Nice hotel with a short walk to the convention center. Beds and pillows could be better.
Nice hotel with a short walk to the convention center. Beds and pillows could be better.
Gorgeous hotel. Great for events and hosting large meetings!
The ballrooms that were in use for my conference were stunning and extremely polished. Ample elevators and escalators provide a workaround for obvious chokepoints for the hundreds of conference attendees looking to make way to the given meeting area.
Nice room with a good view. Bar and restaurant are reasonably priced. Easy walk to most places downtown.
Good place to stay at when in Denver. Hotel is well equipped and ran by a very friendly staff. The Mall is nearby and Denver downtown can easily be explored on foot.
Clean spacious room, beautiful view, nice hot tub. I didn't like the pool inside with swimming lanes just because there was a bunch of kids in the pool and I couldn't really swim. Oh and the gym was massive and wonderful.
Superb bed...excellent mattress to get a good night's sleep...no aching muscles.
I was here for ONA16 and the flow of the convention was great, plenty of room for everything that was going on.
Convenient location and extremely comfortable atmosphere. Music in the lobby and nice refreshments made for a great experience
All the employee are like big family and good customer service good place to work and to stay. Just live the Hyatt.
The truth behind the Hyatt Regency. The housekeepers wash out the glasses in the bathroom sink ive seen them use cleaner not dish soap, and put them back in its place inside our rooms like its fresh clean and sanitized. I also got a good look at what the housekeepers do to i guess run the clock down. They had a door open i was curious so took a look to see and i could not believe my eyes i guess this hyatt does not care what their employees are really doing, sleeping on the job, so busy on their cell phones they didn't even see me. Hopefully no one gets sick from the cleaners they use in our drinking glasses. WARNING CHECK THE DUVET ANY TIME YOU PAY FOR A ROOM STAINS AND BODY FLUIDS FROM PEOPLE BEFORE YOU ARE AWAITING. PULL BACK ALL YOUR SHEETS LOOK FROM THE TOP OF THE BED TO THE VERY BOTTOM WHERE THE HOUSEKEEPERS LIKE TO HIDE THE DISGUSTING STAINS AND BODY FLUIDS .
The best hotel in the city as far as I'm concerned. Spend any more and the bang for buck ratio starts to thin
Great views of the city from the bar upstairs. Would be great for a sunset probably
Beautiful view from the restaurant! Food was marginal.
Location is great, directly next to the convention center
amazing service, location, and views
regency club 35 floor a must
Close proximity to16th St mall, decently priced breakfast, very clean rooms and hotel in general
The rooms and the hotel itself are quite nice. The downside is there is no free breakfast.
Great hotel with great staff, and tons of rooms. I don't think I've stayed at many hotels which can match the Hyatt Regency's attention to detail, care for their guests, and overall awesomeness in customer satisfaction. All the Hyatt properties in Denver are amazing, and this one is no exception.
Stay here over the others if you want a more luxury-oriented stay, with an outstanding club (complete with impeccably capable concierge), great views, and pristine rooms.
My only slight detractor is that the beds could be a tad bit softer, and the A/C more frigid (though they do let you set it quite low).
Pretty decent rooms. Only problem is that it's across from the convention center. We went to the jacuzzi at about 9:15 pm and there were literally 30 kids in it. Even when we went to the lobby 30 min later, there kids running everywhere. Gues we should have paid a little more attention to what was going on at the convention center!
Drama all over the front desk in evening and night shifts,
Air conditioning waa noisy I couldn't sleep, I asked the front desk is it normal , he said will be taken care off tomorrow , so I was forced to sleep with the noise and I couldn't , called pricline after 4 hours than he wants to give me another room, earlier evening staff who checked me in were also non corporative,
They basically judge you as a cheapester of you book through pricline and they intentionally gave me the noisy room , than told me that I was upgraded , why, no answer to that,
I wouldn't stay at hyatt anymore , manager saw me and never came and speak to me ,
Wow i was like this is the Hyatt culture than,
Westin is much better.
Had drinks at Peaks Lounge to watch the sunset over the mountains, amazing view and great selection of drinks, reasonable price considering location on 27th floor.
Beautiful, modern and open hotel, helpful staff, great location.
Love the services, nice rooms, love the bar on 27th floor, etc.
I love Hyatt! The service never lets you down. Everyone is friendly and seem happy to be at work. I valeted my car for a conference that day and everyone was super helpful. Made finding my location easier.
The Hyatt Regency is in a great location in the south part of downtown Denver. It is a block from 16th Street where there is the free 16th MallRide that is a free bus service up and down downtown Denver. Overall the staff was cordial and accommodating. There's a coffee shop located downstairs and a beautiful lobby. Recommend a stay.
Wonderful service with gorgeous rooms and extensive amenities.
This is my first time visiting Denver and so far I am enjoying myself to the fullest there thereof so I don't leave until next week so I give you a valuation the situation when it come to the end of my stay here at Hyatt Regency Convention Center in Denver Colorado
The Hyatt is always a great place to stay. Food was amazing. My only wish is they had more options on their in room dining menu.
