It's a great location and the conference facilitie...
It's a great location and the conference facilities are top notch.
It's a great location and the conference facilities are top notch.
Great hotel. Excellent service. Best elevators in a convention hotel.
A nice spot that caters to college students but if you beat the rush the servers are friendly and the beers to match.
This hotel is well-located in the heart of the busy Denver downtown scene. It has all the amenities I required, including an extremely comfortable bed. The staff is outstanding.
Great hotel experience! Fun lobby and comfortable lobby area. I ve had limited experience with the staff but the interactions I ve had they were all very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Little touches like flavored water in the lobby or the bath products offered in your room (no added chemicals/perfume) were nice. I attended a conference here and the food catered by the hotel was surprisingly good.
Never actually stayed at this place, but anybody who is cool enough to have a huge blue bear outside peering into its windows deserves 5 stars!
GREAT PLACE !!!! WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO A LOT OF DENVER
Beautiful hotel, the Fedex inside has saved many career next to the convention center. You're coming in for a convention, this is the best place to stay.
One of the best hotels I've frequented and the staff by far are all amazing.
This hotel is perfect if you are there to attend the convention center. I've never seen a hotel so close to a convention center. Loved not having to plan for a 15 minute walk in the morning. Very nice hotel. Which is super clean with nice modern decor. I had a great view of the city and mountains. It's walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping in 16th St mall. Peaks Lounge has gorgeous view. Service was good.
Stayed here for Denver Popculture Con, the room was clean and staff was super friendly. Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Made our trip feel even more memorable. =) I would definitely stay here again.
Attended a large holiday party at the Hyatt Regency, the facility is beautiful but the service and catering were subpar. The food was dry, the buffet had excessively long lines, & the bathrooms we're a mess.
Recently stayed here for a relaxing weekend getaway. Room was very clean, free parking 2 blocks away, awesome outdoor hot tub, comfy bed, downtown location. Had a great time!! Will stay here again!!
Loved my stay here they where so helpful they even gave me access to garage free
Perfect hotel for attending events at Colorado Convention center.
The restaurant has really good food and great service!
Broken toliet seat and the faucet out the shower when you pull up on the shower lever it comes out the wall I stayed in #1146 and it was ok the pillows are horrible virtually flat or no support... I switched hotels to to the Denver tech center Marriott and it's a million times better then the Hyatt regency downtown... The service was ok not necessarily pleasant with a smile but they were there... Figure if I spend that much on a hotel would be better standards... Mainly the pillows... Every pillow was horrible... We got the mountain view but it's like a distant mountain view in a way... It's not like the pictures show where it's like right there... Not really worth the mountain view if your going to stay here... But the location is the best if your staying downtown Denver... The mall is right across the street... Free mall ride is a block away... Tons of stuff to do in the area vs the new location I switched to... After being downtown though I think I would have rather stay a little further out for better commodities..
Conference Hotel was very nicely done. The rooms were convenient to the conference center. The sleeping room with desk & mountain view was worth the $8 per night. The room service, which due to feeling ill I used, was prompt, hot and correct. All staff have been accommodating and friendly too. The food for conference meals has been well done. The lunches from the Atrium have been good Cobb salad and salty chili. The real oatmeal with roasted fruit was excellent.
Well maintained. Great services. I visited here with my friend and it was wonderful place. Staff were professional and courteous. They guest with smile. Room was clean with beautiful furniture.
Great place to stay here in Denver! Valet parking in a underground parking garage safe from the elements recommend this place to stay
Good relationship with the convention center and making sure that information was displayed for the event I was attending in the lobby and in my room
An upscale hotel and a great place to host a conference.
The Hyatt Regency provided a great venue and service. Food, beverage, and hospitality were top notch.
Hotel was great. Blocks away from great running trail next to river. Lots to do and see.
My husband and I strayed for our anniversary. The hotel was easy to book with, changes to the reservation was easy to make, and our special request to room services were fulfilled perfectly. If I ever plan to stay in Denver again, this is the place I'm going to.
Clean quiet and great price on booking. Skip the breakfast though, fantastic famous dinner within walking distance.
You want a great hotel for a decent cost? Screw the little super 8, spend a few extra bucks and get into this very high class place!
The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a very great stay.
Great hotel! Centrally located with great onsite dining. Customer service was top notch and rooms were beautiful!
I stayed at this hotel for a conference, and i was impressed by their organization and professionalism. Great hotel. Great staff!
Friendly service, warm environment. Comfortable room. Nice views
We usually hold our work events here every year. It's a very classy hotel!
Very clean room, staff was helpful when trying to book last minute. Nice bar area
Beautiful hotel with great friendly and helpful staff
Great view of the city lights. And nice view of the sunset. Apps and dessert only, but they are good.
Super nice atmosphere. Beautiful downtown city view! Very chill and relaxing
Elevator makes a very annoying sound when passing floors
Great rooms, food, and the atmosphere is very luxurious.
I was there for a conference. I did not stay at the hotel because I live in Denver. The food for the conference was great. The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a conference or stay at the hotel.
The people and service here made this an incredible stay!
We were here for comicon. Rooms were clean and very convenient. Saw a few of the guests appearing at Con so that was cool. My biggest draw back was getting the notice about having to pay for parking the morning of our stay. Our fridge also was not very good. But that was typical wear and tear. The health club was really nice especially considering it was a hotel gym. The pool was pretty cold but again, not abnormally so.
The Whole Reason I Chose This Place Because They Listed Free Breakfast....But Apparently There restaurant is closed... so now have to go somewhere else for breakfast. .. Will Never Stay Here Again!!
