If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Very nice! Easy access to all downtown. But be warned! If you park on the streets, read signs very carefully! Denver parking enforcement loves to write tickets. They can smell an expired meter within seconds and have created a great revenue stream. We've gotten a couple over the years.

Everything was perfect. The bar did sell me a wine for 68 dollars that can be brought from stores for 30 dollars.

Day-long conference at the Hyatt Regency was well facilitated with comfortable spaces, attentive staff and impressive, readily available nourishment.

This is my favorite hotel, it is decorated in art and it is in the heart of the city. I've never had a problem at this hotel besides each water bottle in your room costing you $3.50 if you drink them.

Close to the convention center and the free Mall bus.

My stay isn't over yet but so far it's been a good stay. The room is clean and the floor is quiet. The view from the room is awesome. The check in staff was friendly and efficient. Very happy with this stay so far and I would recommend this hotel.

This place is first class!

We only visited a friend that was staying here but the rooms were nice and it was definitely someplace I would love to stay.

Great hotel, great location next to convention center and one block from 16th street mall and free mall bus. Outstanding fitness facility that is open 24 hours.

No water the first night, second night a employee got in face and was screaming at me. I ask David for a manager and he said the guy screaming at me was the manager his name is Roy. Super unprofessional super.

Peaks Restaurant and Bar was a great view of the city for a drink!!!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. All the amenities and extras in the room including coffee maker, iron, blow dryer and a safe. Bring your own drinking water though. $3.50 a bottle if you open the ones they stock in the room. Did not check out the pool or the fitness room but would assume they were the same quality. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Location LOCATION! The views were phenomenal and everything downtown was walking distance. All the amenities you would need in one place. Thank you for a wonderful birthday staycation.

This is a family-friendly hotel! My kids loved this place every time we are here and they had so much fun at the pool. Their sandwiches at their restaurant were the best tasting sandwiches we ever tasted. The rooms were very clean and tidy. It has the coziest and best mattresses in all the hotels we had in the past.

Good place for a conference or other large meeting space. High quality food and services.

I attended a conference at the Hyatt, the building was really nice and clean. Staff was not particularly friendly. It was absolutely FREEZING in the conference rooms, I had to go outside a few times to warm up.

Excellent location and pretty good amenities. The pool, gym and hot tub are awesome.

The Regency Club Lounge was amazing! Amazing view, delicious drinks and fantastic service! Adrian made us an amazing white gummy bear martini, hooked us up with free app AND reservation at Ruths Chris Steakhouse. He was friendly with a great sense of humor. I would stay at this hotel again just to hang out in the Lounge with Adrian!

Plenty of space for professional gathering. Clean, good lighting. Would consider for future events.

Very nice hotel that is within walking distance of the 16st mall and a lot of shops or restaurants. About a mile from the Pepsi center or Coors field which is nice if you are looking for something to do at night. Nice convention center and ballrooms.

Very nice, business class hotel. The hotel has a large, well appointed fitness center, comfortable rooms with great views, friendly service and is in a great downtown location.

The room was clean and very nice and we didn't have to pay for parking because our garage ticket was validated but for paying as much we did you would think breakfast would be included however we found out later that the "breakfast option" was an extra charge.

Beautiful suite but still decorated from a previous party there. Got called about a noise complaint...at 9 PM...on a Saturday night when we weren't even being loud so we we're scared to even come back to the room and decided to stay elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable, Parking sucks. And if parking in lot across street make sure you're out of the spot or buy a new ticket by 7am if not mistaken. Three minutes late $100 ticket on Easter Sunday.

Has a nice view from the lobby on the 27th floor. Was very busy on a Saturday and the drink are over priced.

My husband and I attended the 1940s Christmas Ball here and found it to be a good venue for the event. The hotel was large, clean, and looked nice.

They have police that ID every single person that enters the hotel on all major accasoins, esspecially New years!!!

The place was PHENOMENAL!!! I have done a good bit of traveling, but the staff at this place was just amazing! They made me feel like a cherished family member!! I would stay there any time I was in the area!

Spent 193 for 1 night stay. Had a phone next to the toilet, but there wasn't 1 glass to be found in the room to use. Damm not even an ice bucket.

Overall an amazing experience! The bathroom wasn't my favorite, but both the restaurant at the bottom and the lounge on the top floor were amazing! All of the staff were also very nice!

Nice facilities and great location to convention center, but rooms subpar

Overall satisfied. Mountain view was breathtaking. Sadly, the hot tub was not working. Breakfast better than expected.

Hyatt is a classy clean and home like hotel that i would recommend to family friends loved ones!!

I love the shower heads. As a tall person, I love a place where I can rinse my hair without crouching.

Attended a professional conference. Overall happy with the experience. My one complaint is the vegetarian options for our catered meals. Vegetarian can be so much more than a big slab of tofu. Hiring a chef with more expertise in vegetarian cooking would be really helpful.

Went here by mistake. Still had to pay $15 for parking for 10 minutes.