Great spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows. Right next to the convention center.
Easy to walk to many restaurants.
So far has been a wonderful hotel. Great people, rooms are clean and comfortable.
Wonderful location, right by the convention center.and other things downtown. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is nicely appointed and modern. All staff have been friendly and helpful. Very nice place to stay, but certainly not cheap.
Stayed here 3 times and enjoyed it each time. Great hotel in a great location. Killer views from the gym.
Great health and fitness center - very convenient to conference center and 16th Street action
Nice rooms and convenient location. Just wish they had electric car chargers in their parking garage.
Stayed during Christmas 2018. Issues came up they were never addressed. Disregard for quality control. Manager explained why room was not cleaned. I call at 3 to let them know room was not clean. I took taking kids to pool came back at 5 still not clean. I called again they said they would send someone. They did kids were asleep I asked house keeper to change out towels. First night I called a ringing noise never sent anyone. I called next day they sent maintenance it was a stressed compressor in fridge.
We parked in the parking garage at Hyatt Regency and then went to the convention center for the RV show and it was so convenient to park right across the street.
The hotel and it's staff were spectacular! Phenomenal customer service on every level! Had multiple interactions with staff during my stay & each one was exactly what you'd expect from a great hotel! Throughly & completely by this hotel & its staff!
Wonderful place to stay! Great rooms and it's nextdoor to the convention center.
We stayed in this hotel on New Year's Day, and for the price I was very underwhelmed. The pool, spa and gym are nice. The lobby is pretty. That's about it. Our room was average and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The mini fridge was empty and there was trash on the floor from the people before us. There were also some pretty bad stains on the sheets. We barely slept. The location is convenient and we may stay here again because of that alone.
Great that gym and pool is available 24/7 to deal with jetlag. Rooms will soon require redesign and refreshing. In room lights are dim and no central switch
I ll start by saying I travel very frequently and worldwide for work and family obligations- so when say I only stayed for three nights due to a work conference and this was one of the best experiences I ve ever had at a hotel- I hope you catch my meaning. It all came down to the people, and I ll kick myself forever for not catching many names.
From the minute I stepped out of my cab I had someone open the door, greet me and offer to help with my bags. The two gals at the front desk who resolved a room mixup where more than apologetic and quick to correct it, the market/bar staff (I remember Daniel) were friendly, welcoming and prompt, the cleaning staff obviously work very hard based off the cleanliness of the room and grounds. It is a beautiful hotel in the middle of all the fun city action.
Checking out at 3am is already exhausted and the gentleman down in the lobby was so helpful. Even getting into my cab, a guy who looked as if he was just getting to work walked up and helped get my bags into my cab and wished me well.
You have AMAZING staff here. They made all the difference.
Food can use improvement but service from staff was great
The location of the Hyatt and the nice patio makes it enticing to want to sit for lunch, but the service and timeliness of food is often disappointing. There is certainly potential, but I d say the management has yet to capture it.
The parking garage was a little tight for hosting a large event; probably better off using the lot across the street. Once inside, the facility was great and the staff helpful.
Typical Hyatt location. Top staff, clean and worth recommending.
Exceptional hotel. Spacious clean rooms and a friendly and competent staff make your stay pleasant. Located right across from the convention center and close to downtown Denver restaurants and attractions, the Hyatt Regency is top notch.
Excellent. Love the views and how easy it was to use, starting with the no password required WiFi
Still a little over priced, but this room was the best thing about my stay in Denver....this city is wack by the way.
Amazing location and service. -1 star for poor service at the restaurant.
Well organized and executed work event. Lunch was excellent.
Came for an industry conference. Facilites were very clean, and organization of the event was well done.
I've stayed at this hotel and worked at this hotel, guess which one is better Haha, either way, you'll have a pleasant time.
Convenient to the Convention Center. Rooms are great for the overnight professional. Lots of good affordable shopping just a couple of blocks away.
Best all around staff. The valet service was prompt at all times. Room service was quick. Best place ever.
Awesome amenities with many place to see and eat at near by
Ill start with the bad because most of it is petty. Shower didn't drain so I basically took a bath while I was showering. Ironing board cover was filthy (stained, wrinkled, ripped). Toilet paper was as thin as possible. Room was dated as well. The good stuff is great. The conference rooms were very nice, very comfortable. Some of the best I've been in. Location was fantastic. Located in the heart of downtown Denver, your close to the convention center, the college, 16th Street Mall, food, breweries, you name it. Views were great, I could see mile high stadium from the room. Overall a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely visit again if I have the chance.
The staff was very helpful, very personable and a lot of fun...
Hotel was clean and in an ideal location. But for the price it was nothing special.
Very clean, nice, fantastic views, great service, safe and kid-friendly. Awesome hotel!! This place is definitely worth the money!
Great property layout and within walking distance of a lot of great places.
Lovely, convenient to convention center excellent customer service
They hosted a recent investor conference the accommodations and the staff were amazing.
The staff was amazing. They took great care of us and were very helpful
