Nice and friendly atmosphere. Good for banquets and nice "get-to-gethers". Beds are comfortable and soft. I had the "King bed" room standard. Wish they had a minibar for after the meetings or have them at least for standard rooms as well if they are only for suites

My Realtor Board hosted their Awards ceremony here and it was awesome! As always, the ballroom looked fantastic, the service was impeccable, the food was great, and all the staff of the hotel were wonderfully hospitable. I observed several guest check-in's while waiting for my ride to arrive and the hotel staff was exceptionally courteous and seemed unphased by such a large event going on.

Room, bed, bath was fine, though the sink wasn't fully clean when I arrived. Meeting rooms were fine, too, though some of the small ones were cramped. Location is not very interesting - a sterile office park with dull buildings surrounded by parking. There's nowhere to walk if you leave the hotel.

Hotel location is good as long as you are not a tourist. Free wifi is horrific. Its like those dialup days when the wheel kept spinning but the page wont open. Staff is good. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Gym and swimming pool are awesome. However, the bathroom amenities, those little bottles of shampoo, moisturizer, soap, they are one of the best I have ever used, hence the 4 stars.

My stay at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech was nothing short of delightful! The service was impeccable especially that of Mary O' Brien who was attentive and willing to assist in whatever was needed. I would like to thank all the staff for such an enjoyable stay.

We went for a night on my BDay. Really nice hotel, service is excellent, food and drink in the Root 66 is good as is the service. I have stayed there several times with a good experience.

The rooms are very small and the smallest I've ever been in for the price! I felt like I was in a closet. No complimentary water. I get better service and treatment at the Homestead Suites including meals! On top of that, they charged me for my room and double charged my client who had given a credit card in advance. It has taken almost a week to get my money refunded! Ridiculous. Very disappointing! Not a pleasant experience at all.

Stayed for a night. Up to date and more importantly clean rooms. Aaron checked me in and was extremely helpful with providing directions to my work and making sure my room was intact after I checked in.

Come here for Winter Water Congress every year and the service and venue are both incredible. Located in the center of the DTC hub with ample parking and great people, it s a top place to stay in Denver.

Easy to navigate too, and a very quiet area. The staff are very knowledgeable of the area, friendly, and willing to assist. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with simple amenities. The WiFi networks strong. The dining area is organized, clean and fill of delicious food!

The hotel is wonderful, tidy and clean, and its fault is that it takes 50 dollars insurance for each night, for example if a 4-night checkpoint takes 200 dollars in insurance
There is no insulation in the walls. Sometimes it is a nuisance, as well as one of its disadvantages is that he seizes the amount of rent in addition to 50 dollars for each night and after it finishes and is ready to go out, he takes the amount of the rent again from the visa and returns the first amount to you, the rent that I took, but you do not return all the time to the visa that sits about one to two weeks, this The worst thing in the hotel is that you may waste your trip by reserving the amount, and every day while I am staying, an amount is withdrawn from the visa to make sure that there is an amount in the visa. Honestly, this is a very bad thing. Now it has been about a week since leaving, and so far the money has not returned to it.

I would give them no stars if I could. This is a heartless organization. I had to cancel a trip due to my Daughter being hospitalized with a bad swimmers ear infection. I provided proof of the emergency as requested. They still refused to provide a refund. As a single father every penny counts. I will never stay at a Hyatt and will not authorize any of my associates to stay there either. HEARTLESS..They Hilton would have refunded my room no questions asked once proof was provided.

