A beautiful hotel. An expansive lobby with natural light, an array of foliage and foundations, and dining. The fitness center is larger than most, and the pool is indoors. The location is okay -- near basic conveniences, but nothing outstanding. It's a great place to go for conferences.

King size bed. Classic modern furniture. Slept deep and relaxed. The hotel staff was very professional and attentive. I am not a fan paying to park my car at Hotels. That's my only negative.

Just an average hotel posing as something fancier than it is so they can overcharge you. Parking costs an extra $15, movies are $20 and the front desk person was rude and made it sound like she was doing me a favor for not charging me to check in before 3pm.

While it's not exactly in the most exciting place, it's a very nice iteration of a Hyatt with indoor gardens, and good food, in a quaint area near Stamford CT, where handies are definitely more easily accessible.

I was present for an end of season sporting event and was greeted to friendly staff and environment, especially the beautiful middle courtyard. The food was good there was nothing poor about the experience.

Whilst the hotel itself looks nice (the atrium is very pleasant), the service in the hotel is shocking, and extremely slow. Food and beverage options in the restaurants/bar were very poor - in fact the breakfast here was one of the worst I have ever tasted in a hotel.

The hotel is very poorly laid out (only one lift bank serving the whole huge hotel) so it can sometimes be a very long walk to your room. Request a room near the elevator in advance if you prefer a shorter walk.

I have stayed in many business hotels and this is certainly one of the worst - I would recommend looking seriously at other alternative options before booking here.

Beautiful Indoors, Fantastic Fantastic Service. Others have commented well on the atrium and the ambiance inside this hotel..and I agree, it is a nice respite. Had a good nights sleep. I would like to call out, positively, the people working at this hotel...they were very nice (so much for the NY'r reputation) from the front door crew to the servers at the restaurant. but in particular, the front desk employees & housekeeping went out of their way to accomodate us. Our reservation was for 2 beds, but the upgraded room had only 1...so they went to go have an upgraded room prepared for us with two beds. Housekeeping was there when we arrived to the room and we extremely kind and even offered to get my daughter something she forgot to pack, in a very nice/kind manner. I would love to stop there because the people really made our visit go well; I do want to make one helpful comment about the breakfast buffet: I suggest ordering off the menu as the buffet selection was somewhat limited for a Hyatt Regency, the scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powdered eggs, and the sausages were over cooked. The atrium is a great place to eat breakfast, the servers were great...I'd just recommend ordering off the menu.

Very disappointing, hotel has gone down hill. We had to stay due to a family funeral. The railings were dirty (wore gloves and by chance looked at them). Carpet in hallway and stairs were dirty and filled of dog hair (I have two of my own so not hating on dogs by any means) just saying needed to be vacuumed. Dog next door barking from 5am-8am. So if you are not dog friendly I d ask for a room away from them. When I checked out, not even a how are you or how was your stay.

It's a nice hotel. $25 a person for breakfast is a rip off, but they provided complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's day. Would recommend for a romantic getaway.

The hotel is very good although it needs deep renovation in the rooms that are already quite degraded. Buffet breakfast is no wonder and is expensive, yes, the service is great. If you are going to have breakfast, ask More

The lobby is it's finest feature, unique and charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant was slightly overpriced, though still fairly good at both breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place has clean and modern accomadation. The lounge area is beautiful and the breakfast package is good value.

We had awful service from the staff, however, and we were held for 4 hours of waiting period because the "system is down." Not acceptable.

A fine place to stay but I was very disappointed with the front desk as we tried to check in. We arrived quite early after a long flight and inquired about possible early openings. We were asked to leave and call at 9:30 which we did. We called and were then told perhaps 11:30. They promised to call us if a room became available. As it turns out, we did not get a room until 3:00pm - normal check-in time. We later found out that other guests were able to check-in before 11:30... We were never called. Moral of the story: be pushy and/or rude and you might get what you want, be nice and you will likely be ignored. Not my type of place!

The place is nice and large and the staff is pretty friendly. We were able to score free breakfast with our room. There is a nice gym but the pool was not too large and overcrowded. It was also a bit noisy in the room with sounds coming in from the hallway, the outside area and I could hear toilets flushing from other rooms.

I ve stayed at many Hyatt s and they are usually a sure thing but this particular one has really run down rooms. Stains, broken furniture and parking was $18. Our gate pass would not let us out of lot and we had to repark and walk a good distance to front desk

The inside of this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen just incredible! The rooms are pretty nice and clean but believe me the inside of this hotel is fabulous! Great place to bring your girl or your wife for the weekend or maybe someone knew that you want to impress.

I wish I could separate the F&B outlets from the hotel. The room service and restaurant staff were what I needed. I was very VERY ill with a stomach bug and when that happens you basically just want your mom or a Four Seasons. I think her name was Diane but who ever was working Sunday and Monday March 17 and 18 understand the difference between regular customer service and true hospitality. I was so glad about this because I was too weak to do much other than answer the door.
Room service, order taker and manager, were top notch and empathetic. What I needed. They get 5 stars.

Checked it out for a future event. Liked the meeting rooms and ballroom, but turned out it wasn t available for our dates (sure would have been nice to learn that before we wasted our time). Atrium is nice. Like half of the hotel rooms face it in lieu of exterior windows (something I strongly dislike). Rates online now (Jan2019) seem reasonable at $169. But $29/night parking is well above the market rate in Greenwich, seems excessive.

The room was great, super spacious and clean all around. My only complaint was that it is a very far walk to most of the guest rooms. There is a very nice atrium/lobby with a cabana style bar, but the noise level could get very loud with more people.

Convention center feel in pretentious setting without the quality to back it up. Quarters are stale, old and architecturally regressive. Customer service is arthritic and incompetent. Far better options in Greenwich.
