Stayed here for an internship interview and was thoroughly impressed. Room was excellent, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. Had a nice little gym and pool. Really a great stay.
Hyatt DTC is always a pleasure to visit. By all means, enjoy everything while you're there.
Whenever I have guests visiting me in the Denver area, I like to put them up here. They are always impressed, and it's very affordable, but is also the best deal around! Great area with lots of shopping and food choices. Safe area to walk around, and close to transportation. You can't go wrong at this Hyatt.
I don't have too many complaints, but I do resent when places like these nickel and dime you for everything. You pay enough just to stay at these places, you would think more services would be inclusive. But overall this is a cool building in a nice location. My room was clean and service was good. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
The staff is very professional and helpful even if you are not a guest of the hotel.
Root 25 breakfast is great. Rooms are big and staff is very friendly. The pool, hot tub and gym were nice. The 12th floor has an excellent view.
The location is great for special events or conventions. I personally went there to attend a convention of my interest and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean for having so many guests traveling around. The rooms were very well kept and the food served within the hotel's restaurant was a little pricey but phenomenal! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to host an event or social gathering.

Looks good.. but that's all it's got going for it .. when I booked the hotel the pictures of "my room" showed separate seating area .. but when I checked in my room, the sitting area was small chair and that's it... when I went down to front desk they told me this is double and that's what you get.. even thou it shows I get family room with sitting area in my reservation... 0 stars of I could
Great prices and convenient location. The staff at check-in were friendly and professional. We only stayed one night but felt this hotel offered good value compared to others in the area. Our standard room even had a nice view of the mountains on the sixth floor.
Staff are friendly but the prices for drinks are pretty high.
Nice hotel, but disappointed in the parking situation. You have to pay to self park and a garage that is broken: your room key is supposed to give you access, but it doesn't.
My favorite hotel in Denver. Being from Tech, this is right in the heart of Tech Center. People are nice and rooms are clean.

We stayed here for an anniversary weekend in Denver. We enjoyed our corner King size room with the view, & were so happy we opted to pay for the breakfast and parking together on Expedia for 20$ a day, the breakfast was phenomenal. The Hot tub was dirty, lukewarm and crowded with children, would not recommend that, so took off a star.
For a wedding it was a nice venue. Did not enjoy the food
Play was good location, close to food and within 25 minutes from downtown. Pool was a little cloudy though, but that could have been to the tons of people that were using it.
I stay at The Hyatt quite often- and while they are all great- this location really stood out. The customer service was impeccable. I felt like royalty! The bartender Phyllis was especially welcoming. My salad was also delicious- try the restaurant for sure!
Night manager was rude and very abrasive, not very welcoming at all.
Friendly staff, nice grounds, I liked the bar and the buffet was good (breakfast). Room was clean, very quiet.
In my opinion the Hyatt is one of the best hotels in denver rooms were clean and neat the employees were extremely helpful and kind I had a great experience.
384$ for an over priced motel 6, but then again I ve stayed in nicer motel 6 hotels. Beds were very uncomfortable and the shower and sink drains were plugged up. Save your money and sleep under a bridge if you can.

I love this place. Staying here for a week and they comp'd our parking for the week. Beds are very comfortable. Our view is amazing. We can clearly see the mountains from our room. Staff is super helpful!! I recommend this place 5 out of 5 stars.
I specifically Google hotels with Jacuzzi's. My husband and I were so excited to stay here based on the great reviews that I had read! Especially, because this was going to be a romantic, relaxing "staycation" to celebrate our anniversary away from our 5 children. We saw the pictures of the hotel which included a picture of the Jacuzzi. We get our swimsuits on and go downstairs excited to relax together, only to find out the Jacuzzi had been replaced with more fitness center! Not only that, one elevator was broken and I got stuck on the 1 that was supposed to be working for about 15 minutes. On top of that, they did not have a single vending machine with a snack like they said they did. The trash in the parking garage was overflowing for the 2 days of our stay that even when we'd get off the elevator, we'd be stepping over trash. I really am the type of person that does not like to complain too much because I work in customer service myself. I very nicely brought it to the front desk's attention and they didn't really seem to care. They offered to send wine up to my room, which we don't drink. They did not want to comp a a free night. They said that they were going to give me points which I still have not received! Very disappointed!!
My stay was wonderful. Staff was super helpful and the room was more than adequate. Very clean and all of the amenities were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. The hotel was easy to find. Will definitely be staying here again.
Loved this place! We had an early flight the next day but got there early (noon) and they were able to check us right in. It was so perfect as we were able to enjoy the afternoon and evening in Denver and pick up the lite rail to the airport the next morning. We especially enjoyed the whiskey/bourbon tasting at 5:30 and the brandy sipping before we went to bed. We plan to return to this place again!

The room/hotel was nice overall, but the customer service was greatly lacking.
Not a great one! TV in room did not work, had to have a man come and re wire the back wires. Once that was done we wanted to order a movie that was free, and could not because we did not have a credit card. You took our debit card for the reservations but could not take it for the movie, the tv was out due to the 8 inches of snow we experience that evening, nothing to do. Went to the hot tub, too many children running around and playing in hot tub, said the pool water was freezing when asked why they chose to play in hot tub over the pool. Room service food was great, but way too expensive $36.00 for grilled cheese with FF and two Pepsi's ! I almost fainted ! The best part was they even charged for the garage parking! Too much nickel and dimming for my taste! NO complementary breakfast, for the price of the room should at least get a muffin or bagel! Staff, continuously passed the buck !
We attended the Denver Grand Kappa Kasino Royale event on 5-5-18.
The event started at 8:00 PM. We arrived at 8:30 PM and were told by the Kappas the we could not go into the ballroom because it had not been cleaned by the hotel staff and they were cleaning it. A very large crowd waited in the dirty lobby outside the ballroom until about 10:15 PM with no place to sit. Trash cans were full and used food containers were on tables. The VIP room was just as dirty as the lobby. This was a very big yearly event by the Kappa's and this treatment by this hotel was horrible and unacceptable. Most of our Ball time was spent in formal attire, standing crammed in the dirty lobby. There were only 2 bartenders, so wait time for a drink was 20 to 30 minutes. I truly feel that because this was an African American Fraternity and guests, the Hyatt Regency Hotel just did not care one bit! I guess good customer service is not what we paid for! I don't appreciate how were were treated and will never come to any event ever given at this hotel or stay there.
