Liked the stay for the weekend. Needs to clean the water in Spa and pool.

I was there for a high school prom. The food was ok and the service pretty good. Nothing wrong with the venue itself but it was very cramped at times with the 500 people in attendance. Prom last year was better but I don't fault the Hyatt for the poor planning of our class officers.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable however they do not offer coffee at all until 6am. Front desk verified that fact. That is ridiculous!!! The mini fridge in my room didn't work. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until this morning when I went to eat my leftovers and all my food was spoiled. If I wouldn't have spent over 100 bucks on my meal last night I wouldn't be so upset with all of my food going bad. Very disappointing stay to say the least.

Loved it! Friendly service. Dog friendly. Clean. Great lucious green atrium with seating for food and drinks. Soothing waterfall...Felt like I was on a Hawaiian vacation.

Rooms were very clean and tidy. Also included use of robes. We loved the facilities and the inner garden area. Is beautiful.

Nice atrium restaurant. Nicely decorated room. Classy atmosphere. Only one issue: I asked for more blankets to be sent to the room at about 10 pm and they were not delivered.

I plan global events and meetings - many of which take place in Greenwich/Stamford. I have arranged several room blocks and meetings at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich and can attest to the hotel's quality, service, and value. The staff (sales/banquet team, AV, front desk/concierge, housekeeping, etc.) have always demonstrated the utmost courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel for any meeting, event, or personal or business stay.

Beautiful indoor atrium at the center of the hotel. Highly recommend getting a room that overlooks it. We got some appetizers and drinks at the bar. The chicken wings were amazing. Very peaceful setting with the running water of the indoor stream.

Spacious room and bathroom, very friendly staff - only stayed one night but was very comfortable. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay in Greenwich. Quite rooms. Great breakfast. Weekend breakfast buffet was worth the price.

Beautiful atrium. Staff was nice. Rooms are very loud, able to hear toilets flushing around you. This isn't the hotels fault but people were having loud conversations in the hallway after 12am. Beds were very small.

Very well maintained and good staff. Tip is the key if you want good service here.

Hotel is comfortable, the lobby area is amazing, and the location is perfect.

Have stayed here multiple times and this is the absolute best hotel in the surrounding area. Plan to stay here again in the future since my office is near by and weather can affect my commute.

This hotel has very comfortable, modern, clean rooms. There is an atrium inside the hotel with a nice river and greenery. The food is pretty good from both banquet service and the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to guests. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in this area.

Attractive venue, attentive, friendly service. Good food and cocktails. Good place to sit and chat with friends. High glass roofed ceiling is a pleasure to sit under all year round. Beautiful lush plantings.

The best place to stay in Old Greenwich. The food is okay but not cheap...they used to offer free buffet breakfast with AAA rate, but no more. Rooms are cozy and clean. Atrium with bar and restaurant is comfortable, and parking is manageable. I believe there is an extra charge for parking which seems silly to me given the location. Indoor pool is small but nice. I've never used the fitness room, but they do have one. All in all, very comfortable.

Beautiful inside. Food decent. Decent sized rooms. Small gym. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Ridiculously long hallways . Full length mirror has a shelf in the middle .

Booked and confirmed two queen beds. Got to the hotel and they only had a one king bed room for four adults. Had to sleep on a little sofa and they wouldn't even provide additional blankets and pillows . Housekeeping starts knocking on the door at 8 am on an Sunday morning. Nice rooms but HORRIBLE customer service.

Nice rooms but service left much to be desired. My husband and I were ignored in the downstairs restaurant. No server even showed up ever. We literally had to hunt down a busser to get our check. Absolutely ridiculous!

Their front desk made me late for my wedding by not calling my room when my limo driver asked them to inform me the arrived

Nothing stood out for me. Over priced restaurant $25 a plate and an additional $18 a day for self parking for this $170 a night stay. Paying this much for having a roof over my head I should have had a lot more going on.

Very nice hotel, clean and orderly but the staff wasn't particularly helpful.

So nice here!! Wish we could ve stayed longer. The rooms are very clean and nice. There is a bar and beautiful sitting area with little ponds and trees all around. The pool is very nice too. Will definitely be coming back here to stay.

Room service was terrible. Didn't deliver what we ordered and they tried charging us for things we shouldn't have been billed for. Hotel is beautiful, attention to detail could be refined.

I had a party, beautiful party, beautiful place, great food !!

