Clean and updated rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms.
Warning: the hotel is located in a corporate park, if you wil rely on Uber or Lyft to take you there, the GPS gets the drivers confused and delays may happen.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of power plugs and USB ports in the room, which is a big plus.. Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast buffet, but a bit expensive. The bar closes at 11:30pm, which is a bit too early,vI think. They have a good beer selection. Overall a good hotel for a business stay.

Just got off the phone with this Hyatt because they are still holding $50 on my debit credit. When I called, Nicole answered the phone and didn't know anything, but said she would find out. I was "transferred" but the phone kept ringing and I could hear her pick up the phone and push buttons and transfer me again - same result of the phone just ringing - this happened THREE times. Finally another person picked up the phone and as I was explaining what I was calling about she RUDELY interrupted me and said "Ma'am this is the front desk!" DUH - I know!! Because she interrupted me I had to explain why I was calling again - she wasn't listening and her tone was very condescending. She asked for my name THREE times and said she couldn't find my reservation. I had to actually spell out my name B as in Boy R as in rabbit A as in apple, etc. When she finally found it she said it takes 3-5 business days to release the hold - which I don't have a problem with - it was the whole conversation before - terrible "front desk" clerks and customer service!

We had an incredible stay! The staff were super helpful (especially since Delta had misplaced our luggage for a few days), and they all went above and beyond what we expected.
Erin, the waitress at the Taphouse on level 2, was exceptionally incredible. She organised for the hotel to send chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne to our room because of the week without luggage we had to endure. She's amazing!
The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast buffet (the hot one) was very tasty, and even though the hotel was a bit far from the downtown center, it was an easy 30-minute light rail ride.

We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Denver!

The Hyatt Regency is very well appointed and in a very serene setting. The rooms are nice and clean. Everybody we have encountered has been very friendly. Nice pool area and great experience. Would definitely use the hotel again.

I have stayed several times in the nearby Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center and loved it. I tried out the higher end Regency and it has higher prices, inferior rooms and no breakfast. It is like staying in a Best Western for twice the money and fewer perks. The staff is great in both places.

If you're just looking for fancy then this is a good place. It's nice and all but in my opinion there's better. If you are traveling and you have a 2 year old with you who might need some milk at 2:00am they aren't gonna be able to help you. I was told to walk to 7-11 at 2:30am by the guy at the front desk. Also this place is located in DTC so I figured it wouldn't matter that I left my Ethernet cable at home on accident because im staying at the Hyatt regency in DTC they probably have 1000 of them.!?! Wrong!! I was told check the gift shop by engineering. Then he started to pretend to try and help me but I had to tell him to leave. Why are you still pretending if there's nothing you can do? As soon as you said that you should have left. Anyway I'm sure he had one he was just being a duchebag. These people who work at these fancy hotels need to remember that they aren't the ones with money. Remind yourself that you make 12hr. and uou should just play your position. I won't be staying here again.

Immaculate hotel. Excellent staff. Kamal was very nice and accommodating while checking me in and Angela did a wonderful job taking care of myself and everyone in the room during breakfast service. This hotel is centrally located and in a very nice area. The atrium lobby is super cool! The gym is adequate but I would suggest getting a couple foam rollers (back pain after endless travels is a harsh reality). The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were modern and functioning perfectly. I definitely recommend staying at this location as it is most definitely another fine example of the Hyatt brand.

The website I booked on didn't disclose that a deposit was required ($100 if paying cash), after management verified that I was right (IDK if she thought I was not being truthful but it was very embarrassing and degrading) they still wouldn't waive the deposit but I negotiated that I only pay 1/2 the deposit.(they did make me wait during checkout for damages that may have taken place in the less than 12 hours I occupied the room) They charged me for calls I placed that were local and not long distance??? Why?? The website I booked on also said there was a hot tub only to find out they didn't have a hot tub (one of the only reasons I booked this room) I won't give them a terrible review but it wasn't what I would've expected. I won't be a returning customer

We were put in a room next to ongoing construction, the heated pool was not heated, the hot tub was out of order, the beds were cheap and bulging with springs, the room fridge didn't work, the bathroom exhaust didn't work and no one ever answered calls at the front desk.

Really small room, but good location and decent price. The restaurant is nice. Staff have been friendly. WiFi is slow but at least usable. I am disappointed that the hot tub isn't working but the gym has plenty of equipment.

