Went to a convention and the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.
Went to a convention and the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.
Great location to stay for the convention. Lobby gets poppin'
Fabulous stay at the Hyatt Recency Denver at the Convention Center. The rooms are great and most are paired with a fantastic view. Perfect place to stay in the heart of Downtown with plenty to do. Tons of places to eat and great spots to grab a drink.
Not bad. Location is great. Parking is kind of expensive.
One of the best hotels in Denver! Love the lounge on 26 and excellent parking for my La Ferrari!
I picked up some co-workers and had breakfast. Food was typical for a hotel, service was great.
Good location. Not much dining options. No gift shop. No suction vents in bathrooms. Great staff. Old phones. Clean .
I was here for a business conference. The hotel is very nice inside, very large as well.
Beautiful view, comfy beds, and very very clean. Front desk were very helpful and friendly. Worth every penny!
Very nice place to stay, and very close to the walking mall and anywhere downtown.
Loud slamming doors keep us up. We stayed here the night of our wedding and they promised something special to celebrate us and when we got there, they had nothing that was promised. They won't make your first night after being married special so probably don't use this facility for any special event
Excellent hotel in the commercial heart of Denver, a few steps from the convention center and shops on 16th Street.
Relaxing stay in a nice room. Great mountain view from the 28th floor!
Staff was very helpful and the location was very clean.
Great site for a charity event. Staff was accommodating.
We love this hotel! It has everything you need, the skybar is awesome with an amazing view of the mountains yet you are walking distance to all the fun in Denver. We loved our stay and we will be back.
Great location 2 minute walk to Convention center rooms are standard Hyatt. Food just OK, breakfast buffet limited and quality is just mediocre. Lounge on 27th floor has great views, sliders and meatballs were served cold.
Volunteer lunch for the GABF. Great spread, and excellent staff!
Very nice. Great fitness room & breakfast. Wife & I look for & love Hyatt hoteld in US & Mexico.
***Parking price gouging for guests ($40/night) is excessive & unfriendly to guests. Future planning will exclude this hotel due to that factor.
The room and stay was wonderful. The staff was nice and considerate of my needs.
Staff was friend from the moment of arrival to my departure.
The employees there are the most courteous people I've ever met. I would also have to say that it is a very clean environment.
Great food, drinks, service and coffee. Staff was fantastic.
Great services, lobby+ rooms and convention center are all also very well done.
The hotel is very nice and the conventional hall was superb. Very well kept!! I had a great experience here and look forward to coming back again.
This review is for Peaks Lounge on the 27th floor of the Regency. The view was fantastic, my wife and I went up for drinks after dinner at another restaurant. I would definitely come back for the view alone. The service was pretty bad and the reason for this being a 3 star review. I'm sure others have had great service, but we were largely ignored. We wanted to order another round but the servers continually walking by to other tables ignored our presence and would not make eye contact. Very frustrating, maybe we just came on a bad night.
Great lobby and lobby restaraunt/bar. Typical room. Uncomfortable bed
Attended for the 1940s Winter Ball. What a gorgeous venue to host such an event! We stayed overnight and had a lovely suite, the room service was prompt and the food was filling and tasty. Only thing I could critique on was lack of Kleenex in the rooms.
Solid Hyatt. Good downtown location. Suites are nice.
Good location in downtown with public transportation nearby. It was right across from the convention center where i was attending an event and getting there was easy with very little street traffic. The rooms were nice but the lobby at night was very noisy due to bad acoustics.
Hosted a conference here and Hazy was the best! We will be returning.
Rooms were nice, full service, but rush you through unloading and loading without care of luggage or packing a car nicely.
The beds are wonderful after any hard day. The workout area and hot tub are great pick me ups. The Regency Club is worth every penny. Adrian and Paula made it a truly memorable experience. I am already looking forward to next year's Con!
So impressed with the staff and cleanliness of hotel.
Nice rooms, strategic location, 20 steps to the commenting center. Breakfast not included is the major downside and the expensive parking.
Excellent hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend the hotel to those visiting Denver.
Excellent service and a great hotel. Perfect location for the convention center
Great hotel and room. Few steps from convention center.
Excellent stay! Helpful staff, especially Gretta at front desk. Nice room, beautiful view of the city
All was well until we saw the light of day. Literally. We woke to seeing hand prints above the bed and finding hair. What we thought was a fab stay ended in disgust. When I brought it to the manager Mac s attention he said he had been shown the photos (that I never gave the front desk) and they would have a meeting About it . So not only is he a liar but there was also no guest satisfaction attempts to compensate for us having stayed in an obviously used room.....
gross.
It's a nice place with all of the amenities that a guest could ask for, but a bar in the lobby would put a cherry on top of this 4-star.
It's a huge Hotel. With great views on a great Lobby and restaurant. Had a great time that the service was perfect. It was reasonably priced and in the heart of downtown and minutes to a lot of great bars and restaurants nearby
Excellent food, staff, views, and prices aren't bad either!
Helpful friendly staff, great rooms, excellent location, and the best views in Denver!
This is a big convention hotel right next to the convention center. Don't bother with the Hyatt Regency Club lounge. It is over sold and always crowded with very average food.
Views are amazing and you are in the middle of everything.
Stayed downtown after a Rockies game. The hotel is clean. Check in was a breeze. Room was comfortable. Due to a communication issue, we booked for the wrong night through priceline. The hotel was good enough to wave the late cancelation feeand they still had a room availability for the night we actually had needed. Great customer service.
Great hotel with good service. Across street from convention center. Hotel also had a FedEx, us other good amenities.
Great location, friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. Love the hot tub on the roof as well!
We had a great time partying in Denver, going back again soon. The Hyatt was a nice property, a good value.
great rooms and a even better front desk staff. Josh and Rebecca especially
Very friendly staff. We had a mix up upon checking in and they made every attempt to help us figure it out. The rooms are good and it is centrally located which is nice. I was there for a conference and it was less than a block away from the convention center.
Nice hotel! Great view from the 31st floor. Friendly staff and bartender.
Great location close to almost everthing. All kinds of restaurants and pubs around. Hotel is very nice. Staff is great.
We loved the hotel. The location is in the middle of everything too!
