Attended a professional event there. It was pretty nice, although the ballroom seemed a little outdated compared to the super modern lobby. The food was just OK. I thought the dish was odd it was chicken and steak. It tasted a lot like soy sauce and wasn't blown away by it. But the servers were all very polite and attentive. Overall a good experience.

I picked this hotel for my wife to get away from watching the kids all the time (stay at home mom). She had a great view and was able to relax. I am very disappointed though in the cleanliness and especially when they advertise all this extra cleaning. There were dorty washcloths in the shower and other used items throughout. I would hope when they advertise a greater cleaning that such obvious things would not be over looked. Makes me concerned about the overall cleanliness of her room and if deep cleaning is actually done.

This is the second year I've hosted my employee annual kick off and the staff was wonderful to work with. Rooms are nicely kept and the conference center has ample space for our event. Only negative is the wifi / internet service and I only mention it because there isn't any cell service provider that works in the building. So I would suggest they beef up.

False advertisement on website ,there was no sauna,no hot tub, the sauna was out of service , disturbances throughout the night till 3 in the morning, you get charged for parking and our parking did not even work to let us in and out. I give the hotel one star. And that's for the comfort of the bed.

Stay was okay. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in so we had to wait for a little but we were upgraded to a suite so that was nice. Parking is a joke however. The parking garage gates worked once. We had to drive back and forth to the front desk to get new keys made only to have them not work either. We couldn't even exit because of bad keys. Room was nice but housekeeping left trash from the previous guests and there were some maintenance issues. Good location though.

Don t stay at this Hyatt! Upon entering the lobby, the smell was overwhelming. It smelled like someone had sprayed raid bug spray. Disgusting!! I asked the gal checking us in about the smell and she said it was from the indoor pool. Ok that s nice. NOT! She didn t say anything welcoming or tell us about free WiFi or breakfast options. My high school daughter works at a Hyatt in our hometown and she even mentioned how unwelcomed she felt. The room was so dated and the shower didn t drain. YUK! There are many other hotel options available in the area that would be a WAY better choice. No breakfast included and then they overcharge for a average at best food experience. STAY AWAY!!!

The rooms and services at the hotel are amazing! Everyone here is so nice and helpful! The rooms are very comfortable and offer a nice view. It's not too far off the highway but you don't hear the traffic! Will definitely be coming back to this location again!

My husband and I stayed here for new years eve and when we got there this was the only building that did zero snow removal or put down ice salt. Then I parked my self in the valet parking because no one came out for 10mins with a line of cars in valet waiting for someone to even come outside.
Once we got our room we found out there was NO SHOWER CURTAIN and the TV wouldn't work! So I had to crawl behind the tv to reset it and plug it in because when I called the front desk no one came to fix it. Well after waiting over 20mins we did it ourselves.
Finally a employee came to our room for the shower curtain but I guess they didnt understand what shower curtain means because he brought shampoo to the door and walked away. After a second call to the front counter we finally got a shower curtain put in.

Later that night we tried giving valet a second chance. We ended up waiting for someone to come out and again I parked myself in valet spots while all the employees were sitting on the front counter doing nothing. I understand it was a holiday and they prob wanted to go party but when you have a job to do, man up and do it.
We will not be going back here ever again and with such poor service it's really sad that such a beautiful hotel with a ton of potential was this bad.

It is supposed to be one of the top hotels in the area, that's why we booked there. But the whole time we were there, something was malfunctioning and needed to be fixed. The gates on the parking garage, the elevators, and the phones. The tv was very limited too. It was nicely located for what we were there for though.

Very clean hotel. Service people are awesome. The pool and gym was alays clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working but the pool is heated and indoors So we didn't need the jacuzzi. The sauna Is small fit about 4 people. But no one use it so we enjoy it. There is a kid zone with games and tv. Fruit water in all the areas. The room service was prompt. The food at the restaurant was a bit expensive 99$ for 3 people no drinks. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel and a minI store. The place enforce 10pm to 8am quiet hours so families can rest. The rooms have basic cable TV, internet and parking included in your price. The only downside is that the rooms have no microwave oven. I really enjoy my stay with my family.

One star for Kirsten and whomever the male manager was at the time who assisted my mentally disabled brother. Reason only one star the room's heater was not functioning properly even when the mechanic was called twice. Customer service was subpar for my family's needs. I've stayed at other Hyatt locations and was disappointed in this experience.

From the moment we pulled up into the entrance - our stay experience was met and surpassed! The Valet gentlemen, Rohit at the reception, housekeeping, the restaurant staff and food... Every aspect of our stay was treated with respect and dedication by the entire staff at Hyatt Regency DTC. (The only change I would make is to move the outdoor smoking area to a location further from the main entrance. A bit bothersome as we had to walk through.) Thank you for making us feel comfortable!

Outdated, non working phone none working iron no microwave in the room. I was there 4 days i checked out just fine then a few days later this hotel went back into my card and took $1299 i still dont know why. it took almost 2 weeks to return the money. I dont remember getting a personal apology. They also changed my co worker. Lets remember these were company paid rooms.

In my 50 years of travel, I feel that I have a fair basis for evaluation of hotels and customer service. I tend to like the experience and not care as much about cots when I've made an effort to travel.
Today I was extremely disappointed in the customer service when I asked for access to wifi during a meeting. First they didn't know their own public network names and then went on to guess why I couldn't have a password during a meeting. After struggling to even answer my question and come up with lame excuses because it was clear they didn't know - they went with: "are you staying here?"
You can be certain Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasoms will continue to gain my business.
I officially inform the public that this hotel is overpriced with its dismal and very weak effort at customer service.

Nice hotel. Quite a hike to parking, if you self-park, but at least it's an adequate, 5-level garage.
I had a horrible time with the invoice, due to complications of their reservation system, even when each person who looked at it agreed that it should've been taken care of. Maybe one day it'll turn out right on my credit dard.
Upper floors offer interesting views. Twelfth-floor function space is nice enough, with great windows.

Was here for MileHiCon 47. Hotel did a great job taking care of our needs for the con and as guests. Took most of my meals at the hotel restaurant; the corned buffalo Reuben was incredible.

We arrived at 10:30 am and they were nice enough to give us a great room before the published check in time. This hotel has the best service, for example my son needed 2 AA batteries to run his device, after a request, they promptly delivered. They will help with politeness, we were not even charged for the batteries! I selfed parked in their secure garage for 12 dollars per night, not too bad for this fantastic location.

We were overcharged on parking and the room. It was refunded, but we were really watching. Staff okay. They just said sauna was in the pool room. Didn't tell us they were in the bathrooms. Pool was very cool. Not sure we will stay again.
