Rather standard hotel. We ran into some problems, such as a strange smell in the lobby, the water pressure in our room was poor, and we had to adjust the toilet flusher before it would start working.

I always thought this property was in Stamford. It was nice and efficient, but it was missing some nicer touches. I was told the Regency Club lounge was closed. Really? I was looking forward to free breakfast and snacks! I got free self parking though. In reality the parking gate was open 24/7. Staffs were super nice. They knew exactly when to service our room! The gym was kinda small.

I travel all the time (Monday-Thursday). This is one the best hotels in the Stamford/Greenwich area. Clean, a lounge on the 4th floor with breakfast in the morning, appetizers and drinks in the evening for those with access.

The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel. The room is very nice and has a good amount of space. This hotel is large and some rooms are very far from the elevator. There is a hug area in the center of the hotel with a garden. The staff is nice and helpful.

Don t get me wrong the lobby is beautiful, however I was very disappointed right off the bat when I found out I just paid so much already for only one night and they make you pay for parking as well. I did not get the impression online when booking that everything is going to be extra, including $25 per person for breakfast. With the amount I payed for one night, breakfast and parking especially could have easily been included. Not the most welcoming or friendly staff by any means. You can easily hear people walking down the hallway, etc. Very mediocre room conditions compared to the photos online. It was a miracle they could even make the pool look so big in the photo when reality it was VERY small and extremely dissatisfying. When there s multiple kids that is the last place you want to go. The cherry on top of all of this is I left something at the hotel and called about it multiple times and still haven t gotten a straight answer. You have to submit something on a website instead of them telling you yes or no they have it. And even then it s been over a week and I ve heard nothing again. It s beyond frustrating when my sister who stayed at a hotel in Boston with 28 floors could straight up tell her over the phone and for this place with 4 levels to make you go online, fill something out, and two weeks after your stay you have no idea the status of it at all. Would not recommend this hotel. You could easily get a better stay for a better price and free parking somewhere else

Great hotel with clean and updated rooms. The center of the hotel has a large conservatory with a cafe for breakfast and lunch. In the mornings there is also complementary coffee by the elevators. Would absolutely recommend.

Not a bad place but even though the privacy please tag was clearly placed on my door, housekeeping nevertheless banged on my door, yelled out, and then actually opened the door and tried to get in! Guess what, same thing happened to my travel companions so it wasn't a fluke.

Nice enough both for families and business travel. Good conference facilities. Generally above average level of service and guest experience. Average gym for hotel of that size. Smallish indoor pool, mostly for kids to play in. Could be used for some fitness training.

Nice quiet location and decent service. But walls were a bit thin in my opinion and the beds were quite poor and uncomfortable. Service at the in-house atrium restaurant was amazing though.

I have my card authorized twice already and I have no idea why authorize it twice but I will wait before calling them to see if I get it back in time.
Hotel lobby was nice and clean and upto the par but... room's cleanliness was not upto standards. Spider webs on sprinklers in the room, under the tables and on the sides of table, there was a soda bottle left already on the fridge by last guest which was apparently not removed.
I ordered food via Uber Eats and the delivery was stopped at FD and I was informed as per hotel policy vendors aren't allowed to be inside of the hotel. I requested if it can be sent to my door via Hotel Staff and reply was Sorry we are short of staff and there is no one currently available...
Didn't really like my stay, checked out in the middle of the night and hopefully never coming back to this Place....

From the front of the house to the back of the house, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The Atrium is a beautiful specimen of live trees I only wish they had koi in their water feature.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday and we could not have been more pleased! The atrium is magnificent! The food was incredible and the drinks were great also!
Our room had an atrium view which was so nice to sit in front of as we enjoyed room service for breakfast! The pool and hot tub are very clean and just the perfect temperature! We had such a fun time playing in the pool like a couple of kids! Before our stay was over we were already talking about how we wold love to stay here again!

Get your guardhouse for parking lot fixed! Either post a man there or make it foolproof to enter and leave. Right now, you are doing neither and frustrating visitors. On Friday, June 9, 2017, I witnessed a near accident there when a frustrated person tried to reach the parking lot via the exit side of the booth and nearly colliding with an oncoming vehicle.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. The rooms are immaculate and the indoor garden with water falls and plenty of tropical trees and cozy sofas strategically placed within, make this a fantastic getaway even if it's snowing outside! It's not expensive and their breakfast buffet is wonderful. I was least impressed with not being able to locate the vending and ice machine on the 3rd floor, and when I asked two different staff members they also did not know where it was. I had to go to the concierge on the main level who told me exactly where the vending machine was on my floor. When I found it, it was out of order...

We booked a room the night before when we knew we needed to break up our trip. Super fancy! Steven met us as we parked our car, I'm not used to that caliber of service. Nice clean room. I just wish they had been more clear about the restaurants in the main atrium level. We ended up eating the more expensive high end restaurant when we wanted lighter fare.

Beds are a little noisy, bathrooms are good. Pool/Spa/Fitness area is well kept and convenient. I enjoyed my stay here. Biggest con is parking, biggest pro for me was the pool/spa/fitness area.

Beautiful hotel, but they allow pets. I was disturbed by a barking dog for hours because hotel staff couldn't get in touch with the owners. I also had a room adjoining another room and could hear everything they did in the room next door. Paper thin walls... this is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Awkwardly long walk to my room from the elevator too.

I loved their amazing area where they have a jungle vibe and a cute bridge perfect for photos. The room was clean and perfect view. The buffet was amazing but sadly I was only able to eat breakfast there but it was amazing. Overall a very awesome place!

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff.

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner there as well.

Tyson (General Manager of the hotel) has been also very caring and proactively followed up with me of my experience at the hotel. My room was a bit noisy due to being too close to the lobby and restaurants and he helped with transferring me to a quieter room fast (Thanks again Tyson!).

All in all, happy with the experience

I only ever stay here for Christmas eve, but the hotel is beautiful. The staff is always overly polite. They usually have hot cider or something nice available in the lobby. Gigantic TVs in the bedrooms, good beds, gorgeous atrium-lobby thing. My only problem is in the rooms they have this nautical art theme. Every room I've stayed in has a oceanic picture with an isolated hand. I'll never understand and I'll always make fun of it.

Avoid the Best Rate Guarantee and the hassle. Book with third parties and be assured of the best rate. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to the interstate for travelers. Our efforts to exercise the price match were frustrating and futile. The experience cost us an extra $30.
