Fabulous hotel in a great area, you have whole foods, edible arrangements, Chipotle Mexican grill, taco bell across the street, plenty of store to visits.
Very nice hotel, clean, new, with helpful staff. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and look fairly new, perhaps a recent remodel? The hotel includes a bar and restaurant serving tasty food. Good room, late check out. The service from the staff was excellent. I'll make sure to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The close proximity to the Convenation Center was great! Walk out the door and across the street. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff were great. While there are a few places to have appetizers and drinks, there is only one restaurant. Having room service available with a good choice of foods makes up for that though. The hotel is about a block away from nice shopping areas and the tram and busses go right past the front of the hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was helpful. We only stayed after a concert for a few hours and were not happy that there was zero hot water to take a shower, even at 4am. Also not happy that parking was $35. You'd think for a $220 overnight hotel stay they'd throw in parking at least, or maybe mention it at some point. Could have parked in a public garage for cheaper.

I have never been in a Hyatt with such rude and unaccommodating staff - from front desk staff to room service. The level of service is what you get at a two star hotel. Iam surprised Hyatt allows its name to be used in a dated, run down, mismanaged hotel like this.

I had planned a valentine 1 night stay for a week thought they was very helpful till the night before we I left I had a bad feeling so I called them, they lost everything 2 hours into the phone call found out they did not relay info from concierge to house keeping. I got nothing I was promised the room sucked the view was not what was advertise I was told that we would have a panoramic view of the mountain from our room I had a view of a Crain, the bed was nice. On the 27th floor the bar ha bar my ass over priced bad bad bad drinks crown and coke tasted like ass and coke the bar tender was a dick. The spa was really outdated, run down, and not the cleanest. The staff at the spa were awesome, Lucky gave the best massage I have ever had. Altitude restaurant more like attitude restaurant not sure how you can screw up biscuits and gravy but they did it the Danish was the best thing there was about the breakfast. Let's just say I was not impress with the food at all. Room service was rude acted like we were in there way its sad that TGI Fridays has better food overall this place was NOT worth the price or Valentine's day if this place cares to know more they can call me any time.

I visited the Hyatt Regency to return a rental car at the Enterprise drop off location. The lobby is really spectacular and a big wide open space. The Enterprise office is at the far left of the main lobby. There was just one attendant on duty who was setting someone else up with a rental car so I had to wait a while to get cleared with the drop off. The attendant was very courteous but it turns out that even though it's an enterprise location, the branch doesn't operate on the same system as the airport location which is where I picked up the car. This was frustrating (but not attendant's fault) as I was charged an additional drop off fee that was not on my original estimate and the attendant was only relaying information from the call center. It'd be a better experience if it were an integrated system.

Everytime we stay downtown in Denver, we give preference to the Regency over any other hotel. The staff are genuinely happy and enthusiastic to address any and all needs. The views are fantastic and the Regency Club on the 35th floor offers the best value for drinks in Denver. The restaurant is decent enough to not have to venture off-site, and they've been willing to accommodate special requests if they are slow enough. Very close to the convention center and performing arts district. Hands down my favorite hotel in Denver, and second favorite in Colorado only to the St. Julien in Boulder.

We stayed for one night while we visited in July 15. Stayed in one of the executive rooms which gives you access to the lounge for free tea/coffee and snacks. I was quiet underwhelmed by the room for what was suppose to be an "executive room" however when I spoke to reception they stated that the "executive" means the lounge access. All in all the hotel is nice, speedy check in and out, pleasant staff and clean rooms. I would stay again but think a bit more about my room choice.

Picked this hotel for our anniversary stay for a few days in Denver. The hotel is centrally located to any and everything you want to do in Downtown Denver. The staff was amazing from start to finish and even gave us a $20 room credit to help us celebrate our special occasion. The valet parking is $45 a night but worth every penny. The valet staff is the best I have come across in all my hotel stays and travel. They gave us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. They even memorized my vehicle which was cool. The hotel was clean, updated and I will definitely stay here again. Please get the room with mountain views. The views were so amazing we forgot we even had a tv in our room the whole time we were there.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! They want 3.50 for a very small bottle of water. Everything cost extra and they want a fortune! The shower was awful you either had a very hot or a very cold one, no I between. Heaven only knows what the coffee was.

Great event space for our company holiday party! Very spacious. Food was delicious, and service wasn't bad considering there were almost 600 guests to attend to. Parking was a little short - the garage was full before we even got there - but there's plenty nearby.

so impressed with Former Saints..they appear to have a full bar yet can't make a strawberry daqueri..if you ask for bread with meal..that is not available either... should have went to Bubba Gumps across the street..

The rooms and service were what you'd expect from a downtown hotel with a franchise's reputation at stake- which is to say, quite good! The social areas are large and sweeping, in-house amenities are of good quality and conveniently accessible.
My only real gripes come in terms of how the hotel (which boasts it's convention center affiliation right in the name) seems to tragically misunderstand how convention culture works, vis a vis its social aspects. Access to the elevators is card key restricted after 10pm, meaning that guests wishing to visit hotel rooms their friends are staying at (rather common in con culture) have to be escorted upstairs. Hotel security is also over fond of throwing their weight around, apparently having your door cracked is some kind of major issue, regardless of whether or not you were making noise at all. I got the distinct feeling that the hotel begrudges its own advertised affiliation with the convention center, and generally felt unwelcome. I get that me and my nerd friends probably dont meet the standard of posh, affluent, in-bed-by-9 businessmen that you'd clearly prefer to have as guests, but if you can't be even a -little- accommodating to the kinds of things that come part and parcel with conventions (hotel room parties, people visiting rooms, costumed attendees), maybe don't be so blatant in your obvious bid for their lodging budget.

Great service, clean room, awesome location, friendly staff. Food from the peaks lounge was good, bartenders at Strata Bar were accommodating. Fitness center and pool/spa area was nice. Downside: little coffee shop in the lobby was way overpriced for poor quality desserts and snacks.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is that the elevators are fast and the facilities are nice, other than that nothing special about this place comes to mind no laundry facilities, breakfast and snacks are $50 per day, parking is $25 per day, close to town.

Great location for our conference, lots to see and do in the area, and 16th Street was really fun. All services were great - bellmen, concierge, front desk, and housekeeping. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel. Comfy bed. Nice pillows. Expect poor cellphone reception throughout the hotel.

(FYI - the cell reception could be fixed if the hotel were to contact the major cell carriers).

This location is super convenient. It's only a block to the 16th Street Mall and from there you can take a free shuttle to Civic center park or Union station. Rooms are nice and the free shampoos are good enough to take home.

This hotel is great. All staff we worked with were friendly from the minute we pulled into the drive. Room was very clean and nice, amenities were great, and I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Staff is very helpful and the site boasts a ton of amenties. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Altitude, yum-o! One thing I would change would be the comforter. I get that white really communicates cleniness which is a must for patrons. However, it would be nice if the comforter had some color and/or pattern. I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital bed which took away from the comfort of the room.

Great hotel. Location is perfect, in the heart of downtown, close to everything, including Coors field, nightclubs, great places to eat. The hotel itself is very nice, everything looks and is high quality. The room we we're in had a awesome king-size bed that was super comfortable. We had a great view of downtown with the mountains as a back drop. Only problem I had was the cost of parking in the hotels own garage. Figured it would have been part of the cost for staying at the hotel. Besides that we had a great stay.
