Dirty room, broken lamp...over an hour to be put in a new room. Email from the Executive housekeeper apologized and promised Hyatt points...did not happen. Contacted GM, promised to not charge one night, did not happen until AFTER I contacted him a second time. Requested housekeeping from the front desk the second day, smiles and promises...didn't happen. Over 6 weeks later and I'm still battling to get the Hyatt points I was promised. I spent 30+ nights at Hyatt properties in 2017...this hotel is a joke!!!
