Hotel is beautiful and spacious. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful and timely. Though misplaced my luggage on check out they were able to retrieve it after a short time. Restaurant and food were nice as well.
Work held a conference here and the hotel catered, I got some of the worst food poisoning of my life. Fyi there are hardly any store out there and its 16$ for a travel size amount of pepto from the gift store. The management staff were rude and loudly discussed their dislike of the company around the attendees. The hotel staff that served were actually amazing and maybe the only saving grace here. Needless to say we wont be going back
I was there for a large Professional Event. The staff were very professional and everything was taken care of very well. I would recommend hosting an event here if you have a conference or some sort of corporate get together.

Do NOT have your special event here!! We chose the Hyatt Regency as the hotel destination for our wedding in May 2017 and site for our rehearsal dinner and out-of-town guest cocktail party and COMPLETELY regretted it. For starters the staff didn't hand out the gift bags for our guests as they checked in. The bags had the guest name and check-in date listed as requested by the hotel and somehow more than half of the bags were forgotten.
We had our rehearsal dinner and cocktail party in the Centennial Ballroom at the Hyatt. The blinds were broken (and no one bothered to tell us about this before) so half our guests were staring into the sun throughout dinner. We asked if they could manually lower the blinds and were told no. The Centennial Ballroom was offered to us at a discount of $5,000 in food & beverage sales (regularly it's $10,000) because it was the only room available and staff had showed us other rooms that were already booked by mistake. We thought it was such a nice offer but ultimately we paid more than DOUBLE the original quote for the rehearsal dinner and cocktail party we had signed prior to the event.
We were told that our guests drank over $7,000 in alcohol throughout the course of the night. Our rehearsal dinner (6-8 pm) had around 35 guests and the cocktail party (8-10 pm) had maybe another 50 that were of drinking age. The Hyatt claims that this much alcohol was consumed (mind you we had 150 people at our wedding the next day from 5-11 pm and didn't come close to drinking all of the alcohol we had purchased ($3,000). The Hyatt refused to show us any documentation verifying the number of drinks sold at the rehearsal dinner and cocktail party.
The staff also kept replenishing food during the cocktail party that no one agreed to and charged us for it. They had the father-of-the-groom sign a bill that night after the cocktail party without telling him it wasn't the complete bill and then sent him another bill for the remainder days later. According to the hotel manager, we had no choice but to pay. It was a total scam and we received terrible customer service in trying to deal with it. We even offered to pay a higher amount than what we felt was actually correct and were told no.
We'll NEVER stay at a Hyatt again. I suggest you do the same.
The room looked nice and was clean, the area is pleasant with good food and bars within waking distance but there is no fan in the bathroom so when you shower the whole room gets super hot and humid and the a/c doesn't seem to work very well so we were hot the entire time. When we complained to management they sent an engineer to fix it but nothing came from that. Felt like we were sleeping in a sauna.
I was at the hotel for a work meeting. It was a very nice hotel. I liked the meeting space and the AV was fantastic.
Hotel is nice but food options and wine list are really lacking...unless you like sugary wines.
Easily accessible off of I-25 and 225. Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and they have shuttle service to anywhere within 5 miles of the Hotel. Nice perk if you don't have a car.

Looked nice and was clean, however my car was vandalized and broken into in the hotel self park garage,AC did not work properly in our room and the toilet water was constantly running. I reported the vandalism of my car to management however they declined to take any action.

This was a nice hotel however we did not receive down service as requested and we were there for 4 days We had to call and get towels and then go pick them up ourselves. And we sure there with two children so it was much needed. Also there were naked women tanning outside by the pool. A little inappropriate.
Great customer service and newly remodeled. Really good restaurant located in the hotel as well as Starbucks. There is a nice pool, fitness room, lounge areas downstairs to visit in groups, conference rooms, business center, and a scenic view of the Rocky Mountains. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful, can t say enough good things about them. Great place to stay you won t be disappointed!
I got a studio suite and it wasnt what I expected so me and my family went back down and asked about it they made sure I was happy and I was. They switched our room and made the stay wonderful!!!! Thank you guys soo much!!!! The workers Were sean!!!