Day 1 car broken into. Day 2 man handcuffed and vehicle searched outside bedroom window middle of night. Day 3 clothes stolen. Alcohol bottles throughout property and building that has been here since we ve checked in. Manager is 0 help and condescending. Don t stay here it s a good location but there are several other hotels in the area

This is one of the nicest hotels to stay at in the Denver Tech Center. The staff really accommodates to your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody that is coming to visit Denver, Co on vacation or just wanting to get a nice relaxing overnight stay away from home.

BED BUGS! I took a picture of the bed bugs and was told I could move rooms. I asked for a refund so I could leave with my family and the manager told me a team from the Denver Health Department needs to come in and take a look to see if it was a legit case to even get considered for a refund of my money. I took pictures and even brought the pillow down that had bed bugs on it down to this manager and it didn t matter to him at all.
Not once did I hear an apology of any sort or offer any assistance when my family of 5 had no choice but to move to a different floor in this hotel.
I will never stay at this hotel again! I have 3 kids who all laid in the bed to take a nap after non-stop travel from Japan as I am moving with my family as an active duty member, and then a 13 hour road trip from Texas to Denver.
The manager didn t seem like he cared at all. Not at all personable, monotone, dead eyes. I also got the vibe that he thought that I was making this all up. You would think a manager who works in hospitality, let alone a well known hotel brand as this, would pretend to care a little more.
If we found bugs in a bed anywhere, at any hotel, we wouldn t want to stay.
Anyways if you want a few pests in the bed this is the place for you.

The Hyatt is a great and clean hotel, the only down side would be that sometime in February the hotel fills with kids, during some sort of event that takes up this and the scrounging 3 hotels, as much as I have hope for today's youth I'd rather not have them running a muck well I'm trying to relax. Other wise the hotel was clean the beds where comfortable a bit on the soft side. The staff was nice and helped over all - the kids a good experience... But I guess that's just life

I just don't think it can be done better than the Denver Hyatt Regency. I travel a lot for work and play so good or bad, I've seen it.
I live a 1/2 mile north of here and periodically I stay here when I need to unplug from things and enjoy the many excellent venues in the area.
A big reason this is so is because Rohit has in place the perfect system. I've never asked but he gives off the impression he's got a PhD in management.
Thanks again to the entire staff.

DiNice facilities, workout room had everything I use in a workout. Customer Service was top shelf. Rooms had a touch of elegance. Food venues in walking distance. Parking need improvements. Had to park away from building and pay $12 a night.

We've been here less than 24 hours and I'm FED UP! We were charged for parking (WTH!) How do you charge your guest for parking?! The lobby is AMAZING but the room SUX! We had to request a microwave for our yummy roadtrip leftovers, the TV is some type of internet weirdness, the channel button doesn't work so we have to press a number-but only 2 thru 7. The rest bring you to channels that are "loading" or something. The programs don't run smoothly, they're muted and choppy. Definitely not worth the money. Microwave request, okay I get it. But how bout a TV that works properly. Is that too much to ask? AND we have to pay for parking!

The General Manager sets the tone for the rest of ...

The General Manager sets the tone for the rest of the staff. He seems humorless and mercenary. The staff looks for every opportunity to squeeze more dollars out of its "guests" because that is what he probably requires and expects. The result is that the employees, especially the front desk employees, appear to be suffering from PTSD and are unable to render a genuine smile or greeting because they are overly concerned with being criticized by their superiors who are also suffering from excessive stress. The Wi-Fi is horribly slow and erratic, so if you need to get some important work accomplished, this hotel's internet service is too unreliable for you. Besides that, the noise in the hallways from talking and doors shutting is excessive because the doors have been cut much too short leaving an excessive gap at the floor level. I was most disappointed with the Motel 6 quality mattress cover and sheets (I don't mean to insult Motel 6). The mattress cover did not cover the entire top of the mattress and it shifts and bunches up while you are in bed moving around. The sheets are not fitted and never seem to reach the end of the mattress. Plus they move around with the flimsy mattress cover. That really makes the quality of the beds irrelevant. Getting through the check out process was challenging because every other guest was questioning an erroneous (I won't go so far as to call it fraudulent) charge on his final invoice. The Sheraton Denver Tech Center is not as spacious and is quite dated, and its bathrooms are tiny but you will sleep better, the staff will treat you better, and the internet is far superior, plus parking there is free.
