Great place in a great city. Very convenient to work & play.

Great hotel with great views if you get a high floor. Food was a little overpriced for what it really was worth.

Wouldn t recommend if you are wanting to go to their lounge on the 27th floor and you are going like myself. Found myself and the couple beside me were treated extremely poorly in comparison to the much older guests.

This is abosultely a top notch place near the covention center. It is very spacious, and there are three levels which include restaurants, small stores, and meeting rooms. Although I did not stay here, but my collegues did and they enjoyed their stay very much. I did attend several meetings and dinners, with all being a statisfying experience.

We came here to enjoy a romantic evening and I was a little worried because it seems more like a business travel hotel but I was absolutely blown away! From the moment I checked in I was given excellent service! Michael at the front desk was super helpful! I requested a room with an excellent view and he gave me just that. The room was super clean with a modern feel. The only thing I would change is having the Jacuzzi and pool open to midnight to be enjoyed after dinner. But all in all we received EXCELLENT service in this amazing environment!! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!! And thank you for making my experience so special!

Great service easy access very clean and maintained

Great place with 3 open multi level conference spaces. Only downfall is very small lobby space for sitting at a table with chairs. The restaurant next to the lobby does allow people to sit in the dining area starting at 3 pm until 5 pm before dinner time.

Excellent room--fridge, microwave, everything I could need. Spacious, with a desk and plenty of furniture. Great bed, good in-room coffee/tea. Lobby is fine, and hotel is across the street from convention center. Only annoying part is the elevators that cater to people either on the bottom floors or the very top ones.

Front desk were friendly and service was quick. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, fast Wi-Fi, Chromecast on the TV and great views of the city. Very impressed.

Adam checked us in, he was kind. We enjoyed our stay and recieved top notch customer service.

I saw the One Republic band at a private party here. It was very nice. Great tasting food and the staff was really helpful.

Everyone was very friendly and I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel to anyone

My review is got the Sky Lounge. The view there is wonderful and the drinks were well made. And for as busy as it was the night we were there the service was very good.

Very comfortable stay, the rooms are great, good water pressure in the showers, great service at the front too. The bar upstairs has a great view too

We've stayed at the Regency before (we were at Hyatt Place this time), and knew their bar was outstanding. We were looking for a late night dessert and drink, and the Strata Bar did not disappoint. Eric, a relatively new bartender at the Regency was excellent. Prices are high, but it's expected for the location (close to the Convention Center), but we'll with it for the quality of drinks/food.

Uncomfortable beds. Great gym. The restaurant down stairs makes the whole low er floor smell like fried food.

Great rooms and the upgrade to Recency Club was defiantly worth it!

I lost my bracelet during one of meetings, had no idea where, figured it was gone. When I went to check out I thought I would take chance and ask if anyone had turned one in. My day was made, someone did find it and I have it back. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The staff goes above and beyond hotel service from checking in to making a steak salad not on the menu to daily positive interactions.

Great area, city, state for a conference or just family fun

Had a great time hanging out with friends in a suite. Security was good, and their noise warning policy was well handled. Plenty of space and amenities in the lobby. Great location for food, drinks, and conventions/events.

Our bartender Erik was amazing! Made some awesome mojitos and recommended some great food spots. The view was stunning!

Had a great stay and they upgraded our room without asking ! And sent up Champagne and Chocolate.

The upper floor rooms are old and warn(comparable to a motel 6). I don t mean to disparage all motel6 s.
When attempting to engage the hotel concierge, my e- mail concerning airport transportation, goes lost.
Be sure and negotiate a rate that meets the 2 star rating, or stay somewhere else.

Excellent hotel and great location. It is very new and ultra modern. I haven't stayed but I heard great things from people that did.

It had amazing service. The people were very polite. It was close to the stock show. It was also close to very good restaurants. Five star rating.

Attended a work sales conference. Rooms are clean and the hotel is situated in the downtown core. You couldn't ask for a more central location. Ballrooms are huge and easily hosts 800+ people. The gym is probably the best hotel gym I've seen. It's a gym with lots of equipmwent which gives everyone a chance to use the cardio and weight machines
