We are having our wedding here and we went for our tasting. Staff was amazing, food was great, we are so excited for our family to join us on our special day at this great hotel.
While I love the hotel and it's a great space to host MileHighCon I'm very disappointed in their way of handling food. They're fine with their over priced (and not particularly good) food around the convention floor but the food brought for the MileHiCon gusts isn't allowed out of the room. Other then that complaint I find this a great hotel and I look forwards to staying there every year
My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Went for 27th Anniversary and one of the worst hotel i stayed at. We paid all this money for nothing, no free breakfast in the morning and they charged $15.00 for one omelette.
The staff at Hyatt are incredible. Leyla and Amber at the restaurant and bar made our stay incredible, with excellent advice for exploring Denver. Thanks all!
Very nice hotel. Would live to stay there again and the service was wonderful
Looking for a restful, peaceful, getaway while still being close to everything in Denver? This is the place. Beautiful Hotel, EXCELLENT restaurant. Overall service is FANTASTIC! Aaron Sanora makes us feel like we're checking into and staying at a 5 Star Resort each time we stay with the Hyatt Regency in the Denver Tech Center!
I was only there for a few hours for a convention. What I saw of the hotel and restaurant was very nice. The food was good and arrived promptly to our table.
Better than a motel but doesn't live up to the Hyatt name.
I'm sure I don't know how this place got four stars but I got to tell you I'm staying up on the 10th floor and my experience due to construction is been terrible I cannot sleep and it's constant hammering you would think then at the front desk they would notify you about the construction going on before you make the final reservation or at the very least seeing how they have three towers put customers in the other two towers when there is no construction going on Purely a waste of time purely a waste of money and I did get a refund. And the four stars is a total joke.
Very accommodating for conference goers. Good parking for huge numbers of people. The a/v specialists are really good at what they do.
I visited the bar, the bar tender barley spoke English and he could not understand us. Then the next bartender came in and ignored us even our glasses were empty. My friend had to get up and go get her in order to receive our 2nd drinks. We left after that. Probably will not go back.
Cool and beautiful place. Just checked in, would see what their services are like...
Concierge would not let me in for scheduled dog walk wasting half an hour of my time. Meanwhile the dog I had proof I was scheduled to walk was in their hotel room peeing and pooping on their bed. Employees there have downton abbey syndrome.
Rooms are clean, pool is clean and the view when possible towards the mountains is breathtaking.
Wow the outside in the lobby looks great but the rooms are very old and breaking down we noticed that the heat in our room actually didn't really work even sending it to 90 degrees. Looks good up front the rooms really need to be updated I would stay away
Great location, nice breakfast. However, the property has paper thin doors
Beautiful hotel , great ambience. Only drawback was ironing board was broken and the fan in the bathroomn was not working.
It has great rooms and great location. The service was great too.
Friendly staff and great stay! Rooms are big I would stay here again
Impressive lobby area and friendly staff. Just visiting for a work function, but based on the lobby and ball rooms it seemed very well kept up.
Room key doesn't work, TV doesn't work, and front the front desk employee was incredibly rude. I'm completely flustered by the rating of this hotel. Must be fake reviews..
Didn't stay at the rooms, but they always go the extra mile for conventions
Really nice hotel, nice rooms; just had to jump threw way more hoops and go threw way more hassle then expected to get some sleep in my room that was PAID for in advance. In doing so I just couldn t ended up being comfortable in the whole facility due my vibes when I first arrived so I didn t even swim or eat breakfast whole time I was in there I actually tried to spend as less of time as I could in the hotel because of it.
Loved this hotel! Very clean, friendly staff. Shuttle service was amazing, request Jonathan. If you book online, you'll get breakfast buffet tickets which will save you $20/person. No complaints, will stay again.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I forgot swimwear on this trip, but the pool looks nice.
I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I booked rooms here for my wedding and was met with one issue after the next. My mom had one of her rooms cancelled the night of the wedding and had to share her room with all of her guests. The hotel offered to bring in a roll-away bed for the guests. They didn't offer her another room and didn't even offer anything to make up for them cancelling her room. They tried to charge my room for premium Wi-Fi when we had paid cash at the front desk for it. They charged my credit card twice for each room and offered no insight as to when the charges would be reversed.
