Worst hotel ever ! Do not go there. I flew from out of state and the power was out at the hotel. Yes I understand the unexpected can occur but the power being out was not the problem. The problem was when I went to ask about it I was rudely told by Mr just that it's not the hotel's responsibility to let us know the power was out. REALLY ???? No solutions were offered or even a time it was expected to come back on. My family and I decided to just go swimming instead and wait for the power to come on. 2 hours passed and no power still. I went to ask about it again and Mr Just with his horrible attitude advised me to just check out if it was such an issue. My family and I decided to check out. When I was walking out talking to the manager the rude customer service agent ran up and threatened to call the police on me for being too loud. I advised him to step away and I didn't feel comfortable with him around me or any conversation I was having . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! don't ever talk to Mr just he just has a horrible attitude and has no solutions. I also blame the manager for thinking the whole situation was not solve able . Being inconvenienced and having to search for a new hotel at 11 pm was not ideal.

The experience at this hotel was so bad it is difficult to communicate all the issues. I was checking in for 3 rooms. I was handed 3 keys and all was well when I just as I was walking away another person came to the counter and told me to wait and give the keys back. After 10 minutes of typing he told me that only 1 of the 2 rooms was ready, but that housekeeping was working on the rooms and they would be ready shortly. This occurred at 9:00AM and I checked back several times only to be told each time they were working on it. At 6:00PM I was finally given the other 2 rooms. I was offered a complimentary breakfast for the trouble and headed to my room. On the way I told the kids that were staying in the other rooms about our free breakfast and they seemed happy. When I arrived in my room the phone rang and I was told that they would not be offering the breakfast because the manager could not authorize it. The next day they called and said they would bring a basket of treats. Which they did, but it was just a basket filled with some water, chips and a few granola bars. Hardly something that could make up for having to wait all day for a room and then being told we would get a free breakfast on minute and then no breakfast the next.
Upon check out I asked for a receipt which they could not provide and told me that I would be sent a receipt. This never came. I was billed for one less night and figured that they had comped the first night because of the trouble, but that was not the case. A month later another bill came for an additional night plus other charges (probably the gift basket) which I have yet to receive a receipt for. I have called several times and left messages for the accountant and talked to a couple of different people at different times and have yet to hear back or receive a receipt. This occurred back an February and it is now May. So to sum up the major issues: Promised a room shortly at 9:00AM got the room at 6:00PM, Promised breakfast for my room and the other room that was not ready and not given breakfast, Promised a gift basket which was mostly a bunch of bottled water, Promised a receipt for the room which I never got, billed for additional night and charges which I never got a receipt for. Beware before you book this hotel!

I recently attend a small conference training session at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. The facilities were very nice. Up to date modern decor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had buffet breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Everything was great. Delicious ribs, a great cold melon soup, salad, you name it. I'd definitely go to another conference at that facility.

I'm a regular visitor to Denver, CO. (1-week, every 90-days). I have stayed at a small handfuls of hotels in Denver and started stopped shopping after I stayed here. The breakfast is perfect, the coffee is outstanding. The rooms are clean and free of smells, with a comfortable layout. Couch, 2 sinks, fridge, desk, and couch with a footrest. Starbucks Coffee is sold in the lobby and there is small, but full, bar.
There is also a strip of great restaurants across the parking lot: sushi, large sports bar, 2 great burger and sandwich joints, and a full size Starbucks.
Highly recommended for any visit to Denver.

They rip me off, they charge me on my personal card after my company did paid.
I told the reception on my way out, they did recognize their mistake and told me you will be refund within few days. Still after more than a month I still fitting to get my monkey back (more than a thousand box).
To be avoided, they are incompetent and thieves, he charges you twice and does not want to reimburse you even after acknowledging their mistake.
For the standard of the hotel and the price the receptionists are not at all professional. To wonder if they are not interns
Billed 2 times I run after the refund for a week 4 nights at $ 250 it hurts !!

We were able to get a room at a reasonable price at the last minute (day of). Hard to find parking; have to pay to park near everywhere, which is unfortunate since the hotel is not cheap. Check in was slow. Rooms were clean. Good deask space for working - IT was very helpful when I couldn't connect to the network.

Don't love the parking set-up ($12 self park far away or $$valet in an empty lot). I love everything else. Great workout space. No one there. Shuttle to the train is good but stops at 1030. Very good rates. No lobby coffee service

Beautiful building with a lovely lobby and patio area. Room was clean with typical amenities, mediocre sheets and blankets in my opinion. Staff was polite and professional. Had my reservation set a week or two in advance but didn't have my room ready for me, thus the 4 instead of 5 stars. They also offered me free taxi service within five miles, so that was a plus.

My previous review before having them attempt to charge me for another night after I had called requesting a late check out but without letting me know prior to this they tried charging my card for $299 additional simply because I didn't check out before 6 when we had a previously approved 5 o'clock checkout. Then as we were transporting our personal property out into our vehicle the manager took our things when my back was turned and placed them back into the room telling me they wouldn't be returned until we paid the entire amount even while they wouldn't allow us to stay for the night they were asking us to pay for. Had to get a police escort to get our stuff. {Pretty decent experience over all. Friendly staff. Could've used better amenities...}

Good location for DTC

Good location for DTC
Rooms are decent, but ask for one's with mountain views.
Not much to eat or drink within walking distance
Car park is a bit of a pain as you have to walk all the way to the back of the building (but through an indoor corridor)

Great!

