Great service. Clean place all around. I've been to many hotels and this one is particularly excellent.

Parking is pretty bad. Also it's hard to locate certain offices.

My brothers and I always stay here when great American beer fest comes to town. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, close to the city, fair price point, quiet. Never had any complaints about this property...we will be coming back for years to come.

been here for multiple business conferences, great place, restaurant has good food, good parking, will use them again.

Hugs. This visit was a family thing. Not a vacation but Hyatt always makes my stays wonderful dispute the family issue.

Extremely unprofessional front desk staff - the employee I interacted with was not only impatient, but had the audacity to tell me to "shut up and stop talking" before laughing at me and saying she didn't have to talk to me anymore. Passport status doesn't seem to matter here, they appear to treat all paying guests as an inconvenience.

Relaxing, clean, upscale and great amenities. Nice and helpful staff everywhere. The restaurant and taproom was cozy but expensive. Local beer was 7.50. We recommend it and will return.

Absolutely accommodating in every way. All the staff of all the sorts were, including the people at the front to help you wheel in your bags and park for you if you want, to the hosts checking you in, to the house keepers, to even the IT. The only reason I give it four instead of a five is because the bed was not that great, and we had to ask for another blanket, as all our bed included upfront was two sheets (one was possibly heavier... maybe... not much if it was) and a really weird, oddly loose mattress pad. It was probably a Minnesotan preference type thing. Also, the TV didn't work at first, which is why we encountered the maintenance within the first twenty minutes, but stuff happens, and everything can't always be perfect. He came up to our room immediately after we called and fixed it promptly. Not a big deal. The jets didn't work in the main hot tub, which was a bummer and did annoy me. That seems to be a every single hotel that I stay at type of thing, so, whatever I guess. I can name ten times as many examples of why it was a great hotel versus inadequate (the room service and their consistent quickness and pleasant attitudes, the food and it's presentation, the visual aspect of the hotel in general, the many services they offer, the view from our window, allllll the staff as I mentioned before, the cucumber water at the front, the clear, sweet but really scary when you're afraid of heights elevator, the parking, the smell in the hallway, the Pokemon....), but I won't waste any more of your time aside from saying it was a wonderful stay and we'll probably be staying there next time we visit! :)

I had an issue with my booking through Amex travel. The hotel staff, Mr James in particular, went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. I'm looking forward to staying at this property in the future.

Stayed here for one night and got a free upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. You do have to pay for parking.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, and very accommodating staff. A bit outside of most areas of Denver tourists would likely be interested in, but not so much as to be a major obstacle.

Worst experience ever. They charged me twice for the room now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for the money to he released food was horrible and way expensive. And they got rid of their hot tube.. I will NEVER come back to this hotel.

I would give it zero stars, if possible. I was checking in as part of a large business conference. My flight got delayed and when I got there they said that they gave my room away already and had no rooms for me. The rooms had already been paid for so how can they give my room away due to a flight delay. Their explanation was that, "it's a weird process." Then to make me "feel better" one of the employees said that they are waiting for 5 more late arrivals who they will turn away too so I'm not the only one. How does that help me?!?! They got me another hotel, but the truth of the matter is that my company paid for a nicer hotel with a better star rating and not some shady lower star rated hotel that they put me in. I had to take it because I was in a new city and by this time it was 2 am and I needed a place to stay.

The staff here was amazing. I called early in the morning to tell them I was arriving way ahead of schedule and was wondering if they would have a room available by 10 a.m. the woman that I spoke with said that she would look into it and would know more when I got there. When I showed up at 10 a.m. they were expecting me expecting me and already had a room set aside for me. The valet drivers were wonderful, very friendly and quick to get my car. The housekeeping staff was thorough and my room was always spotless. The room service food was actually pretty good although expensive but that's to be expected. I paid for the higher-speed Wi-Fi and it did seem to be really fast. It snowed a little while I was there so I took some photos from my window. Bed was comfortable. Room does not come with a microwave but you can request one.

This was the worst stay in a hotel in the US in a long time for us. We expected some decent quality from the name Hyatt Regency DTC #AtHyattRegency - but we were very disappointed. The room smelled of smoke, the pool was cold and unclean with mysterious debris you would step on but not be able to see, the hot tub was not hot and tiles had fallen off of it, there was dust and dirt in the hallways, the elevator to the parking garage did not often work, the management charges you a $50 fee for "incidentals" which they are supposed to refund you (but we were not aware of when booked), they also charge you a parking fee which when we booked through Priceline we were also not aware of. The doorhandles were hard to open and at odd angles. It feels like a hotel with well-intentioned, but poorly trained / managed staff. I don't recommend it.

I stay here when I am in town on business, the staff are friendly and take good care of the guests even those without Hyatt status. The rooms were recently redone and I really like the new look. The bar/restaurant on the 2nd floor is tasty if a bit expensive. Always recommend the hotel though as it puts you in the middle of the tech center.

