Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center Hotel Review

Absolutely perfect service, everywhere in the Hyatt Recency was an amazing experience. Will come stay again!! Thank you for treating me so wonderfully!!

Nice hotel, comfy room, good area of town. 2 negatives though. First the room was like a sauna. There is little to no airflow, so all the windows had condensation constantly, and made for a damp and stagnant smelly room. Lastly the stupid parking garage card scanners were non functional for 5 days in a row. Either not scanning, broken, error beeps. Just frustrating as hell. Each time I would get a new key card hoping just one day I could get out of this hotel normally but nope! The parking garage alone is enough to make me never come here again. Even after being assured countless times it was resolved, it never worked. I gave up.

Very nice very elegant hotel, excellent staff well knowledgeable and friendly! Great place to have large get-togethers banquets or even small get togethers! I personally have been here several times for comic-cons and the place is always been amazing! If you're in town book a stay, it's worth it!

Rooms are clean, only one restaurant, good food but too many service people hovering around. When calling front desk or calling from outside takes a long time to answer. Starbucks on site which is nice.

Was here for a technical workshop. Hotel and meeting rooms were OK.

Breakfast buffet at the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Old stale food out (but decent variety). Inattentive service and it was ridiculously overpriced.

Catered lunch for the event was better, although the salad greens had a significant amount of rotted lettuce. This hotel bills itself as luxury, but their food service is low rent at best.

Great breakfast buffet when you just need some quiet time away from anything you're doing.

Stayed here because our company was a part of a the 2018 BARC conference at the hotel. I ll probably stay somewhere else if there was another event at this hotel. Lobby + first and second floor public areas are modern and clean, but rooms are dated... didn t feel clean. First room, toilet was clogged before used...water spilled over, had to shut water off.
Second room, got key opened the door but another guest was in the room watching TV. Third room was ok.

Not something you expect when spending $200/night

Check in was difficult not being able to understand the person helping me. Asked several times to see my credit card. Wasn't expecting to pay to self park. Went to resteraunt and no one waited on us so finally left. Ordered room service half an hour before they closed and were told we were to late. Have stayed at this property before and loved it. Wasn't impressed this time. Probably won't be back.

We stayed here for our vacation we just got married and we wend on our honeymoon! This hotel was so great an awesome ! The staff was friendly the price was great for the hotel! They gave us a wonderful high floor room that gave us great view of the city! I highly recommend this hotel!!! This hotel is also in a GREAT LOCATION! beautiful! Close to the highway but far enough it doesn't seem close ! I'll be come back SOON!

I was disappointed there are no clothing options ( sweatshirts hoodies t shirts ) in the gift shop .

Nice location. Root 25 is better than your average hotel bar. While the rooms could use a bit of freshening up, the beds are comfortable and the staff were very friendly

This is the only place I'll stay at in denver. Clean friendly and all around amazing.

Nice hotel, kinda in the middle of nowhere, but definitely real nice

Was not a hotel guest, just ate and drank in their restaurant. Timely and friendly service. Colorado lamb burger was incredible. Drinks were mostly good, but the raspberry mojito was syrupy and far too sweet. After asking for it to be taken away she removed it from our tab without any issue.

The only down side was the ping pong table, which had broken paddles and ping pong balls. Other than that it was a good stay

Eddy and Carlos were amazing to deal with at check in. Expedia sucks for booking but this hotel is very nice. Most bang for your buck.

Very nice facillity, refreshed room with emphasis on the bathroom. Looking forward to more stays there.

Great hotel, great activity area (gym, pool) the only problem I had was that there was a big hole in my blanket that had those feathers in them, but that was fixed the following day.

Very courteous reception, comfortable and large rooms, many with mountain views. The restaurant, room service and coffee bar/store we're all very nice. The free shuttle can be a little unpredictable but otherwise my experience with this hotel was excellent.

It was a good place for a convention. Mile hi con was fun. Food was over priced

I'm really enjoying everything. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The conference areas are perfect.

Super accommodating! I was there for a conference and needed to warm up breakfast I brought from home. I asked to be pointed to a microwave and they took it to warm it up! Nice meeting rooms and a wonderful lunch. They even made an extra vegetarian plate that my coworker needed.

Bad customer service. Hundreds of people were scheduled to attend a conference there tomorrow. Due to an expected storm, airlines have canceled hundreds of flights into Denver. Instead of taking the hit, as it is no one's faults, both the front desk Supervisor and reservation line has said upper management has informed them that cancellations will be charged the first night's rate. I'm new to Hyatt and had just signed up for their card. Pretty disappointing experience. With so many hotels to choose from, I'll be looking else where next time.