Very nice looking location, the staff went far out of their way to accommodate for our obscure networking needs and to put us in contact with the correct people. Very friendly and profession environment.

I got there. Valet parked my vehicle. I went in side just to find out I was at the wrong place. The folks there were very friendly, and didn't even complain about me having the Valet go get my car 10 minutes after I got there.

Your basic mediocre hotel. Asked for adjoined rooms 4 months in advance and even called to ensure it wouldn't be an issue. Upon arrival they said they couldn't and then put us in handicapped rooms on different floors. They act like requesting adjoining rooms is on the same level as climate change weather modeling or orbital satellite trajectories. You like block off a couple rooms next to each other; really crazy stuff.
The room had no countertop in the bathroom (see photo) and everything was stacked on the toilet. Asked to be moved and they shrugged; English was a second language with both front desk people and they were no help. The queen beds were off the frame and twisted in one room and pieces were jutting out that would take your shin out. They fixed them promptly but shows they don't have a good system of checks. The hotel was clean and decently laid out. The photos online show a hot tub with the indoor pool, it is not there. It has since been covered up. Restaurant food is mediocre as well. Coffee shop is decent. I could have kept pushing, asked for a manager and changed rooms but I ask once and move on. This is why AirBnB is taking business from hotels.

Hello, I contacted the office and left a message on the managers voicemail on Thursday, March 29 and sent an email requesting for the office to return my call to speak with them about my reservation. This situation was a case-by-case basis and no one returned my call or email. It is unprofessional to ignore future business, especially when the customers has contacted you with a concern. I will take my business to a business that values their customers. Thank you!

No complaints! This is a perfectly decent place to host a small conference. The staff are all friendly, service is good, rooms are clean and comfortable enough, and the wifi actually works

Visited here for company conference and had a one night stay here. The room was pretty standard and clean. The food was bland and overall nasty. Almost the entire company and myself got sick with food poisoning.

The view from the banquet room was beautiful. The one thing that striked us as odd was at sunset the blinds were not able to be adjusted. We all had to maneuver around the dinner table to try to avoid it. Some of the men were wearing their sunglasses at the reception dinner of the wedding we were attending.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I give it a 3.5 because the room seem too basic. I didn t get the feeling of a 4 star hotel. More like average room, motel 6 have nicer rooms. Management really didn t say nothing to guest, and house keeping just change towels, redo beds and change trash. No real cleaning. Air conditioning was weak. The parking is in a parking garage and secured by small gate, i like that but they don t tell you that your charge for it daily. Not too far a drive to downtown, good thing is it not busy on weekends in the area. Indoor pool is great.

Stayed here as part of a business trip. The hotel room was well-appointed and clean though the bathroom layout was a little strange with the sink open to the bedroom and the closet and shower/toilet on opposite sides. Otherwise, room had a work desk and a comfortable bed. Dined at the restaurant on the second floor. Food was good, but portion sizes were random and prices are what you'd expect at a business hotel.

Beautiful building with an amazing lobby. The rooms were new clean and spacious. Our rate included a buffet breakfast which was one of the best of any restaurants I have had brunch at.

My husband is a Hyatt diamond member, and we had some points so we decided to stay here while my son and I were visiting. We reserved 2 double beds on a high floor in a quiet room. We got there at 3:30 PM, and our room was not available. That is not ok. So she offered a king with a pullout couch. We took it because we were tired and just wanted to check in and relax a little bit before dinner. The room was ok, big king bed, semi-nice views on the 6th floor. We stopped by front desk after coming back from dinner to request pillow for my son, and it never showed. Luckily, we had free breakfast because of our diamond status because I would have been very disappointed if we had to pay. The buffet is $19, but its the same buffet we've had for free at the Hyatt House down the street. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and my eggs were overcooked. The smoothie was ok. Service was good though. We didn't go back the second morning. Also, the next day, we had to call for housekeeping after we came back at 4 PM and our room was still not clean. Our coffee was not refilled either, I had to find a cart to ask for it in the morning. Very disappointing. And why is there a parking fee? $12 self park and the gate remained open all weekend. Also, we requested late check out so we stayed in our room until four, but they cut our free wifi at 2:30! There were a few things that I like about the hotel, we had our own router in our room, gym has good, adequate equipment, the ping pong table, and service at the front desk. But its not enough to go back for another stay.

Attended an event catered by the hotel staff. They had items marked as gluten free including a macaroni and cheese entree for the kids. Items were marked incorrectly and my daughter ate the macaroni and cheese and got very ill. Celiac disease persons should be wary at this hotel as the staff were completely clueless and, food safety was marginal and management was unapologetic.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Here's the story. I booked a room and the room next to me has been playing really loud music for the past three hours and it's currently 1 a.m . I have called front desk and security to please do something about it for over an hour and still nothing. This really sucks I have to get up early tomorrow/today and I don't expect things like this to happen while booking a room.
Update!
I'm about to walk out and apparently I can't a refund. So that's great. I will definitely let my over 10k fallowers know about this hotel, not only because I'm really irritated but because nobody deserves this experience.