Fabulous hotel. Be sure to visit Peaks Lounge upstairs for beautiful views and OUTSTANDING cocktails / apps. Hyatt Regency is lovely inside and out. Nice-sized rooms, well-appointed, excellent service. Walk to everything!
Came for a weekend getaway at a very reasonable room price. Loved the quick service, the extensive, tasty and reasonably priced quick pre-prepared snacks and salads in the lobby. The gym/spa/pool are among the best I've ever seen. Superbly equipped and kept. Do be aware of the parking prices if you intend to use the valet, of course ($54) - this is downtown Denver!
I was at the hotel for a social event during a conference and the bar tender was nice as well as the food. Standard for a hotel, but a welcome escape from the conference.
Beautiful hotel close to the Colorado Convention Center.
Very nice hotel, super convenient to convention center - no real restaurant is a bit disappointing
Nice view from the "sky bar" or whatever its called
Excellent staff and delicious food in the Strata restaurant. Great room. Very clean with a lot of amenities.
great hotel! stayed in the 36 floor and it had a beautiful view of downtown denver as well as the east valley. all employees are nice and professional and always willing to help. highly recommend staying here, you'll enjoy!
I'll start with the Pros as there aren't many, but they are valid.
Room was clean
Fresh sheets
Bathroom was clean
Everything worked as expected
The hotel itself is well maintained, and the lobby was pretty clean.
So basically, housekeeping looks to be really good here.
Cons:
The bed was hard as a rock. I might have even slept better in the chair or on the floor. The bed had no give, and felt like there was a horizontal bar in the middle of the bed, that was just pushing it up. The pillow top was maybe an inch or less, or it was so compacted, that it was worthless. The last time I was here (given it was 5 years ago), the beds were comfy and soft, and it was a great stay, so I was sadly disappointed at this.
Our Neighbors were having a hotel room party, and were very noisy, with loud music. We called down to the front desk, they sent up security, and they were quiet for maybe an hour before they started back up again, and were loud, all the way until we checked out, the next day.
There were no extra pillows in the room.
The A/C did not seem to work well, we had it set to 68.5, but it felt like 72. That could have just been me, that was misjudging it, though.
Ultimately, will probably never stay here again. Definitely felt like a waste of money for a "4 star hotel."
Great location, clean, nice people, great environment.
Attending a social event for a conference, didn't see much more than the lobby area. Modern decor very attentive staff.
Excellent hotel. I cannot identify any issue. Room was quiet, very clean and spacious. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Located conveniently in downtown Denver.
Fine, but bar service was too slow, fried wings were just some fried stuff. Salsa for nachos had too much cumin in it. Guacamole was not fresh and brownish
The bar at the top has fantastic views and the food is good. A bit pricey but what do you expect for a downtown Denver hotel bar...
Attended the Brown Robe fundraiser. Great party room along with a great dinner.
Close to everything... Clean... Great salt pool... Comfy beds
Rooms are tranquil, not modern, but clean and easy to get some rest in. Staff throughout is very professional and helpful.
Very clean, very nice. WiFi included. Location right across the street from the convention center.
I just parked here. $ 25 bucks for less than half hour. Do your research on parking downtown.
I really like their Starbucks place - Perks! Hotel is clean and welcoming!
Very impressed with the Assistant
managers Ozuki and George in listening to me that my in-room refrigerator was definitely not working. I was there for a week so if your going to offer such items in the room, there is no excuse for faulty equipment.
Adrienne in the Regency Club was a wonderful drink Mixer and fun to talk to.
The hotel was busy with two conference groups but I never had to wait in line for anything. Staff was very friendly at all hours.
Food was very interesting in our conference sessions. Artistic-local flavors blended well with regular items, such as ahi tacos and duck /cheese bites, artichoke and grapefruit salad, rosemary fries, etc.
Was very nice. Elevators are a little hard to find. Has nice coffee shop.
Really enjoyed this property. A very nice hotel as most Hyatt's are.
Conveniently located downtown by the convention center and light rail. Clean, modern interior decor.
Beautiful modern hotel in the center of town, only stayed one night. $22 self parking
Kathleen Taylor and Krista at the Concierge desk and truly the whole staff are just amazing. They went above and beyond to help me receive a package, and I was not even a guest of the hotel. We recently relocated to Denver, so we only have a p.o. box. I had fraud on my credit card, and the card company would only deliver the new card to a physical address. We live in temporary housing, so they worked with me to allow me to get my card. The facility is beautiful and the staff is top notch. I would highly recommend a stay.
The room was clean and nicely accommodated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, meeting my various requests.
We went up to the 27th floor bar (you don't need to be a guest) and had drinks at sunset. It has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. The drinks took a bit of time to get but it also meant we got time to enjoy the view, which was wonderful. It was very busy and we were lucky to get a table, which just shows that everyone else lives this place too!
Please never use Enterprise Rental car at the Hyatt, they increased my bill by 90%. The hotel is nice and comfortable, it is very conveniently located close to everything. The breakfast is delicious but the dinner is not worth it. The dinner price is expensive and it is not fresh . I had prime rib worth over $32 and it was an old piece of meat. So,if you need location and convenience, I would highly recommend the Hyatt hotel.
Dont use the Hyatt hotel enterprise disloyal company
Amazing views of the mountains, catch a sunset there!
Staying at this Hyatt Regency was a dream! We had absolutely no complaints. Large exercise room with lockers. Great indoor pool and even better outdoor hot tub with a great view. The lounge on the top floor had great drinks and small bites to eat. The rooms are comfortable, clean and stylish. We were lucky to have a great view of the Mile High Stadium from our bedroom window. The hotel is just across the street from the 15th Street Mall, close to a Cinema and right next to the convention center. We will be back!