Stayed in the penthouse presidential suite. Not to be taken lightly. What an incredible view! Ample space doesn't describe the interior of this massive dwelling. I was completely surrounded by creature comforts. This is a space to retire for the night after a long day of exploring, shopping, and dinning. A must try!

The only thing I enjoyed about my stay was the view, but the windows are so dirty it was difficult to appreciate even that. The rooms are very plain for the high price and the in-room dining was awful. Ordered a medium rare steak and it came BURNT. The lobster mac had hardly any lobster and was extremely bland.
Reception and in-room dining were both not friendly on the phone. Checking in was quick, but I was charged $12 for my car to be parked in self-parking. I could have lied and said I didn t have a car and they wouldn t have known. Everything was overall extremely disappointing - I should have stayed in an Air BNB or at a better hotel.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the WiFi is god awful and the TV is old, small, and lags quite a bit.

I've had many, much better rooms for half the price. I reserved a king suite. They gave me a tiny king room. If you want to use the good wifi you have to pay for it. The restaurant is ridiculously expensive for decent food. I don't mind paying ridiculous prices for ridiculously good food. But $25 for a cheeseburger that wasn't even half as good as Red Robin... No thanks.

The pool was fabulous. And the hotel was gorgeous. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking should be included in stay. Unless there was a subway close by.

It is very close to where we were very young. We watched DTC built. We skateboarded the streets before the buildings were built.

Attended multiple work events here. Always pleasant.

Wonderful hotel, rooms are spacious, clean with all the necessities (and if you forgot any, the hotel probably has it). Pool, hot tub, & work out area very nice. Good bar on 2nd floor. Highly recommend, great value.

Very nice hotel. Office center surrounding it so not much walkable though.

Parking here is a bit odd and is charged $12 per night, but it is a covered garage behind the hotel. Just keep driving around the hotel to the back and you will see the garage. It seems a bit far from the hotel, but it is connected by a tunnel so it's not bad at all. Just find the elevators at one corner of the garage and it will take you to the tunnel. Front desk employees were great and really nice. They asked what brought us to Denver and I briefly mentioned it was our anniversary and they comp'd our parking fee for our car and upgraded our room to a suite for free, it definitely made our day!! The room was gigantic and included a living room, conference room, bedroom, small bar area, small office, and one and half bath!! Way to go above and beyond, Hyatt! Room was clean and spacious, the only thing is that the rooms are a bit dated and you can definitely see it. Not a problem with me as long as everything is clean, and it was. I think the prices for this hotel is reasonable and would definitely choose this hotel again.

We stay here every time we come to Denver. The hotel is always very nice. Clean, accommodating, and relaxing. Great price for how nice it is. I dont feel the need to ever stay anywhere else because I know this hotel is always perfect.

Horrible customer service, we had to switch rooms due to not being given the type of room we originally paid for and they charged us twice for our stay and fought us tooth and nail to get a refund. Spoke with the manager and even he was unapologetic and rude. We stayed here when we eloped and come to Denver regularly. We will never stay here again.

Attended a meeting at this hotel. Catering was great. Could not get connected to Internet though.

First time ever staying here and the front desk staff was not helpful one bit about the questions I had. Other than that, it's a beautiful and decently priced hotel. Overall, I'm pretty well satisfied

The Hyatt Regency Denver is a beautiful hotel right outside of downtown and conveniently located just off the main highway leading to downtown. There is valet parking available, as well as a parking garage, though both are quite pricey and neither is included with a room.

The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. Our room faced west, giving us a beautiful view of the mountains and the gorgeous sunsets behind them.

The pool area is clean and well-maintained, with a spa and exercise facility in close proximity, as well as an outdoor area with seating and a fire pit.

We had a bit of trouble with procuring a microwave and tea kettle - although they are available, there are limited quantities and we were never able to get one... We used the on-premise Starbucks for hot water, although we received annoyed looks from the young woman working there.

One strange thing is that there is a beautiful center elevator with glass windows that look out over the facility, which would have been a treat to ride in, but we never once saw it run or were able to try it - we were always relegated to the interior elevators, which were nice and convenient, but not nearly as fun.

For the price, this was a great stay, and I would recommend it for any Denver travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay. Just factor in the $15/night parking cost if you have your own vehicle.

Great staff. Good food at the restaurant. Coffee shop on site. Comfortable, if dated rooms. Bathroom doors open INTO the tiny bathrooms making it really awkward to get into out of.

Room 3 . Food very bad, like comes from microwave, hard, dried and flavorless and highly priced.

I was invited to a military ball at the Hyatt Regency and I had a fantastic time. Food and beverages were provided.

Great place with ample seating for informal meeting with business associates in the area.
