I was there for a fundraiser. All staff was friendly and attentive . Food was great. Had a lovely time.

Breakfast was meh....but my friend and I enjoyed the nature like setting. Very relaxing environment.

Stayed here while attending a wedding in the area. The property is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if the need arises.

I worked AV for an event. Staff was good great, access was great im sure the rooms are great.

Beautiful atrium with a bar and restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions. The indoor pool was not as clean as we would like and the water was a little to warm.

Will decorated, all sort of amenity, decent location.

Beautiful facility. Great for brunch. Plenty of parking. Lots of construction going around so parking is limited to the back always plenty of nice events like weddings. Beautiful main lobby.

Amazing, beautiful hotel. The gazebo bar was lovely. Enjoyed our stay. Also loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Wedding planners were terrible, food wasn't good, they served romaine lettuce during the time everyone was getting sick.

Everytime I have been to this Hyatt it has been a pleasant experience. It is clean and welcoming. The parking situation seems to change on a regular basis but I enjoyed my visit.

I had a really frustrating experience here. I booked two nights on separate reservations and when I checked in, asked if I could get the same room for both to avoid the hassle of moving. At the time, they assured me that this would not be an issue. However, after the first night, they wanted to charge me $25 additional for the same room. What an awful customer experience in a mostly empty hotel.

Tip to anyone thinking of staying here use their website for the best rate. Staff can be snooty and only one elevator location, which means it can be a very long walk to your room.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I think it is very nice. I would recommend it. It is not a new property but it is kept up. The only comment I have is you have to request a coffee pot for your room. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and I know in the future I will probably be staying here.

Nice having pet relief near entrance. Thank you for outlets next to both sides of bed. However, found bed uncomfortable and shower pumping out hard water. Skin always feels sticky and unclean after...

Beautiful hotel, love the indoor garden and flowing water.

The room was nice as was the overall aesthetic. The staff was friendly but from our room we could clearly hear everyone in the room next to us as well as anyone in the hallway at any time. That made it very hard to get any rest.

Good hotel but for the price and location should really offer complementary New York Times.

My baby shower was at the Hyatt. It was a wonderful experience. The food was great and the staff were very wonderful

As of this review the CDC has said not to server Romain lettuce due to an ecoli breakout. The Hyatt servered Romain lettuce. I think the kitchen should pay attention to what they serve as to not posion their guests.

Place is built like a and if you have a high number room you're going to walk a couple football fields to get it

Very lovely hotel in Greenwich CT. We decided to stay here for a long weekend to be near a beach and enjoy the hotel amenities as well. Very nice room, easy check in process. If they suggest that you pay 10$ extra to be closer to the elevators, trust them! Pay the $10/day.... such loooooooong hallways... never seen anything like it! Coffee served in the AM near the elevators on each floor. Convenient, if you re close to the elevators! Lol nice gym and pool area. Parking is 18$ per night if u park yourself. They could drop that... I mean no one comes on a train here.... bar is lovely (great fish tacos!) onion soup NOT SO much! Would I stay here again??? Yeah i would, if I had to visit this area....

Have never stayed here, but have attended many events here. The ballroom is beautiful and has a great versatility with how it can be set up, which allows a variety of events to be held here. When they host large events, the food tends to be cold.

Ask for Krissy at the Bar/Restaurant, she's the best!

Amazing accommodations! Very nice hotel, and magnificent atrium. Front desk people were very friendly. Was only here for a few hours to get some sleep but wish I could have spent longer.

Stayed two days prior to surgery at Greenwich Hospital and planned to stay four days after surgery. We ended up canceling the second reservation and booking a much nicer hotel in town. The room has a 65 TV that is parallel to the bed making it hard to watch, there wasn't any movie pay per view or on demand offered. The room was very dusty, the bathroom mirror frame was broken and hanging down. Overall I felt our room was old and in need of a deep cleaning.

Dirty room, broken lamp...over an hour to be put in a new room. Email from the Executive housekeeper apologized and promised Hyatt points...did not happen. Contacted GM, promised to not charge one night, did not happen until AFTER I contacted him a second time. Requested housekeeping from the front desk the second day, smiles and promises...didn't happen. Over 6 weeks later and I'm still battling to get the Hyatt points I was promised. I spent 30+ nights at Hyatt properties in 2017...this hotel is a joke!!!

Nothing against staying here, but the woman who answers the phone to make reservations is so rude and unwelcoming. I can t believe she is the first person people talk to.

The Hyatt Regency Greenwich's accommodations are astonishing. The main atrium is gorgeous and the gazebo bar and lounge are sights to behold, nestled into their own indoor gardenscape compete with a running steam. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. My stay was short, but quite pleasant.