My sister and I also forgot our checkbooks in one of the rooms and when we called back the next day, we were told that they couldn't help us. We simply asked if someone could go check the bedside drawer in the room and they flat out said no because someone had already checked into the room. This wasn't a pair of earrings or an item of clothing! These were our checkbooks with very sensitive personal information on them. When asked if we could have a timeframe of when they would be able to check the room, they told us "we can't tell you that." After this fiasco, I left them a poor review in the survey they send out to their guests. The manager called me the following day and went to check the room himself for the checkbooks, which he found. My sister went in to retrieve them the next day and the manager failed to tell anyone at the front desk where they were or that anyone would be coming in to get them. They kept my sister waiting for over an hour while they checked the lost and found and all around the front desk and eventually asked her why she didn't come in the day before when the manager called. We still haven't gotten our checkbooks back from them. It's been almost an entire week. The staff here is incompetent, self-righteous and extremely unhelpful. Don't waste your money.
Possibly one of the most hospitable hotels I've had the privilege of staying in. It's a bit of a commute to downtown, but the wonderful concierge make up for any traffic you might've encountered.
Husband and I loved staying here. We had a great view of the mountains and the place was extremely clean. Their gym looked amazing.
Nice hotel rooms, close to restraunts. Nice down town location. Friendly attentive staff.
Service was great. Nice, clean hotel. Attended an annual event that I've attended for several years. Refreshing to see that so much of the staff has been there for years.
One area for improvement, they really need to either fix the parking garage system or get rid of paid parking. It's so frustrating getting out of the garage and it happens every time.
Great location for FBLA District Leadership Conference
Hotel is our favorite in the area. Needs a little tlc in small areas but very nice. Room was very clean and comfy.
I am a real customer and I have always stayed at the Hyatts. However want to tell you the truth about this place. Horrible service, dirty and filthy. For 2 days now we have been asking for pillows and covers. We never got them, because we are told they ran out!!! because they are busy and they are trying to wash them. No Joke, The Hyatt hotel ran out of pillows and bed covers!!! Call the managers they will admit it. This is like gas station running out of gasoline. Why are they open when they can t serve their customers. Taking customers money but not having pillows or bed covers is the most ridicules thing I have ever heard !!! Call the managers they will admit it. Their pool is filthy and disgusting, we couldn't swim in it. Run away, go find somewhere else to stay.
Nice staff. Has a ping pong table which is fun. Rooms are okay. I prefer the more modern Hyatts.
Beautiful venue to hold social events and conferences
Clean, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
Fantastic facility! Beautiful lobby and conference rooms, great food and extremely friendly staff.
I really like this hotel. Conveniently located in DTC. Sleeping rooms are modern and clean, banquet rooms are nice as well. The restaurant is great as is staff.
Amazing hotel and incredible staff. We took our 1 year old to dinner. They were so accommodating and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone.
Awesome thank you for making my daughters 13th Birthday so awesome! Great customer service and made sure we were accommodated and comfortable. My suite was very clean and I loved my bathroom mirror! The only thing I wish they offered was an affordable breakfast buffet or other breakfast packages included with the room type you get.
The room was large and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the location was very poor. Not conveniently located near restaurants, area attractions, the airport, etc. The location really only makes sense if you have business in the tech center or you are attending a convention at the hotel.
Very friendly service and good food - can't ask for much more!
Wasn t very happy with location and description provided . Arrived at hotel , located to far out of town for us , canceled reservations , place still charged me for staying , guess they need the money . Went back to downtown area and stayed with a much better hotel
Beautiful and clean but they charge for high speed Internet and parking.
Nice clean hotel with many nearby restaurants and bars.
Pretty clean place overall in a very quiet business park. Small swimming pool in size, but decent for spending a nice time. Has a ping pong table, but rackets are completely destroyed and not usable.
The staff was really nice and the room was clean. We had a mixup at the front desk and the gentleman helping us upgraded our room. The rooms on the North and West side have great mountain views.
Concierge was spectacular. Hotel is great. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive!!
Currently attending MileHi Con. I love the way the staff has been getting into the spirit of the convention by wearing Hogwarts ties and colors.
Generally the place was fantastic for the convention. Only complaints were that the restaurant took over 30 minutes for a sandwich to go and the added trundle bed was VERY uncomfortable.