I STAYED 2 nights nice hotel....HOWEVER Housekeeping lady named PATTY didn t service my rooms my trash was overflowing, my bed didn t get made and now replacement of towels or Amenities. I was highly upset to be gone all day, and to come back to a uncleared room that was not cheap.

Great place to stay! Rooms and lobby were up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The food was amazing both catered and in the restaurant. Devon took great care of us in the restaurant/bar area and would definitely request her next time. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel and will be back again myself!
Very clean and very friendly staff. Great coffee shop in the lobby and the rooms were the standard you would expect based on the price point.
Nice. Everything was nice: accommodations are nice, service was nice, rooms are nice, etc. There's nothing to complain about, and for some to get exited about. I wouldn't go out of your way, but if in the area, there's no reason not to stay here, you'll be fine with it.
Breakfast buffet was stellar and the rooms were very comfortable. However, my favorite was the ping pong table.

This place is complete garbage. Definitely should consider staying somewhere else Atakan Y. and Virander S. are completely incompetent managers. After requesting a roll away cot for my daughter when checking in, I was informed at 9pm that it wasnt an option for us. My 6 year old daughter had to form a makeshift bed on the floor while both of those gentlemen had a smirk on their face while telling me there was nothing they about it. Not to mention the the lack of cleanliness. Bed bugs ect. Do yourself a favor and pick another to stay. Those guy do not care about bug infestations or your kids sleeping on makeshift beds on the floor. I'll be posting the same review in Yelp and every other review site I can find until these smug jerks have to find another job. Including filing a formal complaint with Hyatt

I'll start off by saying that we weren't to an event here, so this review has nothing to do with the hotel.
1-2 The gates into the parking garage were broken and because they were only lifted halfway, and I drive a truck, I was forced to valet park... Which is $20.
4-5 The event staff and the bartenders were awesome!!
Worst management. Rude incompetent just stupid typical Turk. Let us not check in 5 hours because they do not know an electronic credit card.

We are part of the wedding block rooms and they were very clean, spacious, and accommodating. Very friendly staff!
The staff didn't seem to understand the necessities of a service dog. The best option was a third floor room that made us take our service dog through the ballroom while an event was happening.
Additionally, for being a Tech Center, don't ask for something special like an Ethernet hard connection as they are only equipted for WiFi.
They also indicated they would not charge us for parking since we hadn't been told about it but we were charged anyway.
One of the worst Hyatt experiences anywhere and I'm a World of Hyatt Explorist. I won't go back to this particular Hyatt if I'm ever in Denver.

Staff was extremely friendly. I had lost my wallet on my flight but they worked with me checking in without my credit card and were nice enough to let me back into my room to grab something after I had checked out. Would stay again without hesitation.

They charged me for $6 bottle of water, of which I did not drink nor touch. I called and left a VM and they have yet to return my call... two weeks later. I know it s only $6, and I can afford it, but it s the fact of the matter. Do not stay here.
Good food, great staff to help run the event, and nice working space.
Very nice hotel, enjoyed my stay. Beds are comfortable. Only issue is the provided alarm clocks are pretty loud so if you're a light sleeper you might hear the one in the room behind your bed.
The hotel is nice and has many accomodations. The food at the restaurant is very good, they have a pool and a decent workout room. The bed was just Okay, pillows very firm. You only get 24 hours free wifi, you must pay for all food (no free breakfast, warm or cold), and the AC unit in my room was not working properly so wouldn't cool the room well. It was a fine stay but I will try someplace else next visit.
The hotel was updated and clean and I liked that theymake an effort to conserve their resources. They gave a nice restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor. The staff were all very accommodating and courteous. They also have free appetizer vouchers for a bar pretty close to the restaurant.
Beautiful hotel in nice amenity. Room was a little to be desired of.
