled awful they have a beautiful lobby but there was doggy poo and our room we paid alot for I got so many I assume was flea bites on my lower legs I would not recommend this place to nobody
Was first time to go and was so disappointed with the quality of the place and worse was the employees smoking marijuana in one of the rooms marked employee only blood on curtain and wall was great to see either

Comfortable hotel with updated rooms and a nice large atrium.

We are here for a travel trade show. As soon as you walk into the main entrance gorgeous elegant 10 * thumbs up. I highly recommend this place have not checked out the rooms yet but judging from the detail work you see when you first walk in I know they will be great.

Clean rooms but little old. They have to remodel the whole hotel.
Water is not coming out from the shower, it has to be change.

The physical hotel itself is beautiful, the inside set up with dining options amongst an indoor garden is absolutely adorable and clearly very well maintained. The room itself was typical, the bed was decently comfy yet I would ve liked it a little softer. The service, specifically the front desk staff, were not very friendly, very unhelpful, and we were very disappointed in the check in and out process, we barely exchanged words with the employee and we weren t directed to our room!!

This hotel is okay nothing about it or the service really stands out. The room was clean but the pillows were a little too firm for my liking. I had early check in but no room was available. The bar area in the hotel is nice and their food is good but it is pricey just like the hotel. I gave it 3 stars because for the price I paid for my stay, I expected something more. I chose this hotel because it was close to where I had to work that day so it made sense to stay someplace close. This is really an okay hotel nothing fancy.

It's best to go in evenings. It's magical there. Nice and quiet, decorated go look as if you're outside. Absolutely amazing cocktails.

This hotel is ridiculously cold, otherwise my stay was fine. If you are here for meetings or conferences I suggest you bring a parka.

Pros: beyond beautiful lobby (get a room with views of this - it's worth it), dinner in the gazebo was absolutely delicious and worth the prices as the dishes were large, very comfortable bed and nice staff. Cons: ridiculously long hallways - they need more elevators at either ends of each floor, $18 parking fee! I have never in my life paid to SELF park in the parking lot of a hotel.

Tonight!!!! my husbands bday weekend. only to find out we are under 3 rooms..Instead of the Front desk Manager Devin clearly seeing it's just us 2 and cancelling the other 2 rooms, had us call the 3rd party calling between her, the 3rd and 4th party for nearly 1hr Only to turn around and tell us the 3rd party verified they only have 1 room listed and if perhaps we see additional charges to contact the Hyatt to handle it..Well If you can Handle it why in the world would you have patrons go through all this red tape..its completely the worst customer service ever..my night ruined

The Hyatt Regency Greenwich is beautiful, and the staff is very attentive. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Solid restaurant. Pan seared salmon was dry. The other dishes like pasta primavera and pan seared sustainable salmon were good. The surrounding environment with the tropical surroundings in an indoor atrium were nice, enclosed by the four walls of the hotel. Service was excellent. Would come back.

The place is mind blowing... there's an Atrium with a sort of whimsical walkway in the middle of the hotel... it feels like being outside without actually being outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Had a company party here. The hotel is amazing. The rooms are good and clean. The courtyard is stunning. The trees are real. They even got a stream running from one end to the other. The staff was amazing as well.

Beautiful place and very accommodating staff. Stayed here for a business conference. When I finally get a chance to bring my family to New York, we'll be staying here and taking the train into the city!

Was there for a conference. There was some confusion on the parking; an electronic gate without instructions, a valet lot with no one covering it. Once I finally parked everything else was well done.

Excellent facility with courtyard seating environment for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The hotel is beautiful with its signature garden in the middle with a stream running through. The room is clean and spacious although water pressure is little weak. Also, the weekday breakfast buffet was very good at $20. I might come back to try their brunch on Sunday. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall good, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the only maids tend bed and vacates papermakers, I do not aspire nor did the bathroom even once in 1 week, good breakfast served good restaurant and good food

The rooms are comfortable, with beds that provide a good night's sleep. The food in the restaurant is good but expensive for the portion size. The restaurant service is spotty, sometimes good and sometimes very bad.

Their brunch is unreal. So good. Nice a nice meal and so filling as you can have pastas made for you to your liking, and so many options. The rooms are good! The pool is nice. The bar is ok too. The place is utilized for many events with good outcomes and meetings!

One of my favorite places for a quick overnight get away!

Nice hotel with friendly staff but dated amenities. No coffee in the room and lap pool is not big enough for real laps (30 feet?)

Was here for a conference only and wanted to review the food. The steak was amazing in the breakout area which looks like a botanical garden. Perfect seasoning and the price was not too high either. The only negative point is the waiting time, after 30minutes I had to chase for my steak.