This was not a great stay at all. First of all parking is $10. Our room was so far away from the elevator it quickly became a hassle just to get downstairs, especially with 2 babies. The only thing nice is the pool and the nice garden like decorations. There is NO complementary breakfast, just a rip off meal available. I deeply regret reserving 2 nights here. After the 1st night at 9am, I called to see if I can cancel and get my points back for the next night but of course they said no. Will never come again

Stayed two nights at this hotel and was pleased with the experience. The hotel itself is lovely with a very nice indoor atrium with beautiful trees and plants. The room was average perhaps a little dated but nice and well appointed. We had breakfast in the lobby and while the food was good the service was very poor with not one waiter checking on the table. Overall id stay here again and recommend it.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Greeted at reception with complimentary champagne! Delicious coffee and donuts offered in the morning. Very clean, room was nice but not luxurious. Parking is a bit challenging as they also host lots of events, plus they charge guests $15 extra per night to park in hotel lot.

Easy to find, looks nice from the outside. Didn't get to go in.

The rooms are nice enough, as is the lobby/bar area, but the food was terrible.

The staff are so friendly and the service they provide are amazing. The room that I stayed in was spotless and always maintained in good order. (plus there is a gym here for pokemon go)

Beautiful hotel, although my room had no obvious ventilation so if you showered it would stay realize humid. The room was really hot the whole time

Great place. Servers at the gazebo weren't that friendly. Pool isn't the best. Atrium is beautiful. Customer service is lacking in a few departments

Been coming here since I was a preteen. At thirty it still holds up. The atrium is unsurpassed.

The hotel was very nice and upscale but they were a few things that seem off about it and it made my stay less enjoyable. first off the bedding in particular the pillows were terrible they had no support and it made it difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. Second the bad also was terrible as it made it very difficult to get comfortable and fall asleep and stay asleep. Third off the coffee was located near the elevator Banks which was a long walk from my room and made it terribly inconvenient. I like to have coffee in the morning in my room before I get my day started and that wasn't possible because I had to walk a half a mile to go get a cup of coffee so no bueno.

This place is amazing! It is like castle with great decor

Really nice place. Lobby setup is awesome. Highly recommend for dinner and lunch.

Great rooms, nice pool, workout facilities, attractive surrounding lawns and interior atrium.

The room wasn't as clean as it could be and a little dated. Hospitality was excellent. Ozzie the bartender at the Gazebo and Matt in the Regency club know what customer service is all about and take the best care of their guests. Hope to stay here again.

Nice place haven't paid for a rollaway cot in many years

Was a good place until some guy claiming to be the manager asked me not to break something for simply taking a towel off the rack and said I was slamming things. Guy was extremely rude and literally all I did was take a towel

The room had alot of dust in the vents and the faucet leaked. No coffee pot in every room and you must pay to self park

Beautiful courtyard! It is lush with greenery and has a tranquil feeling. Rooms are clean and service is great!

Beautiful property. It was very clean. Was visiting family in NY and booked with Delta, showed hotel was in white plains NY but when I typed it in showed CT. Very comfortable place. Front desk was helpful. While the property itself was beautiful the breakfast cost $25/pp. Wasn t willing to pay $50 for breakfast for two but nearby there are many diners. Kids ordered two sodas at the restaurant one night not busy but server took over 15 mins to bring drinks. Had to come downstairs before she would serve my 13 year olds $3 kids sprite. The parking was confusing. Ample parking but wasn t sure if we used our room key to get in and out or we had to get our ticket validated daily. When in doubt we hit the call button and the front desk let us out. Keys to rooms had to be reset a few times not sure why.

We love this hotel. Try to get there at least twice a year for a weekend getaway. The beautiful atrium area is terrific for meeting new friends while having a drink, or even as a restaurant. It stays fairly active till about 1am!

Their recent upgrade/overhaul was nice.

Highly recommend, rooms with an atrium view are best!

First the staff was great. they deserve 5 stars.
the room was small, and the bath room smaller.
strange was the VERY slippery carpet....
like it was waxed with silicone, which for me having issues with my legs and feet was problematic.
the pork belly grilled cheese sandwich was awesome friday night yet trying it again saturday night was a soggy disappointment.
stayed here because of a recommendation fro the concours d elegance folks.
will try somewhere else next year.

Hyatt Regency is always a nice place to stay. Most of them have very nice atriums and of course this one did too. But we got to see some of the local residents during our stay ; )

Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Bathrooms are smaller than I expected but the rooms are nice.

The valet was great. Front desk was very helpful with finding us an ADA compliant room without being asked which was appreciated. The pool was hard to find since there are no signs. The bed wasn't that comfortable, surprisingly. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Really like this place. High effort to recognize loyal guests. Facilities more comfortable than Sheraton Stamford.

An OK hotel, but Regency used to mean more. The hotel is tired, the rooms seem dated and dark. The HVAC is not powerful enough because the rooms are a good size. The staff is great, but it's not a Regency level hotel.
