Only visited the bar on the 27th floor of the hotel. Absolutely fantastic views and reasonable priced drinks (more expensive than other places but well within reason). The appetizers were also quite tasty.

Great customer service, comfortable and quiet rooms, and a fantastic conference space. The restaurant is a bit slow, but the food is delicious. It's got a great, walkable location, and is close to public transportation. I will definitely be returning.

Upon first glance, I wasn't sure what to expect as the outside doesn't carry much aesthetic appeal, however upon entering the lobby I was greeted with what I would expect from a Hyatt Recency. Very large lobby, well maintained and welcoming. Way to coordinate where you need to go. Restaurant, small shop and bar on site. Great venue.

Great place to stay the night! Peaks lounge has a great view of the Western side of the city and the mountains. Best staff in town! You will feel like you are at home! Excellent food and beverage side as well!

Globalist member treated horribly every time I check in I feel like I am blacklisted by one of your managers named Nicole W. at this location that I stay at every week now for half a year. I use the most inexpensive rate I can get since I am already spending $50,000 plus with your hotel per year and sending thousands of dollars of business to your hotel through my travel agency. Sometime I use a rate discount and I am told I cannot receive any upgrades or benefits of my Globalist Membership when I check in. No discounted parking, No access to Executive Lounge and the smallest dirtiest room it seems they can find. For the second time now I walked into a bathroom with muddy foot prints all over the floor. My room key would not get me into the Executive Lounge. I told them I was parking in the Garage. Refused a discount on parking and then when I went to leave the garage my room key would not let me out of the garage. Had to go front desk to get key working for Executive Lounge. Had to go to front desk again to get it working for Garage. This is no way to treat a Globalist Member and dedicated Hyatt customer. Extremely unhappy with this location and the way I am treated. A Globalist Member is the highest loyalty level you have and should be treated well all the time not based on what rate they book their room at or how much money they spend at your hotel.

This is a very fine and classy stay in down town Denver , every one inside is great !
However the parking guys come off pretty rude . They are just here doing the bare minimum just point and have there long face Not a very warming arrival . I would expect them to be more professional . Valet at the cherry creek mall is far more warming

Keoni Kaye & Ariana were absolutely top notch! My boyfriend, parents and I were all riding bikes around downtown Denver when we got the idea to stop at Hyatt s rooftop bar to have a drink. Even though we weren t staying there Keoni & Ariana set it up so we could put our bikes in the back storage so that we didn t have to worry about them outside. They didn t have to do that for us at all and we greatly appreciated their kindness! Keoni wouldn t even have me rolling my own bike back, he grabbed it for me and just took care of it. We would recommend anything to do with these two! Thanks again guys! Hyatt is lucky to have you both.

Great place to spend the night, but you pay for it. Rooms are always clean. Staff is usually friendly.

If you like to spend more money to ensure a great hotel this is a good option. If you are on a budget, the lower level Hyatt's are just as clean and convenient. The Hyatt Place is a block away and also goes by the Hyatt House. Same building and staff, but 2 brands under same roof. Stay there to save some money. Stay at Regency if you want better room options or a better suite.

Either way there is also a lot to do in the area.

This and the Chicago Hyatt Regency are the best Hyatt hotels I've been to. The location of this hotel is excellent and u can get a decent view of the Rockies and the skyline. The hotel room was big and clean and the hotel is beautiful. It has a really nice gym as well.

Nicole Wrzesinski, Front Office Manager, did a great job welcoming us to the hotel ahead of our visit by e-mail and went out of her way to make our stay special! Very nice hotel, perfectly situated, with a caring staff.

Customer Service

Customer Service
My wife and I stayed at the hotel last night. Prior to check-in, the hotel emailed, asking if we'd like to request a certain room or anything else. I requested a room on the highest floor available with a great view; they put us on the 33rd floor with a view of both the mountains and the city. Because it was my wife's birthday, they comped our parking in their garage.

Sleep
We both had trouble sleeping in the bed. It was quite soft, but not terribly supportive, with enormous pillows. Perhaps that's just what most guests like.

The Environment
The hotel does small things to support the environment. During our brief stay, we noticed the container for recycling, and that it's within the trash can, which discourages trash while encouraging recycling. We also noticed the sign indicating that linen laundering happens every two days, cutting in half the hotel's need for resources for laundry. That the hotel uses a reusable liner in the bathroom trash can probably keeps thousands of barely-used trash liners out of landfills over time. Last, many hotels provide Keurig machines in rooms, and we appreciate that this hotel has avoided them, keeping thousands of K-cups out of landfills.

Upon leaving, we noticed a small sign listing items that the hotel provides free during the stay, including robes, phone chargers, and a dozen other items. There are plenty of hotels in Denver, and we're thankful to have chosen this one.

Always loved Hyatts but so far this has been my favorite stay. The hotel is gorgeous and the suites are amazing. So clean and well kept, and not only that, but they even sent up a tech guy at 11 at night when we had trouble connecting something to our TV. The service here is incredible, as is their spa, and I will definitely be back if I am in Denver again!

This place stinks. They must be short-staffed all the time because it takes them half an hour just to bring you an ice bag up to a room (because their stellar staff didn't replace the last one). And when they do, they send it with three security guys!!! Everytime I come to Denver I stay at a different place I will no longer be staying at ANY of the Hyatts... they give you Hyatt points if you don't clean your room all I have to say is there must be a lot of people out there with a lot of Hyatt points because these rooms are FILTHY....

The hotel was of great quality. The convention center was really nice and the staff accommodating. However, for how nice the hotel was it should have included breakfast but it does not. That was the only disappointing feature of the hotel.

Had a great visit for the Building Industry Association Management Conference hosted by the NAHB. Would give the hotel 5 stars if not for the unprofessional and rude server Austin in the main bar area.

Love the Denver area and plan to return soon!

First time staying at a Hyatt hotel and well.... it was definitely underwhelming. For a cheaper rate stay next door and get some free breakfast included. The rooms were boring, I was definitely expecting more. I guess you just pay for the name which feels like a robery. We went to the bar they have on the 27th floor and service was horrrible. Prices were ok, food and drinks were good. Everything is also an upcharge. Staff at the reception was nice and helpful. We didnt get to enjoy the pool so no comment on that.

I would rate at 5 starts but the lady at the desk named Jessica total forgot the day before I paid for my room in cash in a deposit and had 2 days booked threw booking make a long story short the next morning I get ready to check out she states to me I owe 215.72 mind blown so mind you all I have a flight at 11am I am checking out at 9am I missed my first uber driving due to taking so long paid $20more dollars to go to the same spot (Airport) so after about 10 minutes she say I believe I see what happen 10x. I stated great but very upset so she notice after I had went over in over what happen she seen it was their mistake so that's done nope not yet so she then tells me I have a $15 dollar bill for 2 coffee's I looked at her in said that's impossible I haven't had coffee a day in my life so etc, etc she charged the bill off but the worst was yet to come I got to the airport about 30 minutes to late left a 100 dollar trip for the room service in at the end I lost sadly to say had to wait for almost 5 hours to get on another plane I got home at 5am the next morning over all I loved this place beds was so big in comfortable great mountain view.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. The Denver Convention Center is right behind the hotel. It has a Starbucks inside the facility which helped the conference crowd immensely. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us out quickly with a few things. There are a lot of restaurants nearby which makes staying here ideal.
