Great hotel experience! Fun lobby and comfortable lobby area. I ve had limited experience with the staff but the interactions I ve had they were all very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Little touches like flavored water in the lobby or the bath products offered in your room (no added chemicals/perfume) were nice. I attended a conference here and the food catered by the hotel was surprisingly good.

This hotel is perfect if you are there to attend the convention center. I've never seen a hotel so close to a convention center. Loved not having to plan for a 15 minute walk in the morning. Very nice hotel. Which is super clean with nice modern decor. I had a great view of the city and mountains. It's walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping in 16th St mall. Peaks Lounge has gorgeous view. Service was good.

Stayed here for Denver Popculture Con, the room was clean and staff was super friendly. Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Made our trip feel even more memorable. =) I would definitely stay here again.

Attended a large holiday party at the Hyatt Regency, the facility is beautiful but the service and catering were subpar. The food was dry, the buffet had excessively long lines, & the bathrooms we're a mess.

Broken toliet seat and the faucet out the shower when you pull up on the shower lever it comes out the wall I stayed in #1146 and it was ok the pillows are horrible virtually flat or no support... I switched hotels to to the Denver tech center Marriott and it's a million times better then the Hyatt regency downtown... The service was ok not necessarily pleasant with a smile but they were there... Figure if I spend that much on a hotel would be better standards... Mainly the pillows... Every pillow was horrible... We got the mountain view but it's like a distant mountain view in a way... It's not like the pictures show where it's like right there... Not really worth the mountain view if your going to stay here... But the location is the best if your staying downtown Denver... The mall is right across the street... Free mall ride is a block away... Tons of stuff to do in the area vs the new location I switched to... After being downtown though I think I would have rather stay a little further out for better commodities..

Conference Hotel was very nicely done. The rooms were convenient to the conference center. The sleeping room with desk & mountain view was worth the $8 per night. The room service, which due to feeling ill I used, was prompt, hot and correct. All staff have been accommodating and friendly too. The food for conference meals has been well done. The lunches from the Atrium have been good Cobb salad and salty chili. The real oatmeal with roasted fruit was excellent.

My husband and I strayed for our anniversary. The hotel was easy to book with, changes to the reservation was easy to make, and our special request to room services were fulfilled perfectly. If I ever plan to stay in Denver again, this is the place I'm going to.

I was there for a conference. I did not stay at the hotel because I live in Denver. The food for the conference was great. The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a conference or stay at the hotel.

We were here for comicon. Rooms were clean and very convenient. Saw a few of the guests appearing at Con so that was cool. My biggest draw back was getting the notice about having to pay for parking the morning of our stay. Our fridge also was not very good. But that was typical wear and tear. The health club was really nice especially considering it was a hotel gym. The pool was pretty cold but again, not abnormally so.

Came for a weekend getaway at a very reasonable room price. Loved the quick service, the extensive, tasty and reasonably priced quick pre-prepared snacks and salads in the lobby. The gym/spa/pool are among the best I've ever seen. Superbly equipped and kept. Do be aware of the parking prices if you intend to use the valet, of course ($54) - this is downtown Denver!

I'll start with the Pros as there aren't many, but they are valid.
Room was clean
Fresh sheets
Bathroom was clean
Everything worked as expected
The hotel itself is well maintained, and the lobby was pretty clean.
So basically, housekeeping looks to be really good here.

Cons:
The bed was hard as a rock. I might have even slept better in the chair or on the floor. The bed had no give, and felt like there was a horizontal bar in the middle of the bed, that was just pushing it up. The pillow top was maybe an inch or less, or it was so compacted, that it was worthless. The last time I was here (given it was 5 years ago), the beds were comfy and soft, and it was a great stay, so I was sadly disappointed at this.
Our Neighbors were having a hotel room party, and were very noisy, with loud music. We called down to the front desk, they sent up security, and they were quiet for maybe an hour before they started back up again, and were loud, all the way until we checked out, the next day.

There were no extra pillows in the room.

The A/C did not seem to work well, we had it set to 68.5, but it felt like 72. That could have just been me, that was misjudging it, though.

Ultimately, will probably never stay here again. Definitely felt like a waste of money for a "4 star hotel."

Very impressed with the Assistant

Very impressed with the Assistant
managers Ozuki and George in listening to me that my in-room refrigerator was definitely not working. I was there for a week so if your going to offer such items in the room, there is no excuse for faulty equipment.

Adrienne in the Regency Club was a wonderful drink Mixer and fun to talk to.

The hotel was busy with two conference groups but I never had to wait in line for anything. Staff was very friendly at all hours.

Food was very interesting in our conference sessions. Artistic-local flavors blended well with regular items, such as ahi tacos and duck /cheese bites, artichoke and grapefruit salad, rosemary fries, etc.

Kathleen Taylor and Krista at the Concierge desk and truly the whole staff are just amazing. They went above and beyond to help me receive a package, and I was not even a guest of the hotel. We recently relocated to Denver, so we only have a p.o. box. I had fraud on my credit card, and the card company would only deliver the new card to a physical address. We live in temporary housing, so they worked with me to allow me to get my card. The facility is beautiful and the staff is top notch. I would highly recommend a stay.

We went up to the 27th floor bar (you don't need to be a guest) and had drinks at sunset. It has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The drinks took a bit of time to get but it also meant we got time to enjoy the view, which was wonderful. It was very busy and we were lucky to get a table, which just shows that everyone else lives this place too!

Please never use Enterprise Rental car at the Hyatt, they increased my bill by 90%. The hotel is nice and comfortable, it is very conveniently located close to everything. The breakfast is delicious but the dinner is not worth it. The dinner price is expensive and it is not fresh . I had prime rib worth over $32 and it was an old piece of meat. So,if you need location and convenience, I would highly recommend the Hyatt hotel.
Dont use the Hyatt hotel enterprise disloyal company

Staying at this Hyatt Regency was a dream! We had absolutely no complaints. Large exercise room with lockers. Great indoor pool and even better outdoor hot tub with a great view. The lounge on the top floor had great drinks and small bites to eat. The rooms are comfortable, clean and stylish. We were lucky to have a great view of the Mile High Stadium from our bedroom window. The hotel is just across the street from the 15th Street Mall, close to a Cinema and right next to the convention center. We will be back!