Classic service in a beautiful setting. Everyone is smiling, professional and helpful. From parking your car, checking-in, dinning-in or asking about "where to go." Indoor full growth trees and a nice man-made stream make for a tranquil setting. Perfect spot for a business meeting, date-night or a stay-cation.

I don't know why we keep giving them second chances, they always find ways to disappoint us

It was beautiful and clean. The service was amazing!! The website we booked the hotel claimed it was a 4 star hotel but it honestly seemed even better!

Was in New York for work and needed a hotel where I could park my tractor trailer while staying there. It is a little tight, but if you are a good driver, there is no real issue. I had my dog with me and she was received very well by the staff, who were courteous and friendly. The only complaint I would have is that I sat at the restaurant downstairs for a half an hour without being served, so I just returned to my room and paid a little more for room service, which was very prompt. The food was also delicious.

We stayed for two nights, so we could attend a conference on site. It was very clean and everyone was friendly. It is nothing special and I've had better accommodations at lesser facilities (for example, the bathroom didnt have fan), but it also had nice TV and, as I said, was clean. Hotel is outdated and could use some sprucing up. Parking was $18 a night for overnight guests, which is total bs.

Loved it, there was no breakfast, but it is still lovely.

Great location. I was there for an event in the ballroom, which, while rather small, was kept cool the entire time.

This hotel staff is very rude and gave us quite the amount of dirty looks. As being young they didn t think that we should get the service that everybody else gets. The keys to our room stopped working. We asked for an upgrade but was rudely denied. My father called Hyatt global to complain about the horrible staff. Do not come here, never coming back.

Hotel is nice and clean but apparently staff are VERY rude and don't care about their guests at ALL. I called the front desk and 'John' answered.. told the gentleman that we have an infant with us please do us a favor and possibly do a little late check out for us. Was very rude and told us we couldn't and also asked about whether the bottle in the room was complementary but said it wasn't which my wife earlier told me me it was because a front desk attendant earlier around 2 pm said it was.. I was very disappointed. Honestly this is my first google review and the only reason I wrote it is to let other fellow google search users know how rude this gentleman was to me. Hyatt hotel should be more considerate when hiring people especially for the front desk. Will be the last time I ever visit this location. Stay away folks if you do not want horrible customer service. Otherwise very nice.

The atrium was beautiful and the layout of the hotel was nice. Otherwise, there was nothing profiundly spectacular about it. The room was ok, a lot of the furniture was dusty, even after housekeeping came. I was concerned after reading a review on here about them changing the sheets etc but they came which was good. Half the staff was friendly half was not. For my first time at the Hyatt i simply am not sure how they could be rated as better than your average 3 star hotel. I've honestly stayed at a Best Western that was much better than this for less.

This place alright for the most part. There's definitely room for improvements. The beds are ok, the pool is gross and everything is really pricey. The main lobby is nice, though. I'd say this hotel deserves no more than 3 stars.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt after getting married. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was decorated with rose petals. We received complimentary cheese, fruit and crackers. Our room was very clean and the service was great.

Excellent place to get a drink with friends or grab a bite to eat. Beautiful restaurant area and the food is great!!

Fine sized pull, good fitness center, good dining place and rooms.

The room was nice, but EVERYTHING was an additional fee, including bottles of water ($5!) Also, no option was given to allow us to maintain our towel for a second use.

Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even while under renovation this location is beautiful and cozy.

Beautiful place for conference meetings and meetups

An attempt to have a luxury hotel in a poor building. The result is a lot of walking to and from the single elevator at the end of a huge rectangle and an inescapable smell of mildew presumably from the indoor water feature. The front desk service was atrocious and we had to ask numerous times for simple things. The furniture in the suite had suspicious stains...

Nice quiet hotel, reminds me of an Embassy Suites on the inside w the greenery. The decorations are outdated, but it is clean. The food was delicious (chips are THE BEST!!) The food service is a bit slow (just an fyi if in a hurry). Shuttle service is available. During the morning hours, it runs on a schedule on :15 and :45 in a 5 mile radius. After that, it is on as needed basis. I called at 11a for a 12.15p ride and was told to just come down and nothing was guaranteed. I get it, but just be prepared. I did use the shuttle, and it was great friendly service.

THE WORLD SERIES IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM. ONLY AT THE BAR. ITS ON BASIC CABLE. HOW CAN IT NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM BUT ONLY AT A BAR YOU PAY FOR OVERPRI$ED DRINKS?! ITS THE WORLD FREAKING SERIES. DISGUSTING.

No fridge in room for medicine had to call down 3 times to get one. Bed was horrible

The place was amazing, all very clean and beautiful, all staff friendly. The only thing, there is nothing complementary, you have to pay for breakfast and to park your car!
