I had a really frustrating experience here. I booked two nights on separate reservations and when I checked in, asked if I could get the same room for both to avoid the hassle of moving. At the time, they assured me that this would not be an issue. However, after the first night, they wanted to charge me $25 additional for the same room. What an awful customer experience in a mostly empty hotel.
