***Beware*** Terrible customer service. The wrong part was sent to me and they are refusing to give any credit whatsoever. The online description did not have exact measurements. It looked right but it was wrong. Beware, they will burn you and take your money if you have any problems. I will say the lady I spoke to was nice and felt bad about the managements decision. Very poor company from to top down!!
MK used to be the best name in the industry but they have quickly fallen to the bottom of the list. The company fails to meet the simple requests of their customers - they are terribly unreliable, nothing is in stock when you need it, and lead times are always understated. Their customer service staff is miserable - honestly, they all sound suicidal on the telephone and their lack of enthusiasm or care for their customers is laughable (come on, guys, at least pretend you give a damn). Even though they make solid equipment, it is entirely overpriced. There are countless other brands that supersede MK in both quality and service. No one will be surprised when you kick the bucket, MK; please, just go out of business now and save us all the headache and hassle. I wish it didn't have to happen this way, MK, but you will not be missed after you're dead and gone.
Do not order from this company. I have been waiting for a saw for over a month and am now being told another two weeks. They do not have the products that they sell online. What a joke.