Do not stay in room 637!! It is the nosiest room in the building. All of the pipes run through the walls of that room. I complained after spending one night in that room since I lost a lot of sleep. The second I told receptionist what my room number was he immediately apologized and assigned me a new room. It makes me wonder if they knowingly put me in that noisy room on purpose and would hope that I didn't complain about it. The second room was much quieter other than the person next to me having really loud sex. Additionally I had a package sent to me which they had a staff member cart up to my room and then expected a tip. I did not want or ask for a white glove service! The box was of medium size and I could have easily carried it to my room myself. As far as the room goes, there was a tile missing in the bathroom, it has an ugly outdated popcorn ceiling, I do not like bath tub showers and there is a vintage ihome alarm clock that doesn't connect to any devices from this century. The Hyatt TV is a joke, they have their own channel that plays in a loop about security and it looks like it was made in the 80s. Get with the present times Hyatt! Maybe I am just being picky and I'm willing to look past those things, but the rooms could use a bit of modernization. As far as the hotel goes, they do charge 12 dollars a day for parking, which is an unpleasant surprise when you go to check in. The parking garage is hidden behind the building which is not easy to find for your first visit. When you park on level 2 ot higher, you can either take the elevator or staircase to the first floor which then you have to walk down a very long hallway that feels like you're on a hiking trail until you are finally in the main lobby. The pool and fitness center is just about the only nice amenity they have here. They also do not offer complimentary breakfast which a lot of other hotels will offer. Don't be fooled by the nice looks on the outside, it's only sub par on the inside. I will probably stay in the DTC area next time I'm here but it will be with a different hotel.

The hotel was doing some upgrades; new carpet new flooring. My suite still had the old carpet which was perfectly fine because I appreciated having the room so my friends and I could knit & crochet and catch up on what's going on in our lives. We had a good stitching time! CAB

Beautiful establishment. Pool not so heated lol. Comfortable beds and great room service...even though my annoying child called 2 and 3 x for different things. They are very accommodating. I agree with another review they should offer complimentary water in the rooms. But the amenities and staff were helpful.

The people are great. We supposedly got a remodeled room, but the furniture had major signs of wear, so the remodel is minor. One friend got an early wake up on Sunday with remodeling happening in the room above them.

ALERT! BEWARE! ALERT! BEWARE!

ALERT! BEWARE! ALERT! BEWARE!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel that didn't have bunk beds filled with four sweaty strangers.

Oh where to begin.... First, the front desk gave gave a key TO SOME RANDOM PERSON who tried to break into the room thinking it was his at MIDNIGHT which seriously freaked me out and had me up all night watching C-SPAN for company all night. Luckily, I had the chain on the door or he would have greeted some pretty sick pug pajamas. I have since been told this happens at least once to everyone and it a sort of business travel rite of passage. They sent security up and gave me some rewards points, so, c'est la vie. I let it go....

If only the saga stopped there.

After a long day working away from home, I came back to my room only to be locked out because they had not only terminated the rando's keys, but mine as well. I was ticked, but they sent up a glass of wine so, again, I shrugged it off.

BUT WE'RE STILL NOT DONE. They then charged by card twice and I nearly stroked out to see that they charged me for the "COMPLIMENTARY" GLASS OF WINE. I called and they said they would fix it, and the world has more important things to worry about so I moved on.

But alas, the only refunded me for part of the mistaken charge and now. And it appears that the billing department is neck deep crappy hotel guests cause every time I call back in I get transferred the lovely billing voicemail.

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel it is my civic duty to warn folks about NIGHTMARE HOTEL. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Rooms were clean and really nice. Hotel had a nice vibe and great location. Close to some big businesses like Oracle and local restaurants. Hotel restaurant was okay, nothing special. The hot tub seemed liked the jets weren't working and it was kind of cloudy. Overall a nice time.

The Hyatt Regency DTC was one of the first establishment's in the area.
Even for it's duration it has managed to stay modern and fresh.

The rooms are clean and a bit more spacious. If you want to see Denver or a view of the mountains get a room above the 7th floor. There's an open (still have to pay) bar on the 2nd floor and food outlet's within.

I would recommend the Hyatt Regency DTC then again my trip on New Year's Eve will definitely have me reliving some beautiful memories made within.

Attended a conference here. It was clean and fairly well organized. But the walls were very thin and you could hear speakers next door as well as some music from another event at times. Good but not great for a conference location.

Customer service was terrible, went for our wedding night and we will never return again. Our TV wouldn't work, and it took over two hours to get the front desk to even address it, it still never got fixed. Our keys to the room and parking garage only worked every so often making it difficult to navigate to and from our room and the hotel. Front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Bell hops were nice and that was about the best part of this hotel.

Nice hotel, great service, the rooms feel a little small and the sauna was not good, I sat in it for 10mins just waiting for it to heat up and it barely did. Also the gym is very small not alot of space or options.
