Love the Hyatt and that it is right there in downtown Greenville. Anything and everything just a few steps away.
Love the Hyatt and that it is right there in downtown Greenville. Anything and everything just a few steps away.
Great room, friendly service, and easy check in and check out.
Great bar! We partied with all the Bassmaster pros here.
A beautiful hotel, right off Main Street. The interior and exterior are amazing. The only concern is construction. In this rapidly growing city, it's unavoidable. Staff are professional, and the rooms are clean.
I had a awesome time at my friend's Christmas party.
Beautiful facility with an open design, water feature, and plenty of seating for lobby work.
Nice clean Hotel...very busy. Valet was slower than usual ...alot of cars parked in entrance instead of using attached parking garage.
The room was mostly nice and the staff very pleasant. Location and parking were great! Would have given five stars but the air conditioning didn't work very well and there was a little mildew in the shower.
It's ok, over price. Friendly staff, but the property need some work.
Gorgeous hotel. Merry a friend there for lunch and had a great time. Easy garage parking, great lobby to sit and eat, lots of places near by... Big recommendation.
Beautiful hotel.
Access to the garage is confusing
Attended a work Christmas party as a guest. The exit doors to the smoking area said you would need a key after 9. It wasn't even close to 9 and I kept getting locked out . Other than that it was clean , the ballroom was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time .
Hotel Reservations were unwilling to remove one night from my two night itinerary and instead told me I had to cancel in order to book a one night stay even through they also told me they were sold out. Unreal. Ms. Kayla was the person unwilling to make the change. BTW. I made my reservation through expedia and the customer rep tried twice but both times she refused. At this point I"ll take my money elsewhere.
Perfect Service, Nice Place, Friendly, Clean, Good Food, Wine, Suites and Rooms. Perfect! Thanks
Breakfast buffet is delicious, and the service was great.
Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Shampoos and body wash were half full as if they were previously used. Glasses in bathroom had a weird residue on them similar to hairspray. Mirrors were dirty and for some reason the bathtub and sink were plugged up.
Great location. Service at check-in and breakfast were terrific. Rooms could use a little updating but we had an overall nice stay.
Front desk was friendly, banquet meals were good, room was fairly clean. I had a small issue with my room and the front desk quickly resolved it for me.
The conference was in several rooms, all were very clean & nice, the staff was very kind & polite
It was wonderful my daughter loved the breakfast at the roost, from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping to guest services everyone was wonderful thank you guys for a great stay!!
I love this place, the rooms are so nice fresh and clean! The food is delicious! I would highly recommend this Hotel!
Very friendly staff, good food. Met our conference every need.
Was the photographer at a wedding here loved the location
Convenient downtown location, clean rooms, nice event space, great food at the event. Not very sound efficient. A little overpriced.
The hotel was beautiful very modern The rooms were luxurious and clean The service was impeccable
Got a room with a view of Main Street for the weekend. Loved the room and the whole facility, free parking, all that. The hotel was hosting a huge convention of pageant/dance/gymnastics or something that weekend and staff was overstretched, but everyone was up front about potential wait times, was very polite and helpful, and the management even offered us free late checkout at the last minute. Would definitely stay here again.
We attended the Quest Brewery/Roost beer dinner. The food was amazing, the service great and entire menu was paired perfectly.
South Carolina Home Builder's Association Convention 2017
Lovely hotel and right downtown. Perfect for walking around and exploring. Terrific bar and quiet, restful pool area
I wish they had a late night menu
But besides that very elegant aswell as awsome in general. Loved it there
The corner rooms are cute. But I would not recommend it for anyone over 6-ft tall. The showers are near impossible That's the air conditioning duct apparently goes right above the shower.
Came here for an event and loved everything about this hotel. The location can't be beat, parking is easy to get in and out of and the layout is really interesting.
Beautiful lobby, clean restrooms and friendly, helpful front desk staff.
Have never stayed here but have spent time in the lobby. It is quite nice and very relaxing area. Complete with Starbucks and a restaurant called Roost.
It's the best hotel in Greenville! And the Director of Catering and Events is mad hot... just sayin.
Good location and event space was adequate. The rooms are a bit outdated and the ac was extremely noisy.
Very nice modern lobby area with plenty of meeting space. Impressive space for Greenville,SC. Stopped in and viewed the Christmas Tree display that was throughout both levels of the lobby.
New renovations nearing completion. Rooms updated. Nice 65-70" LCD in room. Pool. Great locatio. Somewhat pricey but its downtown so got to expect that
It has elevators with a glass wall, wonderful view, relaxing entrance, and great place to live.
Horrible experience.<br/>The attitude of the management this morning was out of line. My grandmother was spoken to as a piece of disposable garbage by the Manager this morning. This had no time to answer a basic question and we were the 3rd group that she spoke this way to. We would never recommend anyone coming to this nice hotel, until management is changed.
Beautiful room and building, close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect location and we love Greenville!
New renovated rooms are great! Service has been excellent
Stylish and contemporary, yes indeed. A visual delight in many ways.
Worst designed hotel room I've been in in years:
1. No direct control over room temperature!
2. No way to fully illuminate room with curtain closed.
3. No grab bar in shower, in spite of the fact it is a climb-in shower, not a walk-in shower.
4. Towel-rack capacity for only two hand towels, no bath towel, no washcloth.
5. No hooks in bathroom or closet for gown or pajamas or shaving kit.
6. Rooms rather small.
The quality of this hotel is top notch. And it's right in the thick of all things Greenville.
Airconditioning not working properly in room. Doors on stalls in public restrooms won't lock. But lovely
I love the layout of the king bed room. It has a lot space. The room has a coffee maker and refrigerator. There is a microwave in the commons area getting off the elevator. When you walk in, the room has a sort of an entry way so you cant see the bed. There are a lot of lights and a full size mirror. The bathroom mirror is lit around the frame, which makes it easier to get dressed and put on makeup. I like that most of the flooring is not carpet, so you dont get that damp-musty smell. I will definitely book Regency whenever I can. Other than the room, there are at least 3 dining options in the hotel including Starbucks. The area feels safe and is within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants
Clean, nice. Big bonus for swiftly shipping me the headphones I foolishly left behind in my room. Great service.
Went to a fashion show for a good cause. Knowledable staff and a great environment to celebrate.
Cool hotel. A little older and new carpet could freshen it up a lot. Still would recommend.
Had drinks at the bar... They tasted wonderful and the bartender was nice and knowledgeable
Great location, great entertainment, polite and attentive staff
Beautiful, Fun Hotel in the Heart of Downtown Greenville
One of my favorite places to stay, and I have stayed here many times. Great service from all the staff. Staff even recognize me on all my stays. The center atrium is beautiful with flowing water, bar, several booths with individual TV's, and an area for reading, using the computers, and just a great place to relax.
The rooms are a bit dated, but always clean and comfortable. Food from The Roost is very good. Whether you want to relax, or want action and excitement, you can have both here. Fitness center and roof top pool are both very nice.
The best part of this hotel, you walk right outside to one of the best downtowns in the nation. Great place to stay for any of Greenville's festivals, and just a short walk to the hockey or baseball games.