Hotel looks and feels new. My room was clean and comfortable. Great staff. Check in desk reminded me of the old Washington Mutual bank counters which were set up like individual islands that made staff feel engaging and not hiding behind a barrier. I was there for a 400 person conference and they seemed a little unprepared as my room wasn't ready till 5 pm. They food served during the conference was decent. Hotel has a casual coffee spot and a restaurant on site which is needed as it is in a quiet part of town-not much nearby. There is a small block of shops within walking distance with a Thai restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Panera, a gym and bar. Other than that it's quiet. Located half a mile from RTD stop and about an hour plus from the airport by train. Hotel has a shuttle if you want to travel within a 5 mile radius. In fact they offered to drive me to the Thai restaurant but it was so close.
Staff and Caroline, event coordinator are wonderful.
Great staff, nice facility, good rooms. There was no complimentary breakfast but, if you ask them for vouchers, they'll hook it up! Also, there is a parking fee for each night you're there... Even though the parking garage is the only place you can park. Overall, good experience.
Allyson was extremely helpful, nice and most importantly approachable. Her speedy customer service and advise on close places to eat were beneficial during me and my wife's stay. Thank you again.
Great ambiance and huge rooms for booking for work!
Parking is a hassle and not free, but the location is good and the beds are very comfortable.
Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful (Sultan above all), rooms are clean and welcoming, gym is great and way better than most hotels. Room amenities are modern and functional. Feel right at home every time I visit.
Great room. Amazing views of the mountains. Services are good too
Beautiful hotel. Great views, friendly staff, and all of the amenities I could need.
We stayed there on our way to Aspen and spent the night. The room we initially stayed in the toiled flooded so we were moved to another room. The garage is gated and it was horrible to get in and out! Not to mention the all from the lobby to the garage!!!
At breakfast (super pricey) after waiting 20 minutes I had to ask for coffee myself!!! I mean horrible service... don t plan to stay there ever again!!!
I Certainly has the Hyatt touch, but the rooms felt nothing so different from say Hampton Inn. The restaurant prices are so exorbitant that just a breakfast costs $20 pet person. I recommend eating outside as the food choices are not so great either for the price. Otherwise a very clean hotel, friendly staff and great atmosphere.
Beautiful space and top notch professional staff. Best in DTC for conferences and events.
DO NOT STAY HERE. They will scam you. They charge you a deposit when you get there that you had no idea about before hand. They say don t worry you ll get reimbursed . I ve been waiting for my deposit for several days now, and NOTHING. I ve tried calling multiple times and they just don t answer.
No power for 5 hours yesterday and today no hot water after a long day of being outdoors. The hot tub jets are all broken in the pool area and there isn't enough water in it to cover the jets if they were functioning properly. I asked the manager if I could get a room with a view when I return in two weeks since we has all these problems and he told me he is leaving until Tuesday and to see him next time about it. I will be canceling my reservation for two weeks from now and booking elsewhere. At least the room was pretty clean.
Only spent time in the lobby dropping off a package from Amazon, but it was a gorgeous lobby! Great ambiance, made me want to stay there.
Very nice hotel, nice rooms, reception staff was a little dry and didn't seem genuinely happy to help guests, but we're not rude either . Hotel is beautiful. Dining and room service is fresh and current.
Nice layout good views. Breakfast was overpriced for offerings
Worst experience of my life. I am from Missouri and I have visit Denver on numerous occasions and I have stayed at several hotels. I thought by choosing the Hyatt just like I have in the past I wouldn t have any issues because since this is a business the should know how to run a business. Well after I checked in and went to my room I inspect the bathroom as I do at any hotel I go to and there was human HAIR up against the bathroom wall and the inside of the tub which is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary if you ask me. Especially since you have maids that are hired to clean. The next day hotel security literally follows myself and my husband to our room on the 8th floor claiming he was checking on a noise complaint from the room next to us. 3 hours later he returns claiming now our tv was too loud even though we had been gone all day. This has been the worst experience here I have ever had and I will not be back. I m perfectly ok with taking my business someplace else such as the Marriott to be treated a lot better since I m spending my money. I am reporting this company to every website I can reach and making it aware also to the better business bureau maybe then they can hire better staff to run a 4.5 hotel. If I can help nobody I know will ever come to this hotel again!!! If I could give it a Negative rating I would. Saying it was poor is being to generous