Great room with free upgrade. On a date with my husband and they sent ip wine and cheese. Super thoughtful. Decent breakfast.. All in all a good overnight stay.

I went to lunch at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was great and the service was amazing. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I work nearby so I'll probably go back again

Reserved a room with a king bed and when i arrived they said they only have rooms with 2 twin beds. What's the point of making a reservation if what i reserve is not available upon arrival?

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean and updated. Room had an excellent view and felt very cozy. Restaurant is a bit expensive with not a whole lot of selection. You also have to pay for parking, even self-park. Still a very nice hotel!

Nice experience was being in this hotel, very clean and nice rooms, comfortable and clean beds, somewhat small bathrooms, drinks and snacks at the bar, cold pool water but the place clean and clean. enough towels, the well-equipped gym, the friendly staff, they have parking for which you pay $ 15, they require two different deposits and it takes a long time to return them to your account after your check out. I still recommend this luxury

Rooms feel a bit old. The lobby and pool areas are nice though.

Tv and internet service was down for almost my whole stay, pretty disappointing for the price you pay

This hotel and their staff were absolutely wonderful. We stayed January 6th through the 10th. The hotel was so clean and inviting. While checking in we mentioned it was our anniversary. We had left the hotel and when we came back they had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries along with a hand written note. The next morning we wanted to order breakfast in bed but we had forgot to leave the note on our door so when we called they told us breakfast was over but they would ask the chef and they called us backing to take our order! It was one of the best hotels we have had to stay at. Anything we asked for they were able to provide and would
also call to make sure everything was up to our standards! Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellently situated for access to downtown Denver locations. The ballroom were being used to host a convention. Even though it was very busy the areas were very cleaned.the hotel staff was also welcoming and were great at giving directions.

Poor service from staff, was told different things by multiple staff members. As a guest make sure to ask for vouchers for everything or else you'll be denied for example your 'complimentary' breakfast. Not willing to stay here again.

Hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay overall. Had to switch rooms due to a non functioning TV. And then we came back one night and found the door to our room open. Fortunately nothing was taken, it was just very disconcerting. Staff was very apologetic.

It's really nice and modern on the outside which I loved. The actual rooms have a really outdated decor, but they're really clean and well maintained. They have one of the cleanest beds I've ever slept on (for a hotel). They also provide you with a travel size toothpaste (which most hotels don't) and I liked that they left me a bag with new toiletries and clean towels on my door handle when I left the privacy sign on the door. I've rarely had a hotel do this. Usually the to service will ignore your room completely if you leave the privacy on.

It's also a asking distance to a few shops, pubs, and restaurants, which is nice.

I only give it 4 stars because the room decor is outdated, but I would highly recommend.

This hotel is oppulent, but don't be fooled... It is NOT pet friendly at all. The best "pet" room is on the third floor and either accessible by the elevator or through the main ballroom and down the marble staircase. Additionally, they will impress many with a Premium WiFi but we needed a T1 Ethernet connection and it was not available. On top of that it seemed to be incredulous that we would need extra blankets to allow our service dog to sleep on the bed with me. Don't be surprised about the fee to park on property too.

Even though Jordan seemed very nice and tried to work with us, there were no good options to solve the issues we had and after we decided to leave, the bellman was only happy to help us pack our bags and suggest other hotels (all of which were $350+ or they were completely booked).

I'm a loyal World of Hyatt member and have never been more disappointed in the service and lack of common sense problem solving skills.

Ever thing cost monny at least give me a water free but over all good.

Exceptionally professional staff, concierge. They do have a valet option but we did not use them. Its a beautiful hotel inside and out. Very clean overall and clean rooms! I can only assume all the rooms have a great the view as our room had a great view of the mountains! it was very nice, I never closed my curtains it was so pretty. I would recommend them 10/10!!

I came for the MileHiCon science fiction convention. Everyone from the hotel has been friendly, polite, and professional. Looking forward to coming back next year!

A nice hotel with a good meeting space for larger groups.

Love the new Root 25 Taphouse restaurant and bar. It's the best kept secret for craft beer and watching sports. 6 enormous screens to watch any event. We're locals and Hyatt gives 20% off neighbors discount.

Great stay. We had a sweet deal on the room and upon arrival staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and smiled great. They offer many amenities like indoor pool, gym and other stuff we did not check out. Highly recommended and great price. We paid a lot more for not even close to it.

The lady that helped me get the room was very nice and sweet love her accent and Malcolm helped me get my second room also a very nice man and viola was very very sweet she helped me get another night and the same room for a little cheaper! :) I WILL be back...one of the best hotels with the nicest views in Denver I wish I could give 20 stars
